本发明公开了一种除菌消臭的强力洁厕液,通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:无机酸盐酸,70~80份;表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20~30份;香精,6~10份;水,15~25份;还包括助剂巯基乙醇和煤油共6~8份,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为5~7:1。本发明提供的强力洁厕液能在马桶壁等硬表面迅速铺展,不易滚落,可以快速铺展渗透到无法喷洒到的死角,有利于提高清洗效果。这种技术效果可能与原料中巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比有关,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为5~7:1时铺展效果最好。本发明提供的强力洁厕液具有优异的去除细菌和顽固污渍的能力。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种除菌消臭的强力洁厕液。
背景技术
洁厕剂按其配方组成不同大致可分为三大类:酸性产品;中性产品;碱性产品。市场上以酸性产品为主,清洗效果最佳。洁厕剂的特点专门为厕盆内的顽固污渍而特别设计;能迅速有效地分解厕盆内的顽固污垢,无须费力擦洗;更有杀菌功效,清洁同时还能杀灭盆内隐藏的细菌;光亮且不损伤厕盆表面。
目前市面上的洁厕剂按形态分主要有液体和固体两大类,固体洁厕剂也叫洁厕宝,液体洁厕剂称为洁厕液。洁厕宝的使用方法是:只需要将其投入马桶的水箱,洁厕宝溶于水中,在每次冲水的时候就能达到清洁马桶的功效。洁厕液的使用方法则是:将洁厕液直接喷洒在马桶表面,停留5-8分钟,再以刷子刷洗后,用清水清洗即可亮丽如新。

本发明的目的在于提供一种除菌消臭的强力洁厕液。

一种除菌消臭的强力洁厕液,通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:无机酸盐酸,70~80份;表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20~30份;香精,6~10份;水,15~25份;还包括助剂巯基乙醇和煤油共6~8份,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为5~7:1。
进一步地,所述的强力洁厕液通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:无机酸盐酸,75份;表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,25份;香精,8份;水,20份;还包括助剂巯基乙醇和煤油共7份,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为6:1。
进一步地,所述的强力洁厕液通过如下重量份的原料制备而成:无机酸盐酸,70份;表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20份;香精,6份;水,15份;还包括助剂巯基乙醇和煤油共6份,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为5:1。

步骤S1,将无机酸和水混合,得组分A;
步骤S2,表面活性剂、香精和助剂混合,搅拌均匀,得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B混合搅拌均匀后分装灌封。

制备方法:
步骤S1,将无机酸和水混合,得组分A;
步骤S2,表面活性剂、香精和助剂混合,搅拌均匀,得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B混合搅拌均匀后分装灌封。

上述试验结果表明,本发明提供的强力洁厕液能在马桶壁等硬表面迅速铺展,不易滚落,可以快速铺展渗透到无法喷洒到的死角,有利于提高清洗效果。这种技术效果可能与原料中巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比有关,巯基乙醇和煤油重量份之比为5~7:1时铺展效果最好。

制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将无机酸和水混合,得组分A;
步骤S2,表面活性剂、香精和助剂混合,搅拌均匀,得组分B;
步骤S3,将组分A和组分B混合搅拌均匀后分装灌封。
