本发明公开一种松香施胶剂的制备方法,属于松香深加工技术领域。本发明采用以下重量份的原料:松香100份、豆油脂肪酸15份~20份、三氯氧磷5份~8份、醋酸钠1份~2份、聚乙二醇6份~10份、磺化木质素0.1份~0.2份、二甲基硅油15份~25份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水10份~15份;其中,包括先将上述松香加热熔解,然后加入去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;然后加入豆油脂肪酸、三氯氧磷、醋酸钠、聚乙二醇、磺化木质素、二甲基硅油,先加热至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至55℃~65℃1小时,接着再升温至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时。本发明制得的产物松香施胶剂具有稳定性强的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于松香深加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种松香施胶剂的制备方法。
背景技术
施胶剂是一种造纸的添加剂,它能赋予纸和纸板抗墨、抗水、抗乳液、抗腐蚀等性能以提高其平滑度、强度和使用期。施胶剂可分为浆内施胶剂和表面施胶剂,其中松香施胶剂属于造纸助剂浆内施胶剂的一种。
目前市场销售的松香施胶剂品种很多,但其大多表现稳定性能较差、保质期过短的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种松香施胶剂的制备方法,该方法解决了现有松香施胶剂存在稳定性能较差、保质期过短的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它采用以下重量份的原料:
松香100份、豆油脂肪酸15份~20份、三氯氧磷5份~8份、醋酸钠1份~2份、聚乙二醇6份~10份、磺化木质素0.1份~0.2份、二甲基硅油15份~25份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水10份~15份;
包括以下步骤:
A、将上述松香加热熔解,然后加入电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;
B、向A步骤制得的物料中加入豆油脂肪酸、三氯氧磷、醋酸钠、聚乙二醇、磺化木质素、二甲基硅油,并加热进行反应,制得;其中,所述加热的具体过程为:先加热至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至55℃~65℃1小时,接着再升温至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:松香100份、豆油脂肪酸15份、三氯氧磷5份、醋酸钠2份、聚乙二醇8份、磺化木质素0.15份、二甲基硅油20份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水15份;
更进一步的,松香100份、豆油脂肪酸17份、三氯氧磷8份、醋酸钠1份、聚乙二醇10份、磺化木质素0.1份、二甲基硅油15份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水12份;
更进一步的,松香100份、豆油脂肪酸20份、三氯氧磷6份、醋酸钠1.5份、聚乙二醇6份、磺化木质素0.2份、二甲基硅油25份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水10份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明是通过在松香中加入豆油脂肪酸、三氯氧磷、醋酸钠、聚乙二醇、磺化木质素、二甲基硅油以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并经特定的加热反应方式制备,从而使制得的产物松香施胶剂具有稳定性强的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本松香施胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述100kg松香加热熔解,然后加入15kg电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;
B、向A步骤制得的物料中加入豆油脂肪酸15kg、5kg三氯氧磷、2kg醋酸钠、8kg聚乙二醇、0.15kg磺化木质素、20kg二甲基硅油,并加热进行反应,制得;其中,所述加热的具体过程为:先加热至90℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至60℃1小时,接着再升温至90℃反应0.5小时。
本实施例制得的松香施胶剂稳定性好,在40℃时可贮存2年。
实施例2
本松香施胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述100kg松香加热熔解,然后加入12kg电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;
B、向A步骤制得的物料中加入豆油脂肪酸17kg、8kg三氯氧磷、1kg醋酸钠、10kg聚乙二醇、0.1kg磺化木质素、15kg二甲基硅油,并加热进行反应,制得;其中,所述加热的具体过程为:先加热至95℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至55℃1小时,接着再升温至95℃反应0.5小时。
本实施例制得的松香施胶剂稳定性好,在40℃时可贮存2年。
实施例3
本松香施胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述100kg松香加热熔解,然后加入10kg电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;
B、向A步骤制得的物料中加入豆油脂肪酸20kg、6kg三氯氧磷、1.5kg醋酸钠、6kg聚乙二醇、0.2kg磺化木质素、25kg二甲基硅油,并加热进行反应,制得;其中,所述加热的具体过程为:先加热至80℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至65℃1小时,接着再升温至80℃反应0.5小时。
本实施例制得的松香施胶剂稳定性好,在40℃时可贮存2年。

1.一种松香施胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
采用以下重量份的原料:
松香100份、豆油脂肪酸15份~20份、三氯氧磷5份~8份、醋酸钠1份~2份、聚乙二醇6份~10份、磺化木质素0.1份~0.2份、二甲基硅油15份~25份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水10份~15份;
包括以下步骤:
A、将上述松香加热熔解,然后加入电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水,并调节其pH值至9;
B、向A步骤制得的物料中加入豆油脂肪酸、三氯氧磷、醋酸钠、聚乙二醇、磺化木质素、二甲基硅油,并加热进行反应,制得;其中,所述加热的具体过程为:先加热至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时,然后降温至55℃~65℃1小时,接着再升温至80℃~95℃反应0.5小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的松香施胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:松香100份、豆油脂肪酸15份、三氯氧磷5份、醋酸钠2份、聚乙二醇8份、磺化木质素0.15份、二甲基硅油20份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的松香施胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:松香100份、豆油脂肪酸17份、三氯氧磷8份、醋酸钠1份、聚乙二醇10份、磺化木质素0.1份、二甲基硅油15份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的松香施胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:松香100份、豆油脂肪酸20份、三氯氧磷6份、醋酸钠1.5份、聚乙二醇6份、磺化木质素0.2份、二甲基硅油25份以及电导率小于5μS/cm的去离子水10份。
