本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体地说是一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板。
背景技术
现在市场上的保温复合板样式种类繁多,主要以硅酸钙板及金属板复合保温板等二次复合为主,二次复合需要另加粘合剂,需要更多的人力、物力,生产成本增加,效率低下;同时复合板之间拼接安装方式复杂,拼接困难。
发明内容
为解决保温复合板的二次复合另加粘合剂的效率低下、成本增加的问题和复合板之间拼接困难的问题本发明提供一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的。
一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其特征是,包括保温板和保温板表层浸入树脂的玻璃纤维布,保温板两端设相同的长方形凹槽。
所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其中,玻璃纤维布数量为三层,内侧两层为粗布,外侧一层为细布。
所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,优选的,保温板为聚氨酯板。
所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其中,保温板宽度为1160mm,厚度为50mm、75mm或100mm。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述技术方案,一次成型的保温复合板,无需再添加粘合剂,能提高效率,降低成本,节省人力、物力,且复合板之间拼接简单安全牢靠,拼接后能直接作为房屋墙板或顶板使用,方便快捷,省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,包括聚氨酯板1和玻璃纤维布2,所述的聚氨酯板1宽度为1160mm、厚度为50mm,聚氨酯板1两端设相同的长方形凹槽3、表层设三层玻璃纤维布2;玻璃纤维布2内侧两层为粗布,外侧一层为细布,玻璃纤维布2通过树脂浸泡,经过相应形状的模具加热加压,由树脂一次性把玻璃纤维布2固化黏贴在聚氨酯板1上,使其成型;拼接时,相邻复合板的凹槽3内插入形状与凹槽3相匹配的铝制十字形插块,如图2所示,然后用钉子固定连接。
本发明,结构简单,能够一次成型,不需另外加粘合剂,能提高效率,降低成本,节省人力、物力;且复合板拼接简单安全牢靠,拼接后能直接作为房屋墙板或顶板使用,方便快捷,能广泛应用于建筑材料领域。
实施例2
一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其结构和效果与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所述的聚氨酯板1宽度为1160mm、厚度为75mm。
实施例3
一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其结构和效果与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:所述的聚氨酯板1宽度为1160mm、厚度为100mm。

1.一种一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其特征是,包括保温板(1)和保温板(1)表层浸入树脂的玻璃纤维布(2),保温板(1)两端设相同的长方形凹槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其特征是,玻璃纤维布(2)数量为三层,内侧两层为粗布,外侧一层为细布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其特征是,保温板(1)为聚氨酯板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次成型平板十字扣型复合板,其特征是,所述的保温板(1)的宽度为1160mm,厚度为50mm、75mm或100mm。
