心绞痛是指由于冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄导致冠状动脉供血不足，心肌暂时缺血与缺氧所引起的以心前区疼痛为主要临床表现的一组综合征。其特点为阵发性的前胸压榨性疼痛感觉，可伴有其他症状，疼痛主要位于胸骨后部，可放射至心前区与左上肢，常发生于劳动或情绪激动时，持续数分钟，休息或用硝酸酯制剂后消失。本病多见于男性，多数病人在40岁以上，劳累、情绪激动，饱食、受寒、阴雨天气，急性循环衰竭等为常见的诱因。
心绞痛属于祖国医学“胸痹心痛”、“真心痛”、“厥心痛”范畴。心为诸脏主，其正经不可伤，伤之而痛者，则朝发夕死，夕发朝死，不暇展治。其久痛者，是心之支别络，为风邪冷热所乘也，故成疹，不死，发作有时，经久不瘥也。
临床表现
①典型心绞痛症状，常因体力活动或情绪激动而诱发，突然发生的位于胸骨体上段或中段之后的压榨性、闷胀性或窒息性疼痛，亦可能波及大部分心前区，可放射至左肩、左上肢前内侧，达无名指和小指，偶可伴有濒死感，往往迫使病人立即停止活动，轻者仅为局部沉闷感，重者可伴脸色苍白、冷汗及濒死感。患者被迫停止原有动作以手抚胸，休息或含服硝酸甘油后，于1—5min内缓解，很少超过15分钟;休息或含服硝酸甘油，疼痛在1～2分钟内(很少超过5分钟)消失。常在劳累、情绪激动(发怒、焦急、过度兴奋)、受寒、饱食、吸烟时发生，贫血、心动过速或休克亦可诱发。
②不典型的心绞痛症状，疼痛可位于胸骨下段、左心前区或上腹部，放射至颈、下颌、左肩胛部或右前胸，疼痛可很快消失或仅有左前胸不适、发闷感。
此症诊断主要依靠实验室检查
①心电图检查，约有半数病人在平静时的心电图正常，部分病人可有轻度S-T段压低及T波倒置，极少数病人可有陈旧性心肌梗死遗留的异常Q波，也可出现各种过早搏动、心房颤动、房室或束支传导阻滞等改变。伴有高血压者，多有左心室肥厚。
②放射性核素检查 A、放射性核素心肌灌注显象：心肌摄取201TI的量与心肌血流成正比，心肌缺血或梗死时，相应部位摄取201TI减少，表现为放射性稀疏或缺损区。B、运动放射性核素心脏造影：可测定休息时及运动时心脏射血分数及室壁运动情况。C、选择性冠状动脉造影（SCA)及左室造影：是诊断冠心病最重要和最可靠的方法。该法可清楚观察冠状动脉病变血管的支数，病变确切部位、范围及程度，有无侧支循环等，结合左室造影可了解室壁运动情况及室壁瘤存在。
③血管内超声显像检查。
④血管镜检查。
⑤冠状动脉造影。
药物治疗 ①硝酸酯类：为最有效的抗心绞痛药物，作用快，松弛平滑肌，扩张全身小静脉和小动脉，常用硝酸甘油。②β受体阻滞剂：是仅次于硝酸酯类的有效抗心绞痛药物。通过对心肌β肾上腺素受体的阻滞，抑制或降低心肌对交感神经兴奋或儿茶酚胺的反应，减慢心率和减弱心肌的收缩力而使氧耗量减低。③钙离子拮抗剂：具有降压、扩张冠状动脉、改善心肌缺血及抗心律失常等作用，硝苯地平及地尔硫是治疗心绞痛最常用的药物，对心绞痛合并有高血压者尤为适宜。④中药治疗心绞痛可用中医中药治疗，效果比较理想。同时应注意饮食以及生活习惯。
本发明所涉及药材均可见记载于《中华本草》。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种用于治疗心绞痛的药物，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈心绞痛的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种用于治疗心绞痛的药物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：人参15份、炮甲6份、皂角刺8份、郁金12份、威灵仙10份、厓花子12份、冷杉果9份、密马6份、仰天钟9份、马牙七8份。
下面结合中药学理论说明本发明有益效果：
发明人认为，心绞痛的基本病机，乃为气虚气滞，痰瘀互阻，虚实夹杂；从痰瘀形成之原因，可知痰是瘀的初始阶段，瘀是痰的进一步发展。根据痰的形成及气行则血行之理，其主要病机应为气虚血瘀。叫交通虚多实少，气虚贯穿整个冠心病的任何证型，因血运行赖气的推动，任何血液，气机的停滞不通，虽有自身的病变，但与心气、元气的推动无力有关。治疗因分证候，气虚者重用补气药，无气虚证者，轻用补气药。
本发明运用：人参甘温，能补肺中元气，肺气旺则四脏之气皆旺，精自生而形自盛；炮甲、皂角刺除有强大活血化瘀作用外，还有强大化痰排浊之力；郁金理气开郁，行气活血；威灵仙善通经络，消痰涎；厓花子解毒利湿，活血；冷杉果湿中理气，散寒止痛；密马平肝熄火；仰天钟敛肺益肾，活血；马牙七清热解毒，镇痛祛风散瘀。诸药合用，共奏活血化瘀，宣痹通阳之功。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2010年04月-2013年04月间共收集236例心绞痛患者。年龄40~81岁，平均年龄52±8岁；病程0.9~18.1年，平均8.1±3.7年。随机分为：治疗组118例，对照组118例。两组性别、年龄、病程等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
排除标准 ①排除急性心梗及其他心脏病患者，肝、肾及造血系统严重原发性疾病。②中医辨证排除寒凝心脉、心阴亏损证候。
2、治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例3制得的胶囊，每日3次。治疗30天。
对照组口服消心痛（舌下含服），3mg每次，每日3次；心可定，45mg每次，每日3次，治疗30日。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准
①显效：心绞痛基本消失或心绞痛发作次数减少80%以上，静息心电图缺血型变化恢复正常；
②有效：心绞痛发作次数减少50%~80%，S-T段回升0.05mV左右，T波倒量变浅达50%以上或由平坦变为直立；
③无效：心绞痛发作次数减少不到50%。
3.2治疗统计结果见表1。

为了更好地理解和实施本发明，下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
称取：人参15克、炮甲6克、皂角刺8克、郁金12克、威灵仙10克、厓花子12克、冷杉果9克、密马6克、仰天钟9克、马牙七8克；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120克，即得符合正常成人一天用量的煎剂。
用于治疗心绞痛。口服，每日服用一次。
实施例2
称取：人参15克、炮甲6克、皂角刺8克、郁金12克、威灵仙10克、厓花子12克、冷杉果9克、密马6克、仰天钟9克、马牙七8克；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。
用于治疗心绞痛。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
实施例3
称取：人参15克、炮甲6克、皂角刺8克、郁金12克、威灵仙10克、厓花子12克、冷杉果9克、密马6克、仰天钟9克、马牙七8克；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗心绞痛。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。
