随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的带有绝缘织物层的抗污型耐老化面料只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的带有绝缘织物层的抗污型耐老化面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的带有绝缘织物层的抗污型耐老化面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种带有绝缘织物层的抗污型耐老化面料,它包括耐老化层,耐老化层的上表面设置有防辐射层,防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条,所述防辐射层的上表面设置有加强层,加强层的上表面设置有防静电层,所述耐老化层的下表面设置有抗菌层,抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层的下表面设置有防火层,防火层的下表面设置有柔软层。所述柔软层由经线和纬线制成,经线和纬线的密度分别为50~60根/cm和30~50根/cm,经线和纬线的表面涂覆抗紫外线涂层。所述防静电层从上至下依次包括TPU涂层、导电纤维层、和锦纶纺织层,所述TPU涂层上设置有上下贯通的通孔,所述通孔为上大下小的锥形孔,所述通孔的下端和导电纤维层连通,所述通孔的上端与外界连通。防火层和柔软层之间设置有绝缘织物层,绝缘织物层的原料包括:氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维和阻燃剂,所述的氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维以及阻燃剂所占的重量比为6:3:1。
