本发明公开了一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,由以下原料制备制成:环氧乙烷、水性聚氨酯、十二烷基二甲基叔胺、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠、疏水型炭黑、蛭石粉、硅藻土、顺丁烯二酐、氮化铝、石膏粉、三聚甲醛交联剂、三元乙丙橡胶纤维、粉煤灰纤维、VAC/E乳胶粉、水泥、陶粒、砂、萘系减水剂、发泡剂、聚苯乙烯、无水乙醇适量、水适量;本发明具有节能环保,强度高,不变形,使用寿命长,保温、防潮、防火效果好等优点,其制作方法科学合理,成本低,效率高,值得推广。

一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆。
背景技术
建筑节能理念已经受到世界各国的普遍关注,建筑能源利用效率低的主要原因是房屋建筑围护结构的保温性和密闭性较差,致使大量能源浪费。为此,开发保温隔热性能好、热容量大的建筑材料成为节能的关键。近年来,发泡聚苯乙烯保温砂浆由于具有导热系数低、耐候性好、施工方便等优点而成为研究我国建材节能材料的切入点。轻质建筑围护材料既能有效减少结构自重,保证建筑物的隔热保温性能,又可以有效降低运输及工厂生产预制件的成本。因此开发非承重性轻质保温隔板才来哦具有很好的研究意义和应用价值。现有的保温隔墙板虽然质轻,但还存在强度低的问题,由于外层的硅酸钙板的力学性能及单位面积内质量通常维持在一个特定的范围,因此芯体(加气混凝土与EPS复合)的密度、隔热性能以及与硅酸钙板之间的粘结性成为研究的关键内容。
《轻质保温隔墙板的制备及性能研究》一文中作者从原材料配比、筛选及优化实现EPS浆料的高保温性能,从实验数据可以看出芯体的干表观密度直接关系芯体的抗压强度与保温性能,一般芯体密度在一定的情况下,干表观密度越小,导热系数越低,隔热性能越好,但是随之抗压强度不高。从文章中可以看出降低组成浆料的粉料密度是最佳的方法。其中粉煤灰具有潜在的化学活性,颗粒微细,且含有大量玻璃体微珠,掺入干拌砂浆中可以发挥活性效应、形态效应及微粒填充效应,从实验数据中可以看出添加了粉煤灰可使材料的抗压强度有所提高,且干表观密度下降,但是随着粉煤灰掺入量比例的提高,水泥胶凝料比例也相对下降,导致材料的抗压强度逐步下降。对此本发明提出添加粉煤灰纤维替代粉煤灰在砂浆中起到隔热、保温、提高抗压强度的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧乙烷1.1-1.4、水性聚氨酯1.6-2、十二烷基二甲基叔胺1.8-2.2、聚乙烯醇1.5-2、聚丙烯酸钠1.8-2、疏水型炭黑2.3-2.6、蛭石粉2.2-2.5、硅藻土3.4-4、顺丁烯二酐0.8-1、氮化铝1.3-1.5、石膏粉8-10、三聚甲醛交联剂0.3-0.5、三元乙丙橡胶纤维4.5-5、粉煤灰纤维18-22、VAC/E乳胶粉1.2-1.5、水泥27-30、陶粒20-25、砂12-15、萘系减水剂1.5-2、发泡剂0.7-1、聚苯乙烯12-14、无水乙醇适量、水适量。
所述一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将粉煤灰纤维浸渍于0.3mol/L的盐酸中超声预处理30min,再用水洗涤呈中性后在油浴锅中加热至120℃,水分蒸发后加入环氧乙烷和水性聚氨酯恒温搅拌1-2h,冷却备用,将十二烷基二甲基叔胺用3-5倍量的乙醇稀释,缓慢升高温度至35-45℃时加入聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀后快速搅拌下加入去离子水,恒温反应30-50min,再加入疏水型炭黑和蛭石粉,搅拌均匀后喷涂于上述粉煤灰纤维表面,于烘箱中110℃干燥至恒重;
(2)在无水乙醇中加入硅藻土超声搅拌均匀,通入氮气搅拌加入顺丁烯二酐、氮化铝和三元乙丙橡胶纤维,升温至55-65℃搅拌反应2.8-3h,反应结束后加入三聚甲醛交联剂和步骤(1)制备的产物,混合搅拌均匀后置于真空干燥箱中干燥,粉碎后备用;
(3)将水泥、陶粒、石膏粉、砂倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、VAC/E乳胶粉继续搅拌4-6min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3-5d即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用粉煤灰制成的纤维密度小、导热系数低、不燃、耐腐蚀、化学稳定性强、吸声性能好的特点作为砂浆的增强相,但是由于粉煤灰纤维比表面积大吸附能力高,容易吸湿,造成牢固性不高,易发泡掉渣,本发明采用改性剂对其进行憎水处理,并且利用盐酸腐蚀表面增加孔隙阻止空气对流,起到了良好的隔热作用,并且和改性的三元乙丙橡胶纤维复合,改善粉煤灰在砂浆中分散性差、易絮凝缠绕的问题,并且提高了砂浆与板材之间的作用力和粘结性,不容易出现缝隙、吸潮、鼓泡的特性,提高了隔墙板的质量,本发明具有节能环保,强度高,不变形,使用寿命长,保温、防潮、防火效果好等优点,其制作方法科学合理,成本低,效率高,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:环氧乙烷1.1、水性聚氨酯1.6、十二烷基二甲基叔胺1.8、聚乙烯醇1.5、聚丙烯酸钠1.8、疏水型炭黑2.3、蛭石粉2.2、硅藻土3.4、顺丁烯二酐0.8、氮化铝1.3、石膏粉8、三聚甲醛交联剂0.3、三元乙丙橡胶纤维4.5、粉煤灰纤维18、VAC/E乳胶粉1.2、水泥27、陶粒20、砂12、萘系减水剂1.5、发泡剂0.7、聚苯乙烯12、无水乙醇适量、水适量。
所述一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,由以下具体步骤制备制成:

