目前，市场上销售的家庭用开水瓶主要由瓶身、底座、瓶胆和木质瓶塞构成。这种开水瓶虽然简单实用，但使用时需要手动拔除瓶塞且出水量难以控制，若不小心碰倒，瓶内的开水易流出把人烫伤，十分危险。本实用新型可解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服传统开水瓶的不足，提供了一种可控制出水量大小、无需拔除瓶塞、放置安全的开水瓶。
本实用新型所提供的一种可控出水的安全开水瓶，包括底座1、瓶身2、瓶胆3、把手16和瓶盖10，所述的瓶盖10的下部分设置有瓶塞11，所述的瓶盖10的上部分设置有出水盖6、变径球阀5，套有复位弹簧7的顶杆8与变径球阀5相连，顶杆8的另一端和杠杆9相连接，杠杆9的另一端拴有钢丝绳13，瓶盖10的上下两部分由设置在出水盖6侧的搭扣4和瓶盖10下侧的转轴12相连，所述的瓶身2内部设置有四组滑轮组14，所述的把手16上设置有滑动开关15，钢丝绳13穿过滑轮组14与滑动开关15相连。
所述的瓶塞11是环形中空的，由无毒、耐高温的塑料或橡胶制成，能与内胆紧密结合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：（1）操作简单；（2）出水量可随时控制，方便倒茶水;（3）安全性高，瓶身倾倒时开水不会流出；（4）保温效果好。

第一次使用时，旋下底座1，将瓶胆3装入瓶身，再将瓶塞11塞入瓶胆3的开口，解开搭扣4，将瓶盖11的上半部分打开，注满开水后系上搭扣4，手拎住把手16，拇指拉动滑动开关15即可倾倒开水并随时控制出水量的大小，倒完后松开滑动开关15，由于复位弹簧7的作用，变径球阀5自动闭合，操作简单，快捷。
