Abstract

技术领域
本发明大体上涉及医用流体连接器,且更特别地其涉及可应用于流体线路的带阀阳路厄连接器,并适于连接至通常为阴路厄类型等的连接器以用于打开通过两个连接器的流体通道。
背景技术
从本申请人名下的欧洲专利第EP-2504056B1号已知一种带阀阳路厄连接器,其包括外壳、管状部件,该管状部件具有配置用于连接至医疗线路的入口部分和具有开口终端的出口部分。锚固至外壳的弹性中空元件围绕管状部件,并且其具有通常密封地封闭管状部件的出口部分的终端的终端壁,以及切口。套环插入在外壳和弹性中空元件之间且其可轴向位移,随后是通过阴连接器的止推接合,阴连接器可连接至阳连接器以引起弹性中空元件的拉伸变形,结果是切口以及因此管状部件的入口部分和出口部分之间的流体通道的打开。
发明内容
本发明涉及前述已知的带阀阳路厄连接器的改进,特别地涉及连接器与医疗线路的更简单且更安全的连接。
根据本发明,该目的由于管状部件的入口部分可关于外壳旋转的事实而获得。
由于该特征,当带阀阳路厄连接器在使用中连接至通常由柔性管路构成的医疗线路时,其能够被操纵使得不仅以更简单的方式(这是由于有效避免了医疗线路的任何扭曲的事实)而且更加安全地(因为避免了由于其扭曲引起的医疗线路的不利分离的风险)连接至阴连接器。
管状部件可关于外壳在两个相反的旋转方向上自由旋转,并且根据本发明的优选实施方式,连接器的管状部件与其入口部分制成单件,并且可整体上关于外壳旋转。在该情形中,连接器的本体在此入口部分的侧上具有中空附件,在连接器的组装期间,管状部件在其轴向搭扣配合联接后通过该中空附件可旋转地接合。

具体实施方式
参照附图,根据本发明的带阀阳路厄连接器包括(大体上如从前述文献EP-2504056B1已知)外壳1,外壳1由中空本体2和环形凸缘部3构成,环形凸缘部3持久地轴向联接至中空本体2并在相对侧上形成为带有将在下文描述的管状附件4。
中空本体2在与凸缘3相对的侧上具有内部螺纹座5。
沿轴向延伸穿过本体1的管状部件整体上以6指示,并且其可通过下文描述的方法关于本体旋转。
管状部件6具有入口部分7,优选整体地接合形成并凸出至管状附件4的外部,配置用于联接医疗线路的柔性管路。
在相对侧上,管状部件6具有出口部分8,其凸出至螺纹座5的外部以限定适于由互补的阴连接器(由于本身是已知类型而未示出)接合的阳路厄旋锁连接器。例如,阴连接器可以是同样是本申请人名下的文献EP-834665B1中描述和示出的带阀类型。
入口7部分和出口8部分通过一系列间隔的径向通道9、10连接至彼此,如下文所阐明的那样控制通道9、10的相互连通,并且出口部分8具有以11指示的开口终端。
以12指示的是弹性中空元件,其通常由弹性体或硅酮橡胶制成,包括在本体2和凸缘3之间锚固在外壳1中的环形基部13,以及终端横向壁14,终端横向壁14通常朝向管状部件6的终端11布置并具有通常封闭的切口15,从而基本密封地阻塞终端11。
弹性中空元件12在内部具有分别以16、17和18指示的与管状部件6接触的第一、第二和第三密封环形突起。环形突起16与通道9和10相互作用以用于分别关闭和打开管状部件6的入口部分7和出口部分8之间的连通:在附图表示的状态中,通道9和10关于彼此隔离。
套环以19指示,其插入在外壳1的本体2和弹性中空元件12之间并构成适于控制穿过连接器的流体通道的打开(由弹性中空元件12的拉伸变形引起)的致动部件。套环19如先前提到的文献EP-2504056B1中描述的那样预先与在使用中与本体2的座5联接的阴路厄连接器等协作。由于该联接,阴连接器施加对套环19的轴向推力,从而将其在入口部分7的方向上推进,并使弹性中空元件12弹性地拉伸变形,从而打开穿过切口15的流体通道。
起动帽以20指示,其可拆卸地施加至外壳1以在其与阴连接器联接前将连接器保持在至少部分地打开的状态。因此,在使用中,来自连接至管状附件7的管路的医疗液体能够到达管状部件6的终端11而无需操作者的起动干预,因此使得带阀阳路厄连接器准备与阴连接器联接并允许医疗液体供给至患者。设置有液体不可渗透的横向屏障21的起动帽20可在第一轴向位置和第二轴向位置之间旋转地移位,在第一轴向位置中带阀连接器保持闭合,在第二轴向位置中其与套环19相互作用,从而使弹性元件12拉伸变形,释放径向通道9和10之间的连通和因此管状部件6的入口7和出口8部分之间的连通,同时打开了切口15。因此,在与其有关的用途中,入口端7和管路通过隔膜21与大气保持连通,隔膜21如所提及的构成对于来自管路的液体不可渗透的屏障。因此,根据本发明的连接器准备用于与阴连接器的随后联接而无需进一步的起动操作:事实上,移除帽20足以能够应用阴连接器。
如先前所提及的,根据本发明的特有特征,具有相关的入口部分7的管状部件6可关于外壳1在旋转的两个相反方向上自由旋转。为此,凸缘3的管状附件4形成有内部环形突起22,其与管状部件6的环形槽22接合,环形槽22形成在两个轴向止挡梯级24、25之间,止挡梯级24、25中的第二个、最内侧的一个具有较小直径。因此,在连接器的组装期间,管状部件6轴向地插入到外壳1中直至获得环形槽23关于凸缘3的环形突起22的搭扣配合联接。在此搭扣配合联接后,具有入口部分7的管状部件6可旋转且关于外壳1轴向锁定。因此,在使用中,外壳1能够关于固定至入口部分7的医疗线路的管路旋转,因此不仅有利于连接器的更简单的操作,还涉及其安全性:连接器和管路之间的自由旋转实际上阻止了管路扭曲以及从连接器的可能不利的分离。
显然,构造细节和实施例可以在不偏离如随后的权利要求中限定的本发明的保护范围的情况下关于已经描述和示出的内容宽泛地改变。因此,例如,尽管在所述实施例中入口部分7或7a与管状部件6被制成为单件,但其还可为单独的且因此可独立于此管状部件旋转。
Claims (5)
1.一种带阀阳路厄连接器,包括:外壳(1);管状部件(6),其具有配置用于连接至医疗线路的入口部分(7)和具有终端开口端(11)的出口部分(8);弹性中空元件(12),其固定至所述外壳(1)且包封所述管状部件(6),所述弹性中空元件(12)具有通常密封地封闭所述管状部件(6)的出口部分(8)的终端(11)的终端壁(14),并且具有切口(15);以及套环(19),其插入在所述外壳(1)和所述弹性中空元件(12)之间并可轴向移位,随后是通过可连接至所述阳连接器的阴连接器的止推啮合,用以引起所述弹性中空元件(12)的拉伸变形,结果是所述管状部件(6)的所述入口部分(7)和所述出口部分(8)之间的流体通道的打开,其特征在于,所述入口部分(7)可关于所述外壳(1)旋转。

4.根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)在所述出口部分(8)的侧上设有中空附件(4),所述管状部件(6)在其轴向搭扣配合联接(22,23)后通过所述中空附件(4)可旋转地接合。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器还包括起动帽(20),其设计用于可释放地连接至所述外壳(1)以保持所述管状部件(6)的出口部分(8)通过液体不可渗透的屏障(21)与大气连通。
