Abstract

本发明属于低硫柴油抗磨添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂及其制备方法,其由质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:25~50份聚醚,20~30份脂肪酸酯,5~15份酰胺复配而成。本发明制备的柴油抗磨添加剂不仅具有成本低、抗磨效果好等优点,而且加入低硫柴油中可以显著提升低硫柴油的抗磨性,本生产工艺适合大规模工业生产。

技术领域
本发明属于低硫柴油抗磨添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着东部地区实施国家第五阶段机动车污染物排放标准,柴油含硫量从0.005%降至0.001%,柴油脱硫主要的技术有加氢脱硫技术、氧化脱硫、生物脱硫、吸附脱硫和萃取脱硫等,目前开发的各种柴油脱硫技术中,加氢脱硫技术比较成熟,对反应机理研究的比较透彻,是目前工业脱硫的主要技术。柴油在低硫化的过程中,一些天然润滑性的物质也一同被脱除,主要是含氮、含氧极性化合物、多环芳香烃类物质,而硫存在于这些杂环化合物中,随着硫的脱除使得具有润滑作用的组分也被脱除,这样柴油的润滑性问题更加复杂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂及其制备方法,本发明制备的柴油抗磨添加剂不仅具有成本低、抗磨效果好等优点,而且加入低硫柴油中可以显著提升低硫柴油的抗磨性,该生产工艺适合大规模工业生产。
本发明通过下述的技术方案实现:
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:
聚醚 25~50份
脂肪酸酯 20~30份
酰胺 5~15份。
所述的聚醚可以是SDM-03C聚醚、SDM-02C聚醚、SDM-660聚醚、SDM-760聚醚中的一种或几种。
所述的脂肪酸酯可以是单棕榈酸脂肪酸酯、单油酸脂肪酸酯、单亚油酸脂肪酸酯、二亚油酸甘油酯、三亚油酸甘油酯中、油酸乙二醇酯中的一种或几种。
所述的酰胺可以是油酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或两种。
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,其制备方法是:
第一步将聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在35~40℃,搅拌速率在1000rpm~2000rpm,依次加入脂肪酸酯、酰胺,搅拌时间为30min~60min,即得到本产品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的产品可以提高低硫柴油的抗磨性,与单一品种的柴油抗磨剂相比具有成本低、抗磨效果好的优势。
具体实施方式
以下实施例进一步说明本发明,但是不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:40份SDM-03C聚醚,20份二亚油酸甘油酯,15份脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-03C聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在38℃,搅拌速率在1200rpm,依次加入二亚油酸甘油酯、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌60min,即得到本产品。
实施例2
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:40份SDM-760聚醚,30份单棕榈酸脂肪酸酯,5份油酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-760聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在35℃,搅拌速率在1700rpm,依次加入单棕榈酸脂肪酸酯、油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌40min,即得到本产品。
实施例3
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:50份SDM-02C聚醚,20份单油酸脂肪酸酯,5份油酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-02C聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在40℃,搅拌速率在2000rpm,依次加入单油酸脂肪酸酯、油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌50min,即得到本产品。
实施例4
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:25份SDM-03C聚醚,30份单亚油酸脂肪酸酯,15份脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-03C聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在36℃,搅拌速率在1800rpm,依次加入单亚油酸脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌40min,即得到本产品。
实施例5
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:30份SDM-660聚醚,20份二亚油酸甘油酯,15份脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-660聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在40℃,搅拌速率在1800rpm,依次加入二亚油酸甘油酯、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌30min,即得到本产品。
实施例6
一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:25份SDM-660聚醚,30份油酸乙二醇酯,10份油酸二乙醇酰胺组分复配而成,其制备方法是:首先将SDM-660聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在36℃,搅拌速率在1000rpm,依次加入油酸乙二醇酯、油酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌50min,即得到本产品。
为了比较实施例1~6制备的复合抗磨添加剂的抗磨性能,选择同一添加量,测试磨斑直径,数据记载如下表所示:

注:抗磨试验(HFRR)为高频往复机抗磨试验方法,SH/T0765-2005
从表1可以看出,在本发明所给出的各组分用量范围内,均可得到较好的抗磨效果,均符合国家标准≤460μm的要求。

1.一种用于低硫柴油的复合抗磨添加剂,以质量份数计算按如下组分配制而成:
聚醚 25~50份
脂肪酸酯 20~30份
酰胺 5~15份
其特征在于,所述的聚醚可以是SDM-03C聚醚、SDM-02C聚醚、SDM-660聚醚、SDM-760聚醚中的一种或几种;所述的脂肪酸酯可以是单棕榈酸脂肪酸酯、单油酸脂肪酸酯、单亚油酸脂肪酸酯、二亚油酸甘油酯、三亚油酸甘油酯中、油酸乙二醇酯中的一种或几种;所述的酰胺可以是油酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或两种。
2.权利要求1中所述的柴油抗磨添加剂,其特征在于制备方法为:首先将聚醚加入反应釜中,设定温度在35~40℃,搅拌速率在1000rpm~2000rpm,依次加入脂肪酸酯、酰胺,搅拌时间为30min~60min,即得到本产品。
