Abstract

本发明涉及编织袋领域,具体的说是一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋,包括袋体、进料管、管盖、薄膜和弹簧;所述的袋体包括椭圆腔、矩形腔、下缝合线和上缝合线;所述的进料管与袋体相固连,所述的管盖与进料管上端螺纹连接;所述的薄膜位于椭圆腔内;所述的弹簧数量为二,所述的两个弹簧分别安装在矩形腔的上下两端。本发明能够放置植物所需的营养土,从而使得植物在运输过程中仍能吸收生长所需的必要元素,进而能够增加植物在编织袋内的存活率,对植物进行保鲜;且本发明的矩形腔内还安装有弹簧,有效的减小了外力将编织袋内植物压扁的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋领域,具体的说是一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋。
背景技术
现如今,随着生活水平的提高,很多人逐渐向往绿色生活,对于观赏植物的需求量极大的提升,随着观赏植物的广泛需求,关于植物等的运送也成为一大问题,若将植物放置在传统编织袋中,则植物极易因为缺乏必要的生长条件而枯萎或死去,且容易因外力作用而被压扁;所以,现急需一种能够对运送过程中的植物进行保鲜与保护的编织袋。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋,其弥补了传统编织袋运送植物而造成植物枯萎死去,且易被压扁的缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋,包括袋体、进料管、管盖、薄膜和弹簧;所述的袋体包括椭圆腔、位于椭圆腔上方的矩形腔、位于椭圆腔与矩形腔连接处的下缝合线和位于矩形腔上端的上缝合线,所述的下缝合线并不完全缝合椭圆腔上端的左右两侧面,也即矩形腔下端的左右两侧面,从而便于植物根茎从矩形腔下端插入椭圆腔内,所述的椭圆腔上设置有通孔。
所述的进料管与袋体相固连,且进料管上端位于袋体外部,进料管下端贯穿通孔并伸入椭圆腔中,所述的管盖与进料管上端螺纹连接。
所述的薄膜位于椭圆腔内,且薄膜的开口处贴紧进料管的管壁;工作时,当需要运输植物且要保证植物存活时,则首先,将卷起的薄膜从进料管塞进椭圆腔,其中薄膜的开口处位于进料管内壁上端,接着从薄膜的开口处冲入一定量的气体,使得薄膜膨胀并充满椭圆腔,接着再往薄膜内放入一定量的营养土,使得营养土布满薄膜,再拧紧管盖;接着可将需要运送的植物放入矩形腔,且植物根茎插入椭圆腔的薄膜内,并且植物根部伸入营养土中,从而有效的保证在编织袋内的植物的存活。
所述的弹簧数量为二,所述的两个弹簧分别安装在矩形腔的上下两端,且两个弹簧均与矩形腔的左右两侧面相固连,所述弹簧的作用是对矩形腔内的植物起缓冲保护作用,防止外力压扁植物。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋,其底部设置有椭圆腔,能够放置植物所需的营养土,从而使得植物在运输过程中仍能吸收生长所需的必要元素,进而能够增加植物在编织袋内的存活率,对植物进行保鲜;且本发明的矩形腔内还安装有弹簧,有效的减小了外力将编织袋内植物压扁的可能性。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种植物保鲜塑料编织袋,包括袋体1、进料管2、管盖3、薄膜4和弹簧5;所述的袋体1包括椭圆腔11、位于椭圆腔11上方的矩形腔12、位于椭圆腔11与矩形腔12连接处的下缝合线13和位于矩形腔12上端的上缝合线14,所述的下缝合线13并不完全缝合椭圆腔11上端的左右两侧面,也即矩形腔12下端的左右两侧面,从而便于植物根茎从矩形腔12下端插入椭圆腔11内,所述的椭圆腔11上设置有通孔111。
所述的进料管2与袋体1相固连,且进料管2上端位于袋体1外部,进料管2下端贯穿通孔111并伸入椭圆腔11中,所述的管盖3与进料管2上端螺纹连接。
所述的薄膜4位于椭圆腔11内,且薄膜4的开口处贴紧进料管2的管壁;工作时,当需要运输植物且要保证植物存活时,则首先,将卷起的薄膜4从进料管2塞进椭圆腔11,其中薄膜4的开口处位于进料管2内壁上端,接着从薄膜4的开口处冲入一定量的气体,使得薄膜4膨胀并充满椭圆腔11,接着再往薄膜4内放入一定量的营养土,使得营养土布满薄膜4,再拧紧管盖3。
所述的弹簧5数量为二,所述的两个弹簧5分别安装在矩形腔12的上下两端,且两个弹簧5均与矩形腔12的左右两侧面相固连,所述弹簧5的作用是对矩形腔12内的植物起缓冲保护作用,防止外力压扁植物。

所述的进料管(2)与袋体(1)相固连,且进料管(2)上端位于袋体(1)外部,进料管(2)下端贯穿通孔(111)并伸入椭圆腔(11)中,所述的管盖(3)与进料管(2)上端螺纹连接;
所述的薄膜(4)位于椭圆腔(11)内,且薄膜(4)的开口处贴紧进料管(2)的管壁;需要运送的植物被放入矩形腔(12),且植物根茎插入椭圆腔(11)的薄膜(4)内;
