Abstract

本发明涉及一种无油防静电的珍珠棉,由以下材料按质量的百分比发泡制得:高压聚乙烯:75%~85%;脱脂母粒:3%~10%;防静电母粒:3%~10%;在制作的时候,通入质量比在8%~12%的丁烷气进行发泡。采用了上述材料制成的珍珠棉在后期使用的时候不会出现渗脂现象,不会污染零件;使用防静电母粒能够使珍珠棉成形后具有良好的防静电效果,这样就不会吸附灰尘以及微小颗粒物,能够保证零件不沾染灰尘,本珍珠棉经过后期加工制成泡沫包装袋,用来封装一些电子产品:电视、手机、液晶面板等,确保电子产品表面不会粘附油脂和灰层,保证电子产品内部电器元件运行正常。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料制作行业,尤其是涉及一种无油防静电的珍珠棉。
背景技术
珍珠棉,是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点。具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,是传统包装材料的理想替代品,具有广泛的应用前景。
传统的珍珠棉在制备中对原材料的要求很高,制备成本高,并且普通的珍珠棉上在会往外渗油很容易污染包装的零件;有的零件在包装的时候会产生静电,导致零件会吸附灰尘,这样就不能包装无尘要求的零件,不能满足市场对包装材料无油防静电的要求。
目前,电子领域的企业,为了更进一步的降低运送中对电子产品的包装成本,都利用发泡材料代替原有的纯塑料包装纸,原有的塑料包装纸对电子产品的表面产生的油脂不能进行有效的吸附,导致电子产品表面残留有很多的油脂和灰层,影响电子产品的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够防止在任何情况下渗油并且能够防止零件上出现静电的无油防静电的珍珠棉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种无油防静电的珍珠棉,由以下材料按质量的百分比发泡制得:
高压聚乙烯:75%~85%;
脱脂母粒:3%~10%;
防静电母粒:3%~10%;
在制作的时候,通入质量比在8%~12%的丁烷气进行发泡。
进一步具体的,通入所述丁烷气的质量比为10%。
进一步具体的,所述的脱脂母粒的质量比为4%。
进一步具体的,所述的防静电母粒质量比为4%。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了上述材料制成的珍珠棉在后期使用的时候不会出现渗脂现象,不会污染零件;使用防静电母粒能够使珍珠棉成形后具有防静电效果,这样就不会吸附灰尘以及微小颗粒物,能够保证零件不沾染灰尘;本珍珠棉用来封装一些电子产品:电视、手机、液晶面板等,确保电子产品表面不会粘附油脂和灰层,保证电子产品内部电器元件运行正常。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步描述。
一种无油防静电的珍珠棉,由以下材料按质量的百分比发泡制得:
高压聚乙烯:75%~85%;
脱脂母粒:3%~10%;
防静电母粒:3%~10%;
在制作的时候,通入质量比在8%~12%的丁烷气进行发泡。
实施例1:珍珠棉的材料质量组分百分比如下,
高压聚乙烯:    82%;
脱脂母粒:      4%;
防静电母粒:    4%;
通入的丁烷气:  10%;
其中,脱脂母粒以低密度聚乙烯LDPE为载体,由LDPE、固化剂、分散剂、吸脂剂组成,与直接添加单甘脂相比,其优点:减少珍珠棉表面油腻现象;防静电母粒采用抗静电剂,配以进口助剂及载体树脂,经混炼造粒而成,与树脂有良好的相溶性,其分散性能和耐候性能优良,能够有效的防止静电的产生;在制作的时候配以丁烷气通入起到发泡的作用。
实施例2:珍珠棉的材料质量组分百分比如下,
高压聚乙烯:    80%;
脱脂母粒:      5%;
防静电母粒:    5%;
通入的丁烷气:  10%;
其中,脱脂母粒和防静电母粒和实施例1所述的一致;在通入丁烷气为了能够有效的进行发泡作用。
实施例3:珍珠棉的材料质量组分百分比如下,
高压聚乙烯:    84%;
脱脂母粒:      3%;
防静电母粒:    3%;
通入的丁烷气:  10%;
其中,脱脂母粒和防静电母粒和实施例1所述的一致;在通入丁烷气为了能够有效的进行发泡作用。
通过三个实施例的检测以及使用,产品无析出物,不会出油以及杂质,防静电指数可达9~11,能够有效的防止静电的产生,不会污染包装内部的零件,并且可回收再利用,节省资源,减少白色污染的出现。
利用本发明的技术引导,制得一种无油的珍珠棉,其具体的操作方式为:一种无油的珍珠棉,由以下材料按质量的百分比发泡制得:
高压聚乙烯:85%;
脱脂母粒:6%;
在制作的时候,通入质量比在9%的丁烷气进行发泡,制得的珍珠棉无析出物,不会出油以及杂质,其保证被包装产品的质量。

1.一种无油防静电的珍珠棉,其特征在于,由以下材料按质量的百分比发泡制得:
高压聚乙烯:75%~85%;
脱脂母粒:3%~10%;
防静电母粒:3%~10%;
在制作的时候,通入质量比在8%~12%的丁烷气进行发泡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无油防静电的珍珠棉,其特征在于,通入所述丁烷气的质量比为10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无油防静电的珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述的脱脂母粒的质量比为4%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无油防静电的珍珠棉,其特征在于,所述的防静电母粒质量比为4%。
