本发明公开了一种不接触式定长系统,包括第一、二输送带、第一、二输送驱动装置、第一、二检测开关和控制器,所述第一输送带衔接位于第二输送带沿输送方向的前方,第一、二输送驱动装置分别驱动第一、二输送带直线输送,第一输送带上沿其输送方向间隔设有若干反光区,第一、二检测开关分别能够固定安装于第一输送带正上方,第一、二检测开关能够朝向第一输送带反光区所在位置发射激光,反光去能够反射第一、二检测开关发射的激光,第一、二检测开关能够接收反光板发射的激光并传信于控制器,控制器分别控制第一、二输送驱动装置动作,本发明检测精度高,能保持长期稳定的定长精度,避免了挤料现象的发生,确保了定长的安全进行。

不接触式定长系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车轮毂生产用自动化设备,尤指一种不接触式定长系统。
背景技术
在现有成型机,尤其是轿车子午线轮胎成型机中,帘布通过输送带进行输送、定长检测和裁切,而帘布胶料较薄、较粘,而且橡胶易粘在输送带上。帘布定长方式通常是开关检测与伺服电机配合完成。现有定长检测方式有两种:
1.用有颜色识别功能的传感器进行感应,通过感应帘布和输送带颜色来判断帘布前端位置,其主要缺点有两个,一是输送带容易粘胶,粘胶后输送带的颜色与帘布的颜色接近,易误检测;二是传感器都是靠反光量进行判断,颜色对比不是特别强时定位误差很大。
2.还有一种较常用的是压辊摆动的结构,由于帘布较薄,利用摆杆原理将测量值放大,测量较为准确,但此结构带来的问题是在摆动过程中如果摆动回复力太小,在高速输送时,摆杆会跳动然后产生误检测,如果回复力太大,压辊则会将胶料紧紧压在输送带上,胶料粘在输送带上会经常发生挤料,造成事故。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种不接触式定长系统,该不接触式定长系统结构简单,定长检测精度高,长期使用后也能保持稳定的定长精度,且不会发生挤料。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种不接触式定长系统,包括第一、二输送带、第一、二输送驱动装置、第一、二检测开关和控制器,所述第一输送带衔接位于第二输送带沿输送方向的前方,第一、二输送驱动装置分别驱动第一、二输送带直线输送,第一输送带上沿其输送方向间隔设有若干反光区,第一、二检测开关分别能够固定安装于第一输送带正上方,第一、二检测开关能够朝向第一输送带反光区所在位置发射激光,反光去能够反射第一、二检测开关发射的激光,第一、二检测开关能够接收反光板发射的激光并传信于控制器,控制器分别控制第一、二输送驱动装置动作。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一输送带沿其输送方向间隔设有若干镂空部,还设有若干反光板,若干个反光板固定安装于第一输送带各个镂空部下方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一输送带上镂空部为长圆形孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二检测开关位于第一输送带沿其输送方向的前端位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一、二检测开关为光电开关。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一、二输送带均为环形输送带,第一、二输送驱动装置均为伺服电机。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还设有第一、二检测开关位置调整装置,第一、二检测开关位置调整装置能够调节第一、二检测开关沿第一输送带输送方向的位置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在第一输送带上设置反光区对第一、二检测开关发射的激光进行反光进而实现位置的精确检测,第一检测开关用于保证帘布从第二输送带输送到第一输送带上时恰位于一个反光区内,第二检测开关用来检测帘布前端位置,该不接触式定长系统检测精度高,且能够保持长期稳定的定长精度,由于不会对输送带上帘布进行挤压,避免了挤料现象的发生,确保了定长的安全进行。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种不接触式定长系统,包括第一、二输送带1、2、第一、二输送驱动装置、第一、二检测开关3、4和控制器,所述第一输送带衔接位于第二输送带沿输送方向的前方,第一、二输送驱动装置分别驱动第一、二输送带1、2直线输送,第一输送带上沿其输送方向间隔设有若干反光区5,第一、二检测开关3、4分别能够固定安装于第一输送带正上方,第一、二检测开关3、4能够朝向第一输送带反光区5所在位置发射激光6,反光去能够反射第一、二检测开关3、4发射的激光6,第一、二检测开关3、4能够接收反光板发射的激光6并传信于控制器,控制器分别控制第一、二输送驱动装置动作。
