背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对一些广告、相片的要求也越来越高,由于广告,特别是户外广告受到风吹日晒雨林等天气影响,容易造成污染或淋湿,使得户外广告寿命受到影响,而类似相片等物品存放时间长后就会出现褪色、泛黄等现象。为了能使户外广告寿命更长,相片能够具有高度防腐性及抗紫外线的侵蚀,历久常新,不褪色,不变黄,人们开始利用透明的保护薄膜覆盖在画面上,目前保护薄膜的覆盖大都采用热塑封的方式,需要设备加热,操作不便。

本发明的目的在于提供一种冷裱膜及其制备方法,本发明制作的冷裱膜能使相片图象具有高度防腐性及抗紫外线的侵蚀,历久常新,永不褪色,不变黄、更能增加强烈的立体感,产生意想不到的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:

根据上述的冷裱膜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:按照上述配比称取各个原料,然后加热,混合,采用本行业通用方法涂覆制备。

本发明冷裱膜进行测试,透明度≥98.6%,本发明的冷裱膜能使相片图象具有高度防腐性及抗紫外线的侵蚀,历久常新,永不褪色,不变黄、更能增加强烈的立体感,产生意想不到的效果,既可广泛用于婚纱相、油画制作、字画、户外海报、广告、各类图片、文件、资料等方面,又可应用于较大型广告宣传,建筑装潢效果图,背景装饰等,使用冷裱膜腹膜保护效果更佳。
