Abstract

一种Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机,机组分为室内机、室外机,机组带电设备全部安装在室外机,室内机没有带电设备,满足Ⅰ级危险场所使用要求。室内机和室外机通过油管和铜管连接组成机组,机组采用PLC控制技术,实现人机互动操作,同时具有手动应急运行方式,在特殊情况下,可强制开机。机组通过调速阀进行调速,可实现室内机风量三档调速。机组设计压缩机停机延时保护、系统高压保护、系统低压保护、风机过载保护、油泵过载保护、油箱缺油保护、传感器故障报警等保护功能。本发明的技术效果是:解决了一般防爆空调、防爆除湿机组不能在Ⅰ级危险场所使用,且功能不全的不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆空调除湿一体机,尤其涉及一种Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机。
背景技术
目前,一般有防爆空调、防爆除湿机组等产品,其防爆处理采用隔爆、浇封等方式,将带电部分进行防爆处理,使得产品能够在环境中有可燃性气体、蒸汽与空气混合形成的爆炸性气体的场所中使用。但Ⅰ级危险场所对防爆要求极高,不能使用带电源的设备。一般防爆空调、防爆除湿机组产品不能在Ⅰ级危险场所使用,且功能不全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机,克服一般防爆空调、防爆除湿机组不能在Ⅰ级危险场所使用,且功能不全的不足。
本发明是这样来实现的,一种Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机,其特征是:机组分为室内机和室外机,室内机由室内换热器、离心风机风轮、液压马达、截止阀二、制冷毛细管组成,室外机由单向阀、调速阀、电磁换向阀、电磁溢流阀、压力表、风冷却器、液位液温计、油泵、过滤器、液位继电器、电机、油箱、高压控制阀、四通换向阀、气液分离器、低压控制器、涡旋压缩机、室外换热器、轴流风机、单向阀、制热毛细管、干燥过滤器、截止阀一组成;室内机上的室内换热器连接制热毛细管,制热毛细管连接截止阀二,截止阀二连接截止阀一,截止阀一连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器分别连接单向阀、制热毛细管,所述单向阀、制热毛细管并联连接,单向阀和制热毛细管连接室外换热器,室外换热器连接四通换向阀,所述四通换向阀分别连接截止阀一、气液分离器和涡旋压缩机,截止阀一连接截止阀二,截止阀二室内换热器,气液分离器分别连接低压控制器和涡旋压缩机,涡旋压缩机和四通换向阀中间设有高压控制阀;室内机上的离心风机风轮连接油管,油管分别通过三个单向阀、三个调速阀、三个电磁换向阀和电磁溢流阀连接,或是油管直接通过电磁溢流阀连接;所述三个单向阀、三个调速阀、三个电磁换向阀并联,电磁溢流阀连接油泵,油泵分别连接过滤器和电机,油泵和电磁溢流阀中间安装有压力表,其中一个电磁换向阀连接风冷却器,所述电磁溢流阀、压力表、风冷却器、油泵、过滤器和电机放置在油箱内,油箱一侧安装有液位液温计;所述室外换热器和轴流风机对应设置。
本发明的技术效果是:解决了一般防爆空调、防爆除湿机组不能在Ⅰ级危险场所使用,且功能不全的不足。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明是这样来实现的,Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机由室内换热器1、离心风机风轮2、油管3、液压马达4、单向阀5、调速阀6、电磁换向阀7、电磁溢流阀8、压力表9、风冷却器10、液位液温计11、油泵12、过滤器13、液位继电器14、电机15、油箱16、高压控制阀17、四通换向阀18、气液分离器19、低压控制器20、涡旋压缩机21、室外换热器22、轴流风机23、单向阀24、制热毛细管25、干燥过滤器26、截止阀27、截止阀二28、制冷毛细管29连接而成,机组分为室内机、室外机,室内机由内换热器、离心风机风轮、液压马达、截止阀二、制冷毛细管、机组外壳等组成,室外机由单向阀、调速阀、电磁换向阀、电磁溢流阀、压力表、风冷却器、液位液温计、油泵、过滤器、液位继电器、电机、油箱、高压控制、四通换向阀、气液分离器、低压控制器、涡旋压缩机、室外换热器、轴流风机、单向阀、制热毛细管、干燥过滤器、截止阀一、机组框架、PLC控制系统等组成。机组带电设备(压缩机、轴流风机、高低压控制器、油泵、电机、电磁换向阀、PLC控制系统等)全部安装在室外机,室内机没有带电设备,满足Ⅰ级危险场所使用要求,确保室内机在火炸药外露、火工品检测等不允许使用带电设备的场所安全使用。室内机和室外机通过油管和铜管连接组成机组,机组通过油泵、电机等部件组成的液压系统驱动液压马达转动,带动离心风机风轮转动,实现室内机通风;通过压缩机、室外换热器等组成的空调制冷系统实现制冷、制热、除湿、通风四种功能,可任意选择。机组采用PLC控制技术,实现人机互动操作,同时具有手动应急运行方式,在特殊情况下,可强制开机。机组通过调速阀进行调速,可实现室内机风量三档调速。机组设计压缩机停机延时保护、系统高压保护、系统低压保护、风机过载保护、油泵过载保护、油箱缺油保护、传感器故障报警等保护功能。

1.一种Ⅰ级危险场所防爆空调除湿一体机,其特征是:机组分为室内机和室外机,室内机由室内换热器、离心风机风轮、液压马达、截止阀二、制冷毛细管组成,室外机由单向阀、调速阀、电磁换向阀、电磁溢流阀、压力表、风冷却器、液位液温计、油泵、过滤器、液位继电器、电机、油箱、高压控制阀、四通换向阀、气液分离器、低压控制器、涡旋压缩机、室外换热器、轴流风机、单向阀、制热毛细管、干燥过滤器、截止阀一组成;室内机上的室内换热器连接制热毛细管,制热毛细管连接截止阀二,截止阀二连接截止阀一,截止阀一连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器分别连接单向阀、制热毛细管,所述单向阀、制热毛细管并联连接,单向阀和制热毛细管连接室外换热器,室外换热器连接四通换向阀,所述四通换向阀分别连接截止阀一、气液分离器和涡旋压缩机,截止阀一连接截止阀二,截止阀二室内换热器,气液分离器分别连接低压控制器和涡旋压缩机,涡旋压缩机和四通换向阀中间设有高压控制阀;室内机上的离心风机风轮连接油管,油管分别通过三个单向阀、三个调速阀、三个电磁换向阀和电磁溢流阀连接,或是油管直接通过电磁溢流阀连接;所述三个单向阀、三个调速阀、三个电磁换向阀并联,电磁溢流阀连接油泵,油泵分别连接过滤器和电机,油泵和电磁溢流阀中间安装有压力表,其中一个电磁换向阀连接风冷却器,所述电磁溢流阀、压力表、风冷却器、油泵、过滤器和电机放置在油箱内,油箱一侧安装有液位液温计;所述室外换热器和轴流风机对应设置。
