Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,由以下原料制备制成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、蓖麻油、甲基纤维素、羊毛脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、凡士林、硅丙乳液、环状甲基硅氧烷、水溶性壳聚糖、六偏磷酸钠、海藻糖、铝粉、铝氧熟料、原竹纤维、尾矿砂、甲基硅醇钠、粉煤灰纤维、水泥、陶粒、砂、萘系减水剂、发泡剂、聚苯乙烯、水适量;本发明通过限定料浆原料配比及制备过程固化、养护工艺,使获得的隔墙板具有轻质、凝结硬化快、高强、保温、隔热、防火、耐酸碱等性能优势,以及无毒、无害、无污染、无辐射等环保优势,是一种新型多功能建材。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆。
背景技术
建筑节能理念已经受到世界各国的普遍关注,建筑能源利用效率低的主要原因是房屋建筑围护结构的保温性和密闭性较差,致使大量能源浪费。为此,开发保温隔热性能好、热容量大的建筑材料成为节能的关键。近年来,发泡聚苯乙烯保温砂浆由于具有导热系数低、耐候性好、施工方便等优点而成为研究我国建材节能材料的切入点。轻质建筑围护材料既能有效减少结构自重,保证建筑物的隔热保温性能,又可以有效降低运输及工厂生产预制件的成本。因此开发非承重性轻质保温隔板才来哦具有很好的研究意义和应用价值。现有的保温隔墙板虽然质轻,但还存在强度低的问题,由于外层的硅酸钙板的力学性能及单位面积内质量通常维持在一个特定的范围,因此芯体(加气混凝土与EPS复合)的密度、隔热性能以及与硅酸钙板之间的粘结性成为研究的关键内容。
《轻质保温隔墙板的制备及性能研究》一文中作者从原材料配比、筛选及优化实现EPS浆料的高保温性能,从实验数据可以看出芯体的干表观密度直接关系芯体的抗压强度与保温性能,一般芯体密度在一定的情况下,干表观密度越小,导热系数越低,隔热性能越好,但是随之抗压强度不高。从文章中可以看出降低组成浆料的粉料密度是最佳的方法。其中粉煤灰具有潜在的化学活性,颗粒微细,且含有大量玻璃体微珠,掺入干拌砂浆中可以发挥活性效应、形态效应及微粒填充效应,从实验数据中可以看出添加了粉煤灰可使材料的抗压强度有所提高,且干表观密度下降,但是随着粉煤灰掺入量比例的提高,水泥胶凝料比例也相对下降,导致材料的抗压强度逐步下降。对此本发明提出添加粉煤灰纤维替代粉煤灰在砂浆中起到隔热、保温、提高抗压强度的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.1-1.3、蓖麻油1.2-2、甲基纤维素1.2-1.5、羊毛脂0.6-0.7、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、凡士林0.6-0.7、硅丙乳液2.6-3、环状甲基硅氧烷0.4-0.6、水溶性壳聚糖2.3-2.8、六偏磷酸钠1.3-1.6、海藻糖0.5-0.6、铝粉0.7-1、铝氧熟料9-11、原竹纤维11-14、尾矿砂8-11、甲基硅醇钠2.2-2.5、粉煤灰纤维18-22、水泥27-30、陶粒20-25、砂12-15、萘系减水剂1.5-2、发泡剂0.7-1、聚苯乙烯12-14、水适量。
所述一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将粉煤灰纤维浸渍于0.3mol/L的盐酸中超声预处理30min,再用水洗涤呈中性后在油浴锅中加热至120℃,水分蒸发后加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯和蓖麻油恒温搅拌1-2h,冷却备用,将甲基纤维素在冷水中溶胀,升高温度搅拌至完全溶解,控制温度在65-70℃时缓慢加入羊毛脂和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合均匀后再在快速搅拌下加入凡士林,恒温反应20-30min,再加入硅丙乳液和环状甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀后喷涂于上述粉煤灰纤维表面,于烘箱中110℃干燥至恒重;
(2)将水溶性壳聚糖用4-6倍的水溶解,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠、海藻糖和铝粉混合搅拌均匀,缓慢升高温度至35-45℃时加入原竹纤维和步骤(1)制备的产物超声处理20-40min,然后将其置于真空干燥箱中于80℃烘干,自然冷却后备用;
