Abstract
本发明提供一种水流发电机螺旋桨,解决现有防缠绕装置切割效果不好的技术问题。螺旋桨防缠绕装置包括与螺旋桨传动轴联动配合的固定座,所述固定座的截面为工字型,所述固定座上下相向设置多组刀刃,同组上下分布的刀刃的中心线不在同一轴线上。通过设置与传动轴联动配合的固定座,利用固定座上周向设置的交错的刀刃,实现切割,避免了以往采用动刀切割定刀的方式,其联动旋转的方式,而且刀刃固定更牢靠,不会发生刀刃破损的现象,能够使得切割效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水力发电领域,尤其是指一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置。
背景技术
目前,水流发电机设置在水中,通过水流带动发电机的螺旋桨叶片旋转,叶片带动螺旋桨转动将机械能转换为电能,然后通过电缆输送电力,但是由于水流发电机长时间设置在水中,会被水中的漂浮物、渔网、缆绳等杂物缠绕,影响螺旋桨的正常工作,有时还会导致损坏螺旋桨,影响水流发电机发电。故需要在螺旋桨处设置防缠绕装置,现有技术中的螺旋桨的防缠绕装置往往是动刀和定刀分别执行切割功能,通过动刀旋转与定刀的配合实现切割, 但是由于两者分别设置在不同的地方,且固定不牢靠,容易发生损坏刀刃的现象,从而使得切割效果不佳。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的缺点与不足之处,本发明提供一种水流发电机螺旋桨,解决现有防缠绕装置切割效果不好的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其包括与螺旋桨传动轴联动配合的固定座,所述固定座的截面为工字型,所述固定座上下相向设置多组刀刃,同组上下分布的刀刃的中心线不在同一轴线上。
所述固定座上下对称设置多个刀片固定块,所述刀片固定块上设有卡槽,所述刀刃固定设置在卡槽内。
上下对称设置的刀片固定块的卡槽的中心线不在同一轴线上。
所述卡槽为燕尾槽。
所述燕尾槽的出口处设有l螺丝固定孔。
所述刀刃为3组,周向等分设置。
所述刀刃朝向外侧设置圆角。
同组上下分布的刀刃之间构成刃口,所述刃口的夹角为90度。
所述固定座一端与水流带动发电机的鱼体固定,另一端与螺旋桨固定,所述固定座位于螺旋桨的一侧设置轴承及油封。
本发明具有以下有益效果:通过设置与传动轴联动配合的固定座,利用固定座上周向设置的交错的刀刃,实现切割,避免了以往采用动刀切割定刀的方式,其联动旋转的方式,而且刀刃固定更牢靠,不会发生刀刃破损的现象,能够使得切割效果更好。

具体实施方式
下面针对附图对本发明的实施例作进一步说明:
如图所示,一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其包括与螺旋桨传动轴联动配合的固定座2,其采用圆孔直接固定在传动轴上,能够直接与传动轴联动配合,即与螺旋桨同时转动,而该固定座的截面成工字型,在上下两个面之间设置多个刀片固定块23,该刀片固定块23对称设置,所述刀片固定块23上设有卡槽21,所述刀刃1固定设置在卡槽21内。所述卡槽21为燕尾槽,即直接通过滑移安装的方式将刀刃装入燕尾槽,并与其卡接配合,避免刀刃脱落。所述燕尾槽的出口处设有螺丝固定孔,在装入刀刃后,通过在螺丝固定孔22内设置限位块,即可将刀刃固定,该固定方式方便快捷,且固定牢固。
所述固定座2上下相向设置多组刀刃1,同组刀刃包括上刀刃和下刀刃,上刀刃和下刀刃的中心线不在同一轴线上,即上刀刃和下刀刃的两个相邻的刀面之间存在缝隙,上刀刃和下刀刃交错设置,两者的刃部之间构成刃口12,所述刃口的夹角为90度,在固定座旋转时,该上刀刃与下刀刃之间形成的刃口能够有效的割断缠绕在螺旋桨与水流发电机本体之间的缠绕物。上下对称设置的刀片固定块的卡槽的中心线不在同一轴线上,可以保证刀片形状一致性的情况下,在安装上构成交错分布的效果,两者的中心线偏心角度略小,大致在0-15度之间。
所述刀刃为3组,周向等分设置,即各组刀刃之间间隔120度,在该角度下, 其切割效果最佳,且能够多个刃口配合实现更好的切割效果。
所述刀刃朝向外侧设置圆角11,防止在安装时误伤工作人员,同时也能较小在水中受到的冲击力。
所述固定座一端与水流带动发电机的鱼体固定,另一端与螺旋桨固定,所述固定座位于螺旋桨的一侧设置轴承及油封。

Claims (9)
1.一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:其包括与螺旋桨传动轴联动配合的固定座,所述固定座的截面为工字型,所述固定座上下相向设置多组刀刃,同组上下分布的刀刃的中心线不在同一轴线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述固定座上下对称设置多个刀片固定块,所述刀片固定块上设有卡槽,所述刀刃固定设置在卡槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:上下对称设置的刀片固定块的卡槽的中心线不在同一轴线上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽为燕尾槽。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽的出口处设有l螺丝固定孔。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述刀刃为3组,周向等分设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述刀刃朝向外侧设置圆角。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:同组上下分布的刀刃之间构成刃口,所述刃口的夹角为90度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋桨防缠绕装置,其特征在于:所述固定座一端与水流带动发电机的鱼体固定,另一端与螺旋桨固定,所述固定座位于螺旋桨的一侧设置轴承及油封。
