本发明涉及一种阻燃抗污型防皱面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的阻燃抗污型防皱面料只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的阻燃抗污型防皱面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的阻燃抗污型防皱面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种阻燃抗污型防皱面料,它包括面料本体,所述面料本体的材质为棉,所述面料本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的镂空提花层,所述镂空提花层内设置有错位间隔布置的第一条形镂空、第二条形镂空以及第三条形镂空,第一条形镂空、第二条形镂空以及第三条形镂空,所述第一条形镂空内设置有防辐射条,所述第二条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条,聚氨酯防皱条具有记忆功能,第二条形镂空的截面尺寸比第一条形镂空和第三条形镂空的截面尺寸大,所述第三条形镂空内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维,所述面料本体的下表面向下依次设置有抗静电层、防火层以及防水层,所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组,所述防辐射金属丝组包括多根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,所述防水层包括防水面料层本体,所述防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜,所述防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条,所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔。抗静电层和防火层之间设置有阻燃织物层,阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线,织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物;所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维;所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为50:10:1;所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。阻燃织物层的下表面还复合有抗污层,抗污层为由羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维织成的抗污织物,抗污织物上附着有抗污剂,抗污剂的组分包括纳米二氧化钛、乙基含氢硅油、阳离子表面活性剂以及聚丙烯酸钠分散剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明阻燃抗污型防皱面料具有立体感,还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水、抗静电、防皱等功能。

抗静电层和防火层之间设置有阻燃织物层,阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线,织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物;所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维;所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为50:10:1;所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
阻燃织物层的下表面还复合有抗污层,抗污层为由羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维织成的抗污织物,抗污织物上附着有抗污剂,抗污剂的组分包括纳米二氧化钛、乙基含氢硅油、阳离子表面活性剂以及聚丙烯酸钠分散剂。
