技术领域
本申请涉及一种建筑墙体材料,具体地说是一种建筑物墙体连接构件。
背景技术
为了提高建筑物的节能保温效果,延长建筑构件使用寿命,提高建筑物的施工效率,在建筑节能复合墙体的施工中,实现内外层的EPS 保温模块之间或者是外层的EPS 保温模块与内层的模板之间的连接,需要在两层模板之间设置连接构件。本申请就是一种施工简单、没有热桥、强度较高、可折叠、建筑成本低的多链杆连接件。
发明内容
本申请公开一种多链杆的连接件,具体的的说是将两层EPS 模块用塑料或金属连接件连接,或者是一层EPS 模块和一层可拆或是免拆模板用塑料或是金属连接件连接,在两层EPS 模块之间或者是一层EPS 模块和一层可拆或是免拆模板之间布置钢筋和浇注混凝土,形成中间为钢筋混凝土、一侧或两侧为EPS 保温层的复合节能保温墙体结构的连接件。
本申请的目的是这样实现的:多链杆连接件的两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构连接,这样的连接件接的模块可以折叠,减少了模块的运输空间,节省运输成本;中间的连接部分整体类似两个王字结构,可以使连接杆受力均匀分散,有利于整体结构的稳定,同时在进行混凝土浇筑之后,混凝土会渗入到中间连接部分间隙与模块的间隙中,将这些间隙填死,确保模块和连接件与混凝土承重结构之间形成良好的结合,提高墙体的整体质量;连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣,防止混凝土浇筑震荡时,模块发生跳模;连接部分最上端和最下端都设有三个钢筋卡槽,这样有利于浇筑时钢筋位置的固定。
优选地,所诉两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构连接。
优选地,所述中间的连接部分整体类似两个王字结构。
优选地,所述连接部分设有三排钢筋卡槽。
优选地,所述连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣。
本申请的多链杆的连接件可折叠,减少了模块的运输空间,节省运输成本;连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣紧紧扣在一起,在进行混凝土浇筑震荡时,防止模块跳模;同时混凝土会渗入到中间连接部分间隙与模块的间隙中,将这些间隙填死,确保模块和连接件与混凝土承重结构之间形成良好的结合,提高墙体的整体质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图列举对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1本申请第一种方案多链杆连接件的主视图,一种多链杆的连接件的组成包括用塑料或金属制成的两插接端1和1’与中间的连接部分2和2’,此连接件主要用于两侧同时为保温板的连接件。中间的连接部分2和2’整体类似两个王字结构,可以使连接杆受力均匀分散,有利于整体结构的稳定,同时在进行混凝土浇筑之后,混凝土会渗入到中间连接部分间隙与模块的间隙中,将这些间隙填死,确保模块和连接件与混凝土承重结构之间形成良好的结合,提高墙体的整体质量;多链杆连接件的两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构3和3’连接,这样的连接件接的模块可以折叠,减少了模块的运输空间,节省运输成本。在两个王字形连接部分最上端和最下端都设有三个钢筋卡槽4,4’和4’’,这样有利于浇筑时钢筋位置的固定。连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣5,5’,5’’,5’’’,防止模块在浇筑混凝土震荡时,模块发生跳模。结合图2多链杆连接件的俯视图,多链杆连接件包括用塑料或金属制成的两插接端1和1’与中间的连接部分2,两端插接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构3和3’连接。连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣4和4’。
结合图3本申请第二种方案多链杆连接件的主视图,一种多链杆的连接件的组成包括用塑料或金属制成的一端插接端1和一端连接端2与中间的连接部分3和3’,此连接件主要用于一侧为保温模板,一侧为可拆或免拆的防火模板。与免拆或是可拆模板连接的带有螺母的连接端4,在两个王字形连接部分最上端和最下端都设有三个钢筋卡槽5,5’和5’’,这样有利于浇筑时钢筋位置的固定。多链杆连接件的两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构6和6’连接,这样连接件的模块可以折叠,减少了模块的运输空间,节省运输成本。连接件插接端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣7和7’, 防止模块在浇筑混凝土震荡时,模块发生跳模。结合图4申请第二种方案多链杆连接件的立体图。
结合图5,本申请二种方案多链杆连接件上下连接方式,多链杆连接件插接端端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣1和1’与插接端延长部分2和2’形成错位插接,锯齿形卡扣紧紧咬在一起,防止模块在浇筑混凝土震荡时,模块发生跳模。

1.一种多链杆的连接件,其特征是:它包括用塑料或金属制成的两插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分;连接件两插接端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣,与此同时两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构连接;中间的连接部分整体类似两个王字结构,最上端和最下端都设有三个钢筋卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多链杆的连接件,其特征是:两端插接端或者连接端与中间的连接部分通过类似合页的多链杆结构连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多链杆的连接件,其特征是:中间的连接部分整体类似两个王字结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多链杆的连接件,其特征是:连接部分都设有三排钢筋卡槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多链杆的连接件,其特征是:连接件两端插接于模板内部,不可以贯穿模板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多链杆的连接件,其特征是:连接件两端的上下端头有相互配合的锯齿状卡扣。
