Abstract

本发明提出了一种调整装置，包括一转轴，该转轴一端至另一端依次穿过一轴座、一皮带轮、一摩擦轮以及一转轮；所述转轮表面依次等距设有六个半圆柱型凹槽；该转轮下方设有一滑槽，该滑槽背离所述转轴的一侧设有一进料道。本发明能够对圆柱形产品自动整列，节省了人工，提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及一种调整装置。
背景技术
在电子机械行业，经常涉及圆柱形产品的生产，上述产品在大批量生后通常要进入下一个生产流程，这时需要产品整齐排列进入流水线，实际生产时，很多产品在上一个生产工序完成后摆放较为混乱，这时需要人工整理以后才能进入下一个工站，这样浪费了人力物力，不利于企业生产效率的提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种调整装置，能够对圆柱形产品自动整列，节省了人工，提高了生产效率。
一种调整装置，包括一转轴，该转轴一端至另一端依次穿过一轴座、一皮带轮、一摩擦轮以及一转轮；所述转轮表面依次等距设有六个半圆柱型凹槽；该转轮下方设有一滑槽，该滑槽背离所述转轴的一侧设有一进料道。
本发明提供了一种调整装置，能够对圆柱形产品自动整列，节省了人工，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示，一种调整装置，包括一转轴1，该转轴1一端至另一端依次穿过一轴座2、一皮带轮3、一摩擦轮4以及一转轮5；所述转轮5表面依次等距设有六个半圆柱型凹槽6；该转轮5下方设有一滑槽7，该滑槽7背离所述转轴1的一侧设有一进料道8。
实际操作时，产品9放置于进料道8中，运输到转轮5下方，当转轮5其中一个凹槽6转到最接近进料道8的位置，产品9伸入该凹槽6中；利用电机或其他动力装置带动皮带轮3转动，进而带动摩擦轮4和转轮5转动，将产品9运输至滑槽7，最后进入下一个工序。其中，产品9的过剩供给量可以由摩擦轮4调节，以确保滑槽7内产品9保持满额状态且不紊乱。
本发明提供了一种调整装置，能够对圆柱形产品自动整列，节省了人工，提高了生产效率。
