本发明公开了一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括:芯管,其内部设置有点火器,芯管的管壁开设有多个第一通气孔;第一层套管,其套设在芯管的外侧,第一层套管开设有多个第二通气孔,第一层套管与芯管之间形成有第一容纳腔,第一容纳腔内填充有多孔陶瓷颗粒;第二层套管,第二层套管的尾端连接有排气管,第二层套管与第一层套管之间形成有第二容纳腔,第二容纳腔内填充有三元催化剂,芯管的头端由第一层套管的头端和第二层套管的头端伸出,并连接至汽车排气系统;气体浓度检测器,其用于在检测汽车排气系统排出尾气时发出检测信号;控制器,其接收到检测信号,再控制点火器点火,从而使进入至芯管内的尾气燃烧。本发明实现了对汽车尾气的彻底净化。

汽车尾气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
汽车尾气中常常会含有不少碳氢化合物、CO、NO等物质。为了控制汽车的尾气环境污染,会采取一些尾气处理手段。然而现有技术的尾气处理,净化效果还存在不足,尾气中仍然会残留含量不低的碳氢化合物、CO、NO等不完全燃烧物质。
发明内容
本发明设计开发了一种可彻底净化尾气的汽车尾气净化装置。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括:
芯管,其内部设置有点火器,所述芯管的管壁开设有多个第一通气孔,所述芯管的尾端是封闭的;
第一层套管,其套设在所述芯管的外侧,所述第一层套管开设有多个第二通气孔,所述第一层套管与所述芯管之间形成有第一容纳腔,所述第一容纳腔内填充有多孔陶瓷颗粒;
第二层套管,其套设在所述第一层套管的外侧,所述第二层套管的尾端连接有排气管,所述第二层套管与所述第一层套管之间形成有第二容纳腔,所述第二容纳腔内填充有三元催化剂,所述芯管的头端由所述第一层套管的头端和所述第二层套管的头端伸出,并连接至汽车排气系统;
气体浓度检测器,其设置在所述汽车排气系统,用于在检测所述汽车排气系统排出尾气时发出检测信号;
控制器,其连接至所述点火器和所述气体浓度检测器,所述控制器接收到所述气体浓度检测器的检测信号,再控制所述点火器点火,从而使进入至所述芯管内的尾气燃烧。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一层套管的头端和尾端是封闭的,所述第一层套管的管壁开设有多个第二通气孔。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一通气孔的孔径为1~2mm。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第二通气孔的孔径为3~4mm。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述控制器通过汽车控制系统实现。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一容纳腔内还填充有三元催化剂,所述三元催化剂掺杂在所述多孔陶瓷颗粒中。
本发明所述的汽车尾气净化装置通过在芯管内设置一个点火器,在芯管的外侧设置第一层套管和第二层套管,尾气进入芯管内,先使CO和CH部分地燃烧掉,再进入至第二层套管内,受到三元催化剂的催化。本发明实现了对汽车尾气的彻底净化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括:芯管4,其内部设置有点火器5,所述芯管的管壁开设有多个第一通气孔,所述芯管的尾端是封闭的;第一层套管3,其套设在所述芯管的外侧,所述第一层套管开设有多个第二通气孔,所述第一层套管3与所述芯管5之间形成有第一容纳腔8,所述第一容纳腔8内填充有多孔陶瓷颗粒;第二层套管2,其套设在所述第一层套管3的外侧,所述第二层套管的尾端连接有排气管1,所述第二层套管与所述第一层套管之间形成有第二容纳腔9,所述第二容纳腔内填充有三元催化剂,所述芯管4的头端6由所述第一层套管的头端和所述第二层套管的头端伸出,并连接至汽车排气系统;气体浓度检测器,其设置在所述汽车排气系统,用于在检测所述汽车排气系统排出尾气时发出检测信号;控制器,其连接至所述点火器5和所述气体浓度检测器,所述控制器接收到所述气体浓度检测器的检测信号,再控制所述点火器点火,从而使进入至所述芯管内的尾气燃烧。
本发明提供了多层套管的结构,该结构包括设置在中间的芯管、逐层套设的第一层套管、第二层套管。气体浓度检测器检测到尾气,说明汽车启动并产生尾气了,尾气进入芯管,点火器点火,尾气在芯管内发生燃烧,CO和CH部分地被燃烧掉。由于芯管的侧壁上有第一通气孔,经过燃烧的尾气以及少量未经燃烧的尾气(统称为一次处理尾气)会由第一通气孔排出,在经过第一容纳腔的多孔陶瓷颗粒时,一次处理尾气的温度会下降(一次处理尾气的温度过高,可能会影响到三元催化剂的催化效率),另外,多孔陶瓷颗粒还可以减慢一次处理尾气的流动速度,即减慢一次处理尾气进入第二容纳腔的速度,从而使第二容纳腔内的三元催化剂将一次处理尾气中的CO、CH和NOx净化,能够充分地对一次处理尾气进行净化。另外,多孔陶瓷颗粒实际是在芯管的外侧形成了一个缓冲层,一方面避免燃烧的温度直接传递至三元催化剂,干扰三元催化剂的正常催化,另一方面也起到抵消芯管内部振动的效果,消除燃烧噪音。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一层套管的头端和尾端是封闭的,所述第一层套管的管壁开设有多个第二通气孔。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一通气孔的孔径为1~2mm。经过研究发现,当第一通气孔的孔径设置为1~2mm,绝大部分的尾气会在燃烧火焰的裹挟下参与燃烧,而不会直接从第一通气孔流出,从而保证汽车尾气净化装置对尾气的净化效率。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第二通气孔的孔径为3~4mm。经过研究发现,第二通气孔的孔径设计为3~4mm时,一次处理尾气向第二容纳腔内流动的速度最合适,反应最充分。而且随着一次处理尾气的流动速度下降,从排气管排向大气的净化尾气的流动速度和流量也都下降了,这也有助于减少净化尾气排放所产生的噪音。
优选的是,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述控制器通过汽车控制系统实现。即,可以将点火器和气体浓度检测器通过信号线连接到汽车的ECU上。
优选的是,为了进一步提高净化效率,所述的汽车尾气净化装置中,所述第一容纳腔内还填充有三元催化剂,所述三元催化剂掺杂在所述多孔陶瓷颗粒中。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,包括:
芯管,其内部设置有点火器,所述芯管的管壁开设有多个第一通气孔,所述芯管的尾端是封闭的;
第一层套管,其套设在所述芯管的外侧,所述第一层套管开设有多个第二通气孔,所述第一层套管与所述芯管之间形成有第一容纳腔,所述第一容纳腔内填充有多孔陶瓷颗粒;
第二层套管,其套设在所述第一层套管的外侧,所述第二层套管的尾端连接有排气管,所述第二层套管与所述第一层套管之间形成有第二容纳腔,所述第二容纳腔内填充有三元催化剂,所述芯管的头端由所述第一层套管的头端和所述第二层套管的头端伸出,并连接至汽车排气系统;
气体浓度检测器,其设置在所述汽车排气系统,用于在检测所述汽车排气系统排出尾气时发出检测信号;
控制器,其连接至所述点火器和所述气体浓度检测器,所述控制器接收到所述气体浓度检测器的检测信号,再控制所述点火器点火,从而使进入至所述芯管内的尾气燃烧;
所述第一通气孔的孔径为1~2mm;所述第二通气孔的孔径为3~4mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一层套管的头端和尾端是封闭的,所述第一层套管的管壁开设有多个第二通气孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述控制器通过汽车控制系统实现。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔内还填充有三元催化剂,所述三元催化剂掺杂在所述多孔陶瓷颗粒中。
