本发明涉及一种发热的石头纸墙纸的制备方法。
背景技术
当前市场上供应的墙纸品种繁多,大凡用作装饰、美观墙面,虽有一些功能性墙纸问世,但从未有一种能发热的墙纸。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种发热的石头纸墙纸的制备方法,它绝缘性能良好,既安全温暖舒适,又环保美观。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种发热的石头纸墙纸的制备方法,它采用碳纸浆面电热膜为加热元件,以无纺纸或纯纸为底材,以环保石头纸为面材,石头纸上采用丝网印刷或数码印刷方式,印制各种美观的图案,将环保石头纸粘帖在碳纸浆面电热膜的表面,将无纺纸或纯纸粘帖在碳纸浆面电热膜的底面制成发热的石头纸墙纸。
所述的石头纸是碳酸钙为主要原料,以高分子材料为辅助材料,利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术加工而成。所述的碳纸浆面电热膜的厚度为0.1~0.6mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明采用碳纸浆面电热膜为加热元件,以无纺纸或纯纸为底材,以环保石头纸为面材,制成的新颖墙纸通电后便可产生一定热量,使环境温度升高变得温暖舒适。石头纸是以地壳内最为丰富的碳酸钙为主要原料,以高分子材料及多种无机物为辅助材料,利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术经特殊工艺加工而成,它防水、防雾、防油、防虫、阻燃等,是一种无污染的环保新材料。本发明专利发热体系碳纸浆发热材料,系在天然纸浆中混合超微碳纤维及热传导率较高的合成陶瓷制成一种薄膜状的加热件厚度为0.1~0.6mm,将碳纸浆面状电热膜通过粘贴方法与石头纸、无纺纸粘合,形成一种类似于“三明治”式结构。石头纸上可采用丝网印刷或数码印刷方式,印制各种美观的图案,这样便制成了一种环保型发热墙纸。其绝缘性能良好,既安全温暖舒适,又环保美观的新颖功能性墙纸。

1.一种发热的石头纸墙纸的制备方法,其特征是它采用碳纸浆面电热膜为加热元件,以无纺纸或纯纸为底材,以环保石头纸为面材,石头纸上采用丝网印刷或数码印刷方式,印制各种美观的图案,将环保石头纸粘帖在碳纸浆面电热膜的表面,将无纺纸或纯纸粘帖在碳纸浆面电热膜的底面制成发热的石头纸墙纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发热的石头纸墙纸的制备方法,其特征是所述的石头纸是碳酸钙为主要原料,以高分子材料为辅助材料,利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术加工而成。
