Abstract

发明公开了一种铝板钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)、将铝板表面放入浸泡槽中使用32℃的浸泡剂浸泡处理2分钟后,使用清水冲洗干净,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦拭铝板表面;(2)、将步骤(1)处理好的铝板放入电解液中,以铁作为阴极,铝板作为阳极,进行电解;(3)、将步骤(2)处理好的铝板使用18℃去离子水清洗,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦干铝板表面水渍;(4)、将上述步骤处理好的铝板使用钝化液在22℃的钝化液中处理82‑88秒;(5)、将钝化处理完成的铝板使用去离子水冲洗干净,在30℃下烘干。本发明钝化工艺能提升后续钝化时的均匀性及钝化层的致密度,可以增大钝化层的厚度,大大提升铝板的防腐蚀性能及钝化后铝板表面的平整度。

Description

一种铝板钝化工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及铝板表面处理领域,特别是涉及一种铝板钝化工艺。
背景技术
铝及铝合金是当前用途十分广泛的、最经济适用的材料之一。世界铝产量从1956年开始超过铜产量一直居有色金属之首。当前铝的产量和用量(按吨计算)仅次于钢材,成为人类应用的第二大金属;而且铝的资源十分丰富,据初步计算,铝的矿藏储存量约占地壳构成物质的8%以上。铝用途广泛,铝虽然在放置过程中表面也会氧化,但是其致密度及均匀性较差,在一些特殊领域,需要将铝板表面进行钝化处理,防止铝腐蚀,现有的钝化处理方法钝化的致密度不高,而且钝化层的厚度较薄,容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铝板钝化工艺,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种铝板钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝板表面放入浸泡槽中使用32℃的浸泡剂浸泡处理2分钟后,使用清水冲洗干净,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦拭铝板表面;所述浸泡剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:狗牙根8、三聚磷酸钠4、乙醇20、清水80、硅酸3;其制备方法为:将狗牙根捣碎,放入30重量份的清水水中,添加狗牙根重量0.1%的蒽醌和狗牙根重量1%的碳酸钠,搅拌均匀后,进行水浴密闭蒸煮,温度控制在88-90℃,时间为30分钟,然后,冷却至室温,过滤固体残渣,得滤液,将所得滤液与三聚磷酸钠、乙醇、硅酸和剩下的清水一起混合,搅拌均匀,即得所需浸泡液;
(2)、将步骤(1)处理好的铝板放入电解液中,以铁作为阴极,铝板作为阳极,进行电解,电压采用10V,电解液的温度控制30℃,电解时间为4分钟,电解进行时,铝板同时进行旋转,旋转速度为30r/min;所述电解液按质量百分数计由以下成分制成:1.5%碳酸氢钠、0.3%三聚磷酸钠其余为水;电解液的PH保持在8.5-9之间;通过电解能够在铝板表面形成氢氧化铝薄膜,薄膜上还分布着一些小孔,为后续铝板钝化打下了初始基础,能够提高后续钝化的程度和效率,同时也能提高钝化膜的致密度;
(3)、将步骤(2)处理好的铝板使用18℃去离子水清洗,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦干铝板表面水渍;
(4)、将上述步骤处理好的铝板使用钝化液在22℃的钝化液中处理82-88秒;所述钝化液按重量份计由以下成分制成:氧化钇0.8份、SmCl3˙6H2O 1份、铜粉0.2份、硅酸钠1份份、乙烷磺酸2份、硅溶胶30份、环氧树脂1份、双氧水10份、去离子水50份、十二烷基苯磺酸1份、脂肪醇硫酸钠0.8份、助剂0.5份;所述助剂按百分比计由以下成分制成:20.5%环己六醇磷酸酯、0.5%氯化钠、47%乙醇、32%己二醇;所述助剂的制作方法为:将氯化钠、环己六醇磷酸酯与乙醇进行混合,控制温度在8-10℃,持续40分钟后,再滴加己二醇,控制在25分钟滴完,边滴加边搅拌,搅拌速度为250r/min,最后静置5-8分钟,即可;
(5)、将钝化处理完成的铝板使用去离子水冲洗干净,在30℃下烘干。
本发明的有益效果是: 通过将铝板放入本发明中的浸泡剂中浸泡可以除去铝板表面的异物,通过配合添加硅酸,其吸附性能够提高清除铝板表面异物的程度,通过在浸泡剂中添加三聚磷酸钠,利用三聚磷酸钠的不好的成膜性和良好的初始分散性,能够降低其它成分吸附在铝板表面,造成需要二次处理的问题,同时又能配合其它成分提升后续钝化时的均匀性及钝化层的致密度,提升钝化后铝板喷涂时与涂料的粘结性,而且处理后,可以增大钝化层的厚度,大大提升铝板的防腐蚀性能及钝化后铝板表面的平整度。
通过氧化钇、SmCl3˙6H2O、铜粉配合制备的钝化液,钝化处理铝板后,形成了连续的致密的钝化膜具有高稳定性和耐蚀性能,抗氧化性能强,通过添加乙烷磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠、环氧树脂能极大的提高钝化膜的成膜性和膜的连续性,通过硅溶胶和十二烷基苯磺酸的配合可进一步提高钝化膜的连续性和钝化膜的附着性能,能够有效保护铝板材料,避免受到外界的腐蚀。经过本发明钝化处理的铝板表面钝化膜在同样环境下比一般钝化处理形成的钝化膜的寿命要长1.5倍,经过钝化后铝板的耐盐雾性能大于120小时(6.8%NaCl溶液连续喷雾,温度35℃)。
具体实施方式
一种铝板钝化工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝板表面放入浸泡槽中使用32℃的浸泡剂浸泡处理2分钟后,使用清水冲洗干净,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦拭铝板表面;所述浸泡剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:狗牙根8、三聚磷酸钠4、乙醇20、清水80、硅酸3;其制备方法为:将狗牙根捣碎,放入30重量份的清水水中,添加狗牙根重量0.1%的蒽醌和狗牙根重量1%的碳酸钠,搅拌均匀后,进行水浴密闭蒸煮,温度控制在88-90℃,时间为30分钟,然后,冷却至室温,过滤固体残渣,得滤液,将所得滤液与三聚磷酸钠、乙醇、硅酸和剩下的清水一起混合,搅拌均匀,即得所需浸泡液;
(2)、将步骤(1)处理好的铝板放入电解液中,以铁作为阴极,铝板作为阳极,进行电解,电压采用10V,电解液的温度控制30℃,电解时间为4分钟,电解进行时,铝板同时进行旋转,旋转速度为30r/min;所述电解液按质量百分数计由以下成分制成:1.5%碳酸氢钠、0.3%三聚磷酸钠其余为水;电解液的PH保持在8.5-9之间;通过电解能够在铝板表面形成氢氧化铝薄膜,薄膜上还分布着一些小孔,为后续铝板钝化打下了初始基础,能够提高后续钝化的程度和效率,同时也能提高钝化膜的致密度;
(3)、将步骤(2)处理好的铝板使用18℃去离子水清洗,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦干铝板表面水渍;
(4)、将上述步骤处理好的铝板使用钝化液在22℃的钝化液中处理82-88秒;所述钝化液按重量份计由以下成分制成:氧化钇0.8份、SmCl3˙6H2O 1份、铜粉0.2份、硅酸钠1份份、乙烷磺酸2份、硅溶胶30份、环氧树脂1份、双氧水10份、去离子水50份、十二烷基苯磺酸1份、脂肪醇硫酸钠0.8份、助剂0.5份;所述助剂按百分比计由以下成分制成:20.5%环己六醇磷酸酯、0.5%氯化钠、47%乙醇、32%己二醇;所述助剂的制作方法为:将氯化钠、环己六醇磷酸酯与乙醇进行混合,控制温度在8-10℃,持续40分钟后,再滴加己二醇,控制在25分钟滴完,边滴加边搅拌,搅拌速度为250r/min,最后静置5-8分钟,即可;
(5)、将钝化处理完成的铝板使用去离子水冲洗干净,在30℃下烘干。

