一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱。
背景技术
随着时代的进步,摩托车已走进千家万户。三轮摩托车由于其既可载货又移动轻便的特点,备受农村用户的喜爱,使用日益广泛。许多农村用户希望在三轮摩托车上加装水泵使到三轮车可以在行走的过程中实现喷洒的功能(如喷洒农药、浇菜、浇树等)。如此一来需要将发动机的动力转换为双向输出,而在农用的三轮车方面,现有的技术是无法满足其使用性能,因此亟待开发农用三轮摩托车的专用分动箱,以满足农村用户的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,可实现发动机的输出动力双向输出,使农用三轮摩托车具备行走过程中的喷洒功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,包括有分动箱箱体,所述分动箱箱体连接有贯穿的主传动轴以及与主传动轴垂直的分动轴,所述主传动轴上套装有可转动的主动锥齿轮,所述分动轴上固接与所述主动锥齿轮啮合的从动锥齿轮,所述主传动轴通过花键连接有可沿主传动轴滑动的滑移齿轮,所述滑移齿轮与主动锥齿轮设置有相配合的卡齿;所述分动箱箱体上部铰接有拨叉,所述拨叉连接于滑移齿轮并推动滑移齿轮滑动。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述拨叉连接有手柄,所述手柄上端连接有手柄球。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述分动箱箱体上端外壁上设置有U型卡槽,所述拨叉通过拨叉轴铰接于分动箱箱体,所述手柄下端与拨叉轴固接,所述拨叉轴一端伸出至所述U型卡槽外。
进一步,所述分动箱箱体内设置有位于拨叉左侧的锁舌,所述锁舌与分动箱箱体之间设置有复位弹簧,所述锁舌靠近拨叉的一端设置为三角形,所述拨叉设置有锁舌的三角形端部相匹配的三角形凸台。
进一步,所述滑移齿轮上设置有环形槽,所述拨叉下端卡进所述环形槽。
进一步,所述分动箱箱体内灌注润滑油,所述分动箱箱体顶部设置有通气口,所述分动箱箱体底部设置有放油螺栓。
进一步,所述分动箱箱体前侧、左侧和右侧分别连接有前端盖、左端盖、右端盖,所述前端盖、左端盖、右端盖内设置有轴承以及油封。
本发明的有益效果是:通过拨叉拨动滑移齿轮前移,滑移齿轮与主动锥齿轮通过卡齿相咬合从而带动主动锥齿轮转动,主动锥齿轮与从动锥齿轮啮合带动分动轴转动,分动轴连接水泵即可实现发动机的动力双向输出,使农用三轮摩托车具备行走过程中的喷洒功能;拨叉拨动滑移齿轮后退,滑移齿轮与主动锥齿轮脱离,发动机的动力仅由主传动轴输出至后轮,实现正常行驶。本发明结构合理实用,结构简单,体积小,传递扭矩大,转换操作简便。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图2,一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,包括有分动箱箱体1,所述分动箱箱体1连接有贯穿的主传动轴2以及与主传动轴2垂直的分动轴3,所述主传动轴2上套装有可转动的主动锥齿轮201,所述分动轴3上固接与所述主动锥齿轮201啮合的从动锥齿轮301,所述主传动轴2通过花键连接有可沿主传动轴2滑动的滑移齿轮4,所述滑移齿轮4与主动锥齿轮201设置有相配合的卡齿;所述分动箱箱体1上部铰接有拨叉5,所述拨叉5连接于滑移齿轮4并推动滑移齿轮4滑动,优选的,所述拨叉5连接有手柄501,所述手柄501上端连接有手柄球502。采用上述结构,扳动手柄501通过拨叉5将滑移齿轮4推向主动锥齿轮201,滑移齿轮4与主动锥齿轮201通过卡齿咬合固接为一体,主动锥齿轮201通过与其啮合从动锥齿轮301带动分动轴3转动,分动轴3可以通过皮带或者直接连接水泵,此时农用三轮摩托车的发动机的输出动力分为2个方向输出,通过主传动轴2传输到后轮以及通过分动轴3传输给水泵,从而实现行走的过程中进行喷洒(如喷洒农药、浇菜、浇树等),满足农村用户的需求。扳回手柄501通过拨叉5将滑移齿轮4推离主动锥齿轮201,发动机的输出动力通过主传动轴2传输到后轮,保持正常行驶状态。