工作时,首先第二输送带保持停止状态,帘布7预先放置在第二输送带上,第一输送带先运动,当位于输送前方的反光区5被第一检测开关检测到后,第一检测开关发送信号给控制器,控制器通过运算控制第二输送驱动装置开始与第一输送驱动装置同步驱动,此时第一、二输送带1、2同速输送,第二输送带上的帘布前端恰位于第一输送带的反光区5内,帘布被第一、二输送带1、2同步输送,当帘布所在第一输送带反光区5运动到第二检测开关位置处时,第二检测开关会先检测到反光区5(收到反光信号),然后检测到帘布前端(无反光信号),通过这一亮一暗控制器获得帘布位置信息,实现了帘布前端定位,然后通过第一、二输送驱动装置再走一个相对位置,即可用裁刀8进行裁断,此时被裁断的帘布长度为定长,该检测系统检测信号准确,帘布定长精度高。
所述第一输送带沿其输送方向间隔设有若干镂空部,还设有若干反光板,若干个反光板固定安装于第一输送带各个镂空部下方,通过在输送带上设置镂空部然后再在镂空部下方设置反光板实现第一输送带上反光区5的设置,该结构便于实现,反光板损坏也便于更换维修,此外也可以在输送带上涂反光材料来实现,或者在输送带上设置透光部,在透光部下侧设置反光面等等,都是本领域技术人员根据本专利很容易想到的等同替换结构。
所述第一输送带上镂空部为长圆形孔,便于检测,也可以是其它形状如圆孔或者矩形孔等等。
所述第二检测开关位于第一输送带沿其输送方向的前端位置,使帘布在第一输送带上经过相当长一段时间的输送,此时帘布在第一输送带上的位置已经保持稳定不变,避免其刚刚到第一输送带上时与第一输送带之间打滑、传动等其他原因造成的定长不准。
所述第一、二检测开关3、4为光电开关,第一、二检测开关3、4选用较细激光6束的光电开关,反射光线,精度较高。
所述第一、二输送带1、2均为环形输送带,第一、二输送驱动装置均为伺服电机。
还设有第一、二检测开关3、4位置调整装置,第一、二检测开关3、4位置调整装置能够调节第一、二检测开关3、4沿第一输送带输送方向的位置,通过第一、二检测开关3、4位置的调整来适应对第一输送带上反光区5的检测,具体的可以为支架上设置螺栓,第一、二检测装置安装在螺栓上,或者支架上设置长条形孔,检测开关能够滑动的设置在长条孔内,通过锁紧螺栓或者卡扣实现其位置的固定定位等等,此类结构都为本领域技术人员根据本专利很容易想到的等同替换结构。

1.一种不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:包括第一、二输送带(1、2)、第一、二输送驱动装置、第一、二检测开关(3、4)和控制器,所述第一输送带衔接位于第二输送带沿输送方向的前方,第一、二输送驱动装置分别驱动第一、二输送带直线输送,第一输送带上沿其输送方向间隔设有若干反光区(5),第一、二检测开关分别能够固定安装于第一输送带正上方,第一、二检测开关能够朝向第一输送带反光区所在位置发射激光(6),反光去能够反射第一、二检测开关发射的激光,第一、二检测开关能够接收反光板发射的激光并传信于控制器,控制器分别控制第一、二输送驱动装置动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:所述第一输送带沿其输送方向间隔设有若干镂空部,还设有若干反光板,若干个反光板固定安装于第一输送带各个镂空部下方。
3.如权利要求2所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:所述第一输送带上镂空部为长圆形孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:所述第二检测开关位于第一输送带沿其输送方向的前端位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:所述第一、二检测开关为光电开关。
6.如权利要求1所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:所述第一、二输送带均为环形输送带,第一、二输送驱动装置均为伺服电机。
7.如权利要求1所述的不接触式定长系统,其特征在于:还设有第一、二检测开关位置调整装置,第一、二检测开关位置调整装置能够调节第一、二检测开关沿第一输送带输送方向的位置。
