本发明公开了一种建筑保温砂浆,其由以下重量份原料制成:水泥70‐90份、石灰粉8‐12份、膨胀珍珠岩3‐5份、碳酸氢钠4‐7份、硅酸钠3‐5份、玻璃纤维4‐6份、羟甲基纤维素1‐3份、七水硫酸铜1‐2份、氧化铝4‐7份、聚环氧乙烷2‐4份。本发明的保温砂浆配料组成简单,科学合理,具有优良的保温隔热性能、粘结强度、抗压强度、耐候性、防水防霉、防裂、抗冲击性等性能,能够显著提高建筑施工质量。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种建筑保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业加水搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。不仅可以用于建筑外墙外保温,还可以用于外墙内保温,或者外墙内外同时保温,及屋顶的保温和地热的隔热层,为节能体系的设计提供一定的灵活性。具有施工方便、耐久性好、质轻、保温、绝热性好等优点。近年来我国保温砂浆的研究较多,在实际工程中已有很多应用,但与发达国家相比,其保温性能、耐候性能、抗压强度、抗冲击性、防水防霉、抗裂等性能还有待提高。
