本发明涉及光缆配盘技术领域，具体涉及一种光缆配盘。
背景技术
光缆线路工程设计中，光缆配盘十分重要。光缆配盘合理，则既可节约光缆、提高光缆敷设效率，同时，减少光缆接头数量、便于维护。特别是长途管道线路，光缆敷设在硅管管道中时，合理的配盘，可以减少浪费，否则，要么出现光缆富裕量太大，要么出现光缆长度不够，光缆一端在硅管中不能到达人孔。
光缆在出厂时，由于生产工艺以及测试，一般光缆出厂长度超出订货长度3-30米，但这一余长随生产厂商不同而不确定，并非一个准确数据，因此，在做光缆配盘时不应考虑，总之，要做好光缆配盘工作，首先要尽量获取光缆配盘基础资料，并且要求基础资料准确，否则，要经过仔细的测量工作，并考虑适当的预留比例，从而作出合理的配盘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种不仅传输效率和熔接效率较高，能够满足通信的需求，而且适用范围比较广泛，便于人们使用的光缆配盘。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种光缆配盘，它包含配盘本体、光缆适配盘、托盘盖、配线盒、电路板、光缆适配器、连接器、滚轮、移动支架；配盘本体上设有托盘盖的配线盒，光缆适配盘两侧设置有托盘盖，配线盒设置在光缆适配盘之间，配线盒侧壁和光缆适配器对应之处开有适配器出口，配线盒上设有电路板，连接器设在配线盒的电路板，且连接器连接电路板，光缆适配盘设在滚轮上，滚轮设置在移动支架上，配盘本体设置在移动支架上。
进一步的，所述的配线盒一侧设有拉手。
进一步的，所述的光缆适配器上设有数个绕纤柱。
进一步的，所述的支架底部设有带刹车滑轮。
采用上述结构后，本发明的有益效果为：它节约光缆、提高光缆效率，同时，减少光缆接头数量、便于维护，不仅传输效率和熔接效率高，能够满足通信的需求，而且适用范围比较广泛，便于人们使用的光缆配盘。

参看图1所示，本实施例采用的技术方案是：一种光缆配盘，它包含配盘本体1、光缆适配盘2、托盘盖3、配线盒4、电路板5、光缆适配器6、连接器7、滚轮11、移动支架8；配盘本体1上设有托盘盖3的配线盒4，光缆适配盘2两侧设置有托盘盖3，配线盒4设置在光缆适配盘2之间，配线盒4侧壁和光缆适配器6对应之处设有适配器出口，配线盒4上设有电路板5，连接器7设在配线盒4的电路板5，且连接器7连接电路板5，光缆适配盘2设在滚轮11上，滚轮11设置在移动支架8上，配盘本体1设置在移动支架8上。
所述的配线盒4一侧设有拉手。
所述的光缆适配器6上设有数个绕纤柱10。
所述的移动支架8底部设有带刹车滑轮9。
本实施例的有益效果为：它节约光缆、提高光缆效率，同时，减少光缆接头数量、便于维护，不仅传输效率和熔接效率高，能够满足通信的需求，而且适用范围比较广泛，便于人们使用的光缆配盘。

1.一种光缆配盘，其特征在于：它包含配盘本体、光缆适配盘、托盘盖、配线盒、电路板、光缆适配器、连接器、滚轮、移动支架；配盘本体上设有托盘盖的配线盒，光缆适配盘两侧设置有托盘盖，配线盒设置在光缆适配盘之间，配线盒侧壁和光缆适配器对应之处开有适配器出口，配线盒上设有电路板，连接器设在配线盒的电路板，且连接器连接电路板，光缆适配盘设在滚轮上，滚轮设置在移动支架上，配盘本体设置在移动支架上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光缆配盘，其特征在于：所述的光缆适配器上设有数个绕纤柱。
