本发明涉及一种砌块墙体,公开了一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体,包括厚度相同的若干砌块A和若干砌块B,砌块A的横截面为正六边形,砌块B的横截面为一个顶角为60°的菱形,正六边形和菱形的边长相等;若干砌块A和若干砌块B在组成墙体时,上下左右相邻的砌块A紧贴,砌块B插入相邻的砌块A的空隙中,砌块B的四个侧面分别设有若干凹槽,砌块A与砌块B相邻的四个侧面的对应位置分别设有若干与凹槽相契合的凸台;砌块A与砌块B不相邻的两个侧面之间设有若干竖直贯穿砌块A的钢筋孔。本发明采用的砌块A和砌块B的拼接方式砌块之间契合度高,钢筋孔中穿过钢筋提高了墙体的整体性并且不容易松动,美观大方。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种砌块墙体,具体是一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体。
背景技术
砌块是砌筑用的人造块材,是一种新型墙体材料,传统的建筑用砌块外形普遍为直角六面体,砌块组成的墙体相邻砌块之间靠砂浆连接,不容易摆放整齐,砌块之间契合度差,构筑的墙体整体性较差;传统的钢筋墙体多数采用钢筋绑扎,现场浇注混凝土完成的钢筋混凝土墙体的施工方法,最终完成墙体施工,这种方法工序繁琐。
发明内容
为解决传统的砌块钢筋墙体砌块之间契合度差,构筑的墙体整体性较差并且工序繁琐的问题,本发明提供一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体。
一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体,包括厚度相同的若干砌块A和若干砌块B,其特征在于:所述的砌块A的横截面为正六边形,所述的砌块B的横截面为一个顶角为60°的菱形,所述的正六边形和所述的菱形的边长相等;所述的若干砌块A和若干砌块B在组成墙体时,左右相邻的砌块A处于同一高度,左右紧贴,上下相邻的砌块A处于同一铅垂线上,上下紧贴,砌块B插入相邻的砌块A的空隙中。
所述的砌块B的四个侧面分别设有若干凹槽,所述的砌块A与所述的砌块B相邻的四个侧面的对应位置分别设有若干与所述的凹槽相契合的凸台;所述的砌块A与所述的砌块B不相邻的两个侧面之间设有若干竖直贯穿所述砌块A的钢筋孔。
所述的砌块墙体,其特征在于:所述的凸台和凹槽为长方体。
所述的砌块墙体,其特征在于:所述的钢筋孔为圆柱形,直径为1CM-3CM。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、砌块A的横截面为正六边形,砌块B的横截面为一个顶角为60°且4个边的边长相等的菱形,这种组合形式解决了传统的直角六面体砌块左右前后方向容易松动的问题。
2、砌块A四个相对面的边缘设有若干凸台,砌块B的边缘设有与砌块A边缘的凸台相对应的若干凹槽,在组合成墙体时,只需要将凸台卡入凹槽中,提高了砌块之间的契合度并且节省大量的时间。
3、砌块A其他的两个面之间设有若干贯穿砌块A的钢筋孔,钢筋孔可以通过钢筋使上下相邻的砌块A相连接,提高了砌块墙体的整体性。

下面将结合附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图所示,一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体,由若干砌块A1和若干砌块B2组合砌成,其中砌块A1的横截面为边长为20CM的正六边形,砌块B2的横截面为边长为20CM且一个顶角为60°的菱形;砌块A1和砌块B2的厚度都为10CM;砌块A1与砌块B2接触的四个侧面上分别设有两个正方体的凸台3,长宽高为5CM,砌块B2的四个侧面的对应位置上分别设有两个正方体的凹槽4,长宽高为5CM;砌块A1的其他两个面之间设有两个贯穿砌块A1的直径为2CM的圆柱形钢筋孔5。
本发明一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体以图1的方式构筑墙体,上下相邻的砌块A1相邻的面重合,左右对齐,砌块B2拼接在相邻的4个砌块A1中间,砌块A1与砌块B2接触的四个侧面上的凸台3卡入相邻的砌块B侧面的凹槽4中,能够使相邻的砌块拼接整齐;砌块A1其他的两个侧面之间设有若干贯穿砌块A1的钢筋孔5,钢筋孔5可以穿过钢筋使上下相邻的砌块A1相连接,提高了砌块墙体的整体性。
本发明一种组合式砌块墙体以图1的方式构筑墙体,上下相邻的砌块A1相邻的面重合,左右对齐,砌块B2拼接在相邻的4个砌块A1中间,砌块B2的凸台3卡入相邻的砌块A的凹槽4中,使相邻的砌块拼接整齐。
本发明采用的横截面为正六边形的砌块A和菱形的砌块B的拼接方式砌块之间契合度高,上下相邻的砌块A钢筋孔相通,钢筋孔中穿过钢筋提高了墙体的整体性并且不容易松动,美观大方。

1.一种预留钢筋孔的砌块墙体,包括厚度相同的若干砌块A(1)和若干砌块B(2),其特征在于:所述的砌块A(1)的横截面为正六边形,所述的砌块B(2)的横截面为一个顶角为60°的菱形,所述的正六边形和所述的菱形的边长相等;所述的若干砌块A(1)和若干砌块B(2)在组成墙体时,左右相邻的砌块A(1)处于同一高度,左右紧贴,上下相邻的砌块A(1)处于同一铅垂线上,上下紧贴,砌块B(2)插入相邻的砌块A(1)的空隙中;
所述的砌块B(2)的四个侧面分别设有若干凹槽(3),所述的砌块A(1)与所述的砌块B(2)相邻的四个侧面的对应位置分别设有若干与所述的凹槽(3)相契合的凸台(4);所述的砌块A(1)与所述的砌块B(2)不相邻的两个侧面之间设有若干竖直贯穿所述砌块A(1)的钢筋孔(5)。