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述分动箱箱体1上端外壁上设置有U型卡槽101,所述拨叉5通过拨叉轴503铰接于分动箱箱体1,所述手柄501下端与拨叉轴503固接,所述拨叉轴503一端伸出至所述U型卡槽101外。采用上述结构,手柄501下端设置在U型卡槽101内,减小分动箱的整体体积,U型卡槽101的侧壁还可限制手柄501的转动角度,提醒用户手柄501转动到位,使用更方便。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述分动箱箱体1内设置有位于拨叉5左侧的锁舌6,所述锁舌6与分动箱箱体1之间设置有复位弹簧601,所述锁舌6靠近拨叉5的一端设置为三角形,所述拨叉5设置有锁舌6的三角形端部相匹配的三角形凸台。通过锁舌6的三角形端部与拨叉5的三角形凸台相配合定位拨叉5,复位弹簧601为锁舌6提供保持压力,保证分动箱在双向输出或者单向输出状态下结构稳定可靠,不会因道路颠簸而误动作。
为了保证拨叉5与滑移齿轮4的连接稳定可靠,在本实施例中,优选的,所述滑移齿轮4上设置有环形槽401,所述拨叉5下端卡进所述环形槽401。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述分动箱箱体1内灌注润滑油,所述分动箱箱体1顶部设置有通气口102,所述分动箱箱体1底部设置有放油螺栓103。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述分动箱箱体1前侧、左侧和右侧分别连接有前端盖11、左端盖12、右端盖13,所述前端盖11、左端盖12、右端盖13内设置有轴承以及油封。

1.一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:包括有分动箱箱体(1),所述分动箱箱体(1)连接有贯穿的主传动轴(2)以及与主传动轴(2)垂直的分动轴(3),所述主传动轴(2)上套装有可转动的主动锥齿轮(201),所述分动轴(3)上固接与所述主动锥齿轮(201)啮合的从动锥齿轮(301),所述主传动轴(2)通过花键连接有可沿主传动轴(2)滑动的滑移齿轮(4),所述滑移齿轮(4)与主动锥齿轮(201)设置有相配合的卡齿;所述分动箱箱体(1)上部铰接有拨叉(5),所述拨叉(5)连接于滑移齿轮(4)并推动滑移齿轮(4)滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述拨叉(5)连接有手柄(501),所述手柄(501)上端连接有手柄球(502)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述分动箱箱体(1)上端外壁上设置有U型卡槽(101),所述拨叉(5)通过拨叉轴(503)铰接于分动箱箱体(1),所述手柄(501)下端与拨叉轴(503)固接,所述拨叉轴(503)一端伸出至所述U型卡槽(101)外。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述分动箱箱体(1)内设置有位于拨叉(5)左侧的锁舌(6),所述锁舌(6)与分动箱箱体(1)之间设置有复位弹簧(601),所述锁舌(6)靠近拨叉(5)的一端设置为三角形,所述拨叉(5)设置有锁舌(6)的三角形端部相匹配的三角形凸台。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述滑移齿轮(4)上设置有环形槽(401),所述拨叉(5)下端卡进所述环形槽(401)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述分动箱箱体(1)内灌注润滑油,所述分动箱箱体(1)顶部设置有通气口(102),所述分动箱箱体(1)底部设置有放油螺栓(103)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用三轮摩托车用分动箱,其特征在于:所述分动箱箱体(1)前侧、左侧和右侧分别连接有前端盖(11)、左端盖(12)、右端盖(13),所述前端盖(11)、左端盖(12)、右端盖(13)内设置有轴承以及油封。
