本发明属于水工建筑技术领域,涉及一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其特征在于:在沉管端头基槽底部浇筑混凝土找平层,围堰内放水之前,沉管端头基槽逐层码放集装箱,每层集装箱顶部均铺设编织布;集装箱码放完成后,往集装箱内提前灌水;拆除围堰,最后把集装箱吊出。在围堰拆除时,本发明可防止砂和淤泥在沉管端头基槽内淤积,围堰拆除后,吊起集装箱即可,加快沉管施工周期。

技术领域
本发明属于水工建筑技术领域,涉及一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法。
背景技术
南昌市红谷隧道东岸位于赣江东侧老城区,岸上七条三进四处明挖匝道与沿江中大道、中山西路和朝阳洲中路相接。为实现江中沉管对接和匝道水下互通立交,在东、西两岸设置端头整体式、两侧分离式充砂长管袋临时围堰及其防渗体系隔断赣江水,围堰内设明挖基坑,明挖结构与沉管分界里程设混凝土封门及各种预埋件,为江中沉管六车道与岸上七条匝道连接创造条件。
充砂长管袋围堰顶部标高为18.2m,底部标高约为1.7m,堰体高度约为16.5m,全部位于赣江河床及岩面以上。围堰内沉管基槽宽度为35m,底标高为-8.0m,即岩面以下约9.7m深的基槽。围堰水下拆除过程中长管袋袋体遭撕裂破坏,袋体内的砂在水流作用下往沉管端头基槽内淤积。混凝土封门前方10m范围内的沉管基槽内的淤砂不能采用抓斗船进行清理(抓斗船极易碰撞混凝土封门),只能用洗砂船进行清理,工期无法满足沉管对接要求。
发明内容
为了方便围堰拆除,防止围堰拆除时在沉管端头基槽内淤积砂和淤泥,加快沉管施工周期,本发明提供了一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其特征在于:在沉管端头基槽底部浇筑混凝土找平层,围堰内放水之前,沉管端头基槽逐层码放集装箱,每层集装箱顶部均铺设编织布;集装箱码放完成后,往集装箱内提前灌水;拆除围堰,最后把集装箱吊出。
更特别的是,摆放集装箱时,集装箱靠沉管端头一侧的门要先打开,靠航道一侧的门要关闭。
更特别的是,临近混凝土封门预埋件部位的集装箱无法与混凝土封门预埋件紧贴时,在集装箱与混凝土封门预埋件之间、集装箱和两侧桩基之间用钢板进行遮盖。
本发明的技术效果:在沉管端头基槽内设置集装箱,在围堰拆除时,防止砂和淤泥在沉管端头基槽内淤积,围堰拆除后,吊起集装箱即可,加快沉管施工周期。

下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽的布局如图1所示,为了防止围堰1拆除时,在沉管端头基槽(2)内淤积砂和淤泥,结合图2,一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其步骤如下:
1、明挖沉管端头基槽(2),沉管端头基槽(2)底部浇筑20cm厚C20混凝土找平层。
2、外购集装箱(5)并在现场堆放。
3、围堰内放水之前利用吊车吊装集装箱(5),逐层码放,每层集装箱
(5)顶部均铺设350g/m2的聚丙烯编织布。摆放集装箱(5)时靠沉管端头一侧的门要先打开,靠航道一侧的门要关闭。
4、集装箱(5)码放完成后,往集装箱(5)内提前灌水。
5、拆除围堰(1),潜水员水下挂钩,水上吊机把集装箱(5)吊出。
实施例2
结合图3,一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其步骤如下:
1、明挖沉管端头基槽(2),沉管端头基槽(2)底部浇筑20cm厚C20混凝土找平层。
2、外购集装箱(5)并在现场堆放。

5、集装箱(5)码放完成后,往集装箱(5)内提前灌水。
6、拆除围堰(1),潜水员水下挂钩,水上吊机把集装箱(5)吊出。

1.一种围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其特征在于:
基槽两侧有基坑围护结构桩基,在沉管端头基槽底部浇筑混凝土找平层,围堰内放水之前,沉管端头基槽逐层码放集装箱,每层集装箱顶部均铺设编织布;集装箱码放完成后,往集装箱内提前灌水;拆除围堰,最后把集装箱吊出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其特征在于:摆放集装箱时,集装箱靠沉管端头一侧的门要先打开,靠航道一侧的门要关闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的围堰内岩面下沉管端头基槽内堆叠集装箱防淤施工方法,其特征在于:临近混凝土封门预埋件部位的集装箱无法与混凝土封门预埋件紧贴时,在集装箱与混凝土封门预埋件之间用钢板进行遮盖;集装箱和基槽两侧桩基之间的空隙用钢板进行遮盖。