Claims (1)

1.一种铝板钝化工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将铝板表面放入浸泡槽中使用32℃的浸泡剂浸泡处理2分钟后,使用清水冲洗干净,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦拭铝板表面;所述浸泡剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:狗牙根8、三聚磷酸钠4、乙醇20、清水80、硅酸3;其制备方法为:将狗牙根捣碎,放入30重量份的清水水中,添加狗牙根重量0.1%的蒽醌和狗牙根重量1%的碳酸钠,搅拌均匀后,进行水浴密闭蒸煮,温度控制在88-90℃,时间为30分钟,然后,冷却至室温,过滤固体残渣,得滤液,将所得滤液与三聚磷酸钠、乙醇、硅酸和剩下的清水一起混合,搅拌均匀,即得所需浸泡液;
(2)、将步骤(1)处理好的铝板放入电解液中,以铁作为阴极,铝板作为阳极,进行电解,电压采用10V,电解液的温度控制30℃,电解时间为4分钟,电解进行时,铝板同时进行旋转,旋转速度为30r/min;所述电解液按质量百分数计由以下成分制成:1.5%碳酸氢钠、0.3%三聚磷酸钠其余为水;电解液的PH保持在8.5-9之间;
(3)、将步骤(2)处理好的铝板使用18℃去离子水清洗,然后使用干净软布轻轻擦干铝板表面水渍;
(4)、将上述步骤处理好的铝板使用钝化液在22℃的钝化液中处理82-88秒;所述钝化液按重量份计由以下成分制成:氧化钇0.8份、SmCl3˙6H2O 1份、铜粉0.2份、硅酸钠1份份、乙烷磺酸2份、硅溶胶30份、环氧树脂1份、双氧水10份、去离子水50份、十二烷基苯磺酸1份、脂肪醇硫酸钠0.8份、助剂0.5份;所述助剂按百分比计由以下成分制成:20.5%环己六醇磷酸酯、0.5%氯化钠、47%乙醇、32%己二醇;所述助剂的制作方法为:将氯化钠、环己六醇磷酸酯与乙醇进行混合,控制温度在8-10℃,持续40分钟后,再滴加己二醇,控制在25分钟滴完,边滴加边搅拌,搅拌速度为250r/min,最后静置5-8分钟,即可;
(5)、将钝化处理完成的铝板使用去离子水冲洗干净,在30℃下烘干。