(3)将水泥、陶粒、尾矿砂、铝氧熟料倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、甲基硅醇钠继续搅拌4-6min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3-5d即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用粉煤灰制成的纤维密度小、导热系数低、不燃、耐腐蚀、化学稳定性强、吸声性能好的特点作为砂浆的增强相,但是由于粉煤灰纤维比表面积大吸附能力高,容易吸湿,造成牢固性不高,易发泡掉渣,本发明采用改性剂对其进行憎水处理,并且利用盐酸腐蚀表面增加孔隙阻止空气对流,起到了良好的隔热作用,并且和改性的原竹纤维复合,改善粉煤灰在砂浆中分散性差、易絮凝缠绕的问题,并且提高了砂浆与板材之间的作用力和粘结性,不容易出现缝隙、吸潮、鼓泡的特性,提高了隔墙板的质量,本发明通过限定料浆原料配比及制备过程固化、养护工艺,使获得的隔墙板具有轻质、凝结硬化快、高强、保温、隔热、防火、耐酸碱等性能优势,以及无毒、无害、无污染、无辐射等环保优势,是一种新型多功能建材。
具体实施方式
一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.1、蓖麻油1.2、甲基纤维素1.2、羊毛脂0.6、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3、凡士林0.6、硅丙乳液2.6、环状甲基硅氧烷0.4、水溶性壳聚糖2.3、六偏磷酸钠1.3、海藻糖0.5、铝粉0.7、铝氧熟料9、原竹纤维11、尾矿砂8、甲基硅醇钠2.2、粉煤灰纤维18、水泥27、陶粒20、砂12、萘系减水剂1.5、发泡剂0.7、聚苯乙烯12、水适量。
所述一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,由以下具体步骤制备制成:

(2)将水溶性壳聚糖用4倍的水溶解,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠、海藻糖和铝粉混合搅拌均匀,缓慢升高温度至35℃时加入原竹纤维和步骤(1)制备的产物超声处理20min,然后将其置于真空干燥箱中于80℃烘干,自然冷却后备用;
(3)将水泥、陶粒、尾矿砂、铝氧熟料倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、甲基硅醇钠继续搅拌4min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3d即可。
该隔墙板性能参数如下:
(1)容重:499kg/m3;
(2)导热系数(平均温度25±2℃):0.09W/(m•k);
(3)抗压强度:5.1MPa;
(4)断裂力:18.6N;
(5)吸水率:23.5%。
Claims (2)
1.一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.1-1.3、蓖麻油1.2-2、甲基纤维素1.2-1.5、羊毛脂0.6-0.7、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、凡士林0.6-0.7、硅丙乳液2.6-3、环状甲基硅氧烷0.4-0.6、水溶性壳聚糖2.3-2.8、六偏磷酸钠1.3-1.6、海藻糖0.5-0.6、铝粉0.7-1、铝氧熟料9-11、原竹纤维11-14、尾矿砂8-11、甲基硅醇钠2.2-2.5、粉煤灰纤维18-22、水泥27-30、陶粒20-25、砂12-15、萘系减水剂1.5-2、发泡剂0.7-1、聚苯乙烯12-14、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种隔墙板芯板用隔声环保砂浆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将粉煤灰纤维浸渍于0.3mol/L的盐酸中超声预处理30min,再用水洗涤呈中性后在油浴锅中加热至120℃,水分蒸发后加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯和蓖麻油恒温搅拌1-2h,冷却备用,将甲基纤维素在冷水中溶胀,升高温度搅拌至完全溶解,控制温度在65-70℃时缓慢加入羊毛脂和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合均匀后再在快速搅拌下加入凡士林,恒温反应20-30min,再加入硅丙乳液和环状甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀后喷涂于上述粉煤灰纤维表面,于烘箱中110℃干燥至恒重;
(2)将水溶性壳聚糖用4-6倍的水溶解,搅拌下加入六偏磷酸钠、海藻糖和铝粉混合搅拌均匀,缓慢升高温度至35-45℃时加入原竹纤维和步骤(1)制备的产物超声处理20-40min,然后将其置于真空干燥箱中于80℃烘干,自然冷却后备用;
(3)将水泥、陶粒、尾矿砂、铝氧熟料倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、甲基硅醇钠继续搅拌4-6min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3-5d即可。
