技术领域
本公开总体上涉及一种车辆仪表板组件,更具体地涉及一种组件,其配置为检测该组件的指示器是否或何时从应安装该指示器的轴掉落。
背景技术
已知具有机械指示器的车辆仪表板组件。在一些示例中,示出指示器,且由位于该指示器下面的光源提供用于照明的光。如果指示器由于例如碰撞、不正确的维修或操作、或制造缺陷而掉落,那么光源可打扰车辆的操作者,或者可能干扰操作者在夜晚驾驶时看见道路的能力。
发明内容
根据一个实施例,提供了车辆仪表板组件。该组件包括光源、指示器和传感器。光源被配置为从组件的显示表面发射光。指示器放在显示表面的上面并且可绕轴线移动到一角度以指向显示表面上的标记。指示器限定了中心(hub)部分和从中心部分延伸出的指针部分。中心部分放在光源的上面且包括光导,该光导将光从光源引导到指针部分,从而照亮该指针部分。传感器邻近该中心部分。传感器被配置为检测指示器存在,而不管指示器的角度。

图1示出了车辆仪表板组件(下文称为组件10)的一部分的非限制性示例。此组件包括光源12,配置为从组件10的显示表面14发射光。即,出于一些原因,光源12不是用于照明显示表面14,而是发射向上且离开显示表面14的光,这些原因将在以下描述中变得显而易见。优选地,光源12是发光二极管(LED),因为此类装置具有长工作寿命且不产生不必要的热量。然而,不要求光源12是LED,且可使用其他类型的光源,诸如白炽灯。光源12以及本文中描述的其他电子部件优选地安装在位于显示表面14下方的电路板40上。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆仪表板组件(10),所述组件(10)包含:

指示器(16),放在所述显示表面(14)的上面并且可绕轴线(18)移动到一角度(20)以指向所述显示表面(14)上的标记(22),其中所述指示器(16)限定了中心部分(24)和从所述中心部分(24)延伸出的指针部分(26),其中所述中心部分(24)放在所述光源(12)的上面并且包括光导(28),所述光导(28)将来自所述光源(12)的光引导到所述指针部分(26),由此照明所述指针部分(26);以及