(3)将水泥、陶粒、石膏粉、砂倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、VAC/E乳胶粉继续搅拌4min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3d即可。
该隔墙板性能参数如下:
(1)容重:518kg/m3;
(2)导热系数(平均温度25±2℃):0.08W/(m•k);
(3)抗压强度:5.5MPa;
(4)断裂力:14.2N;
(5)吸水率:21.6%。

Claims (2)

1.一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧乙烷1.1-1.4、水性聚氨酯1.6-2、十二烷基二甲基叔胺1.8-2.2、聚乙烯醇1.5-2、聚丙烯酸钠1.8-2、疏水型炭黑2.3-2.6、蛭石粉2.2-2.5、硅藻土3.4-4、顺丁烯二酐0.8-1、氮化铝1.3-1.5、石膏粉8-10、三聚甲醛交联剂0.3-0.5、三元乙丙橡胶纤维4.5-5、粉煤灰纤维18-22、VAC/E乳胶粉1.2-1.5、水泥27-30、陶粒20-25、砂12-15、萘系减水剂1.5-2、发泡剂0.7-1、聚苯乙烯12-14、无水乙醇适量、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种内隔墙板用生态环保型硅藻土砂浆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将粉煤灰纤维浸渍于0.3mol/L的盐酸中超声预处理30min,再用水洗涤呈中性后在油浴锅中加热至120℃,水分蒸发后加入环氧乙烷和水性聚氨酯恒温搅拌1-2h,冷却备用,将十二烷基二甲基叔胺用3-5倍量的乙醇稀释,缓慢升高温度至35-45℃时加入聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀后快速搅拌下加入去离子水,恒温反应30-50min,再加入疏水型炭黑和蛭石粉,搅拌均匀后喷涂于上述粉煤灰纤维表面,于烘箱中110℃干燥至恒重;
(2)在无水乙醇中加入硅藻土超声搅拌均匀,通入氮气搅拌加入顺丁烯二酐、氮化铝和三元乙丙橡胶纤维,升温至55-65℃搅拌反应2.8-3h,反应结束后加入三聚甲醛交联剂和步骤(1)制备的产物,混合搅拌均匀后置于真空干燥箱中干燥,粉碎后备用;
(3)将水泥、陶粒、石膏粉、砂倒入干拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入萘系减水剂、VAC/E乳胶粉继续搅拌4-6min,搅拌均匀后将称量好的水加到搅拌机中搅拌,此时将发泡剂用水溶解拌匀,然后将发泡剂溶液、聚苯乙烯、步骤(2)制备的产物加到搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料注入到模具中,模压成型,在发泡结束后通过螺旋输送机注入振动成型机中,挤压出成型墙板,表面处理后转移到养护房中,温度控制在50℃,时间3-5d即可。
