技术领域:
本发明属于织物静电处理技术领域,特别涉及一种增强织物静电的处理设备及工作方法。
背景技术:
所谓静电,就是一种处于静止状态的电荷或者说不流动的电荷。当电荷在某个物体上或表面聚集时,静电便形成,而自然界中电荷分为正电荷和负电荷,静电也是如此分为即正静电和负静电。当某个物体上聚集正电荷时便形成了正静电,反之当某个物体上聚集负电荷时就便成了负静电,但是无论物体上带有正静电还是负静电,电荷转移会发生在当带静电的物体接触零电位物体(物体接地)或与其有电位差的物体,我们日常见到火花放电现象便是如此。例如天气干燥,空气湿度低,人皮肤就容易带上静电,当接触其他人、金属或者其他导电物体时就会出现放电现象。放电部位有触电的针刺感,如果周围环境足够黑暗便能看到火花,化纤衣物与人体皮肤摩擦,人体皮肤便会带上正静电,原因便是如此。(通过基本的物理知识我们知道毛皮摩擦橡胶棒,橡胶棒带负电,毛皮带正电;或者丝绸摩擦玻璃棒,玻璃棒带正电,丝绸带负电。)生活中人们也能体会到静电的存在,比如,人从沙发上起来时有时会听到“啪啪”声,此时人体的电压可高达一万多伏;生产领域中,如橡胶和塑料薄膜行业中的静电更是高达十多万伏。历史上,人们就已经发现了经典现象。公元前,人类就发现经摩擦后的琥珀能吸引轻小物体,其原因是自由电荷在物体之间转移呈现带电性。除此之外,丝绸和毛皮相互摩擦时产生的电火花是电荷中和的效果。雷电产生的原因是两团带相反电荷的云层相互靠近时,电荷剧烈中和,产生强烈的电光、雷声、热量。静电也会产生诸多危害。静电的第一种危害产生于带电体的相互作用,运行中的飞机会与空气和空气中的水气、灰尘等相互摩擦,使飞机外壳带上静电。飞机的无线电设备受静电干扰十分剧烈,如果不采取措施排除静电,飞机上的无线电及相关设备没有办法正常工作,飞机将会无法探测周围环境,仿佛是瞎子聋子一般;另外,印刷厂中,纸张之间的静电会使相邻的纸张粘连在一起,比较难分开,给后续的印刷工作带来诸多麻烦;制药厂中,由于静电会吸引空气中的细小尘埃颗粒,生产出来的药品没有办法达到要求的纯度;日常生活中,我们也能看到电视屏幕上容易吸附灰尘和油渍,日积月累便会行程一层薄膜,应先图像的清晰度、亮度及色彩;混纺的面料衣物上也经常会看到一层不容易弄掉的灰尘,这都是经典的作用。静电的另一个危害就是静电点燃某些易燃物体发生爆炸。晚上,人们脱衣服准备睡觉的时候,尼龙毛料衣服就会发出火花和“啪啪”的声响,但是这些对人体没有危害。做手术的时候,麻醉剂遇到电火花会发生爆炸,对病人和医生的生命造成威胁。更严重的时候,静电会在煤矿中引起瓦斯爆炸,导致工人死伤,矿井报废。因此,现在诸多研究都集中在静电的防止方法或工艺上。
有时候,带静电也不完全是坏事,如果能对静电加以利用的话,会带来一些意想不到的效果。现在,经典已经可以做到除尘、喷涂、植绒、复印等。大气环保技术中,利用静电除尘是很重要的一项技术。该项技术已经广泛应用于各个工业领域。人们利用其处理含尘废气、分离气固、粉末状材料的回收等。众所周知,静电除尘技术是利用经静电力对细小颗粒粉尘的吸引,基本原理是利用高压电使空气电离,空气中的粉尘带上电荷后,由于外力的吸引,从空气中分离,逐渐向吸尘板移动,这样便达到了净化粉尘空气的目的。
近些年来,随着我国济的快速发展,城市中人口加速增长、城市化进程加快,雾霾已经十分严重。它对人体健康、日常生产生活,交通运输与安全等诸多方面带来危害。

本发明的目的在于提供一种增强织物静电的处理设备及工作方法,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。

一种增强织物静电的处理设备,包括:导辊、高压放电极板、粉体浸渍槽;所述导辊包括五对导入辊、一对导出辊,所述导入辊、导出辊间形成织物输送通道,所述高压放电极板设置在第三导入辊与第四导入辊之间处,所述高压放电极板位于织物两侧并与织物表面相平行;所述高压放电极板与织物表面距离为1-20mm,两侧高压放电极板间电压为-60KV~+60KV;所述第五导入辊与导出辊之间设置有粉体浸渍槽。
优选地,技术方案中,两侧高压放电极板间电压为-30KV~+30KV。
优选地,技术方案中,高压放电极板与织物表面距离为10mm。
优选地,技术方案中,粉体浸渍槽内的粉体材料为碳酸钙、电气石、二氧化硅、硫化钙、硒化钙、一水硫酸锂、氧化锌、硫酸铝粉末中的一中或几种。
优选地,技术方案中,增强织物静电的处理设备还包括织物烘干机构,织物烘干机构设置在导出辊导出方向上。
一种增强织物静电的处理设备的工作方法,其步骤为:
(1)从织物编织机构输出的织物进入增强织物静电的处理设备输入口,被第一导入辊夹持并向前输送;
(2)在粉体浸渍槽内放入含有一定浓度的粉体材料溶液;
(3)织物经第二、三导入辊以与高压放电极板相平行状态进入高压放电极板间,高压放电极板在织物两侧1-20mm处进行放电,织物在-60KV~+60KV的电压下捕获高压放电极板释放出的正电子或负电子,从而使织物带电;
(4)织物经第四导入辊,并由第五导入辊导入粉体浸渍槽内,织物在粉体浸渍槽内充分浸润,使织物表面带有粉体材料。
优选地,技术方案中,还包括步骤(5)织物由导出辊输送至织物烘干机构进行烘干,增加静电效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
高压放电极板使织物获得正电子或负电子,进而织物带电。物在粉体浸渍槽内充分浸润,使织物表面带有粉体材料。织物从上述设备导出后,经过烘干,具有很好的带静电效果。织物在使用的过程中,可以吸附空气中混杂的颗粒物,从而达到预防雾霾的效果。本发明有低成本、低能耗、操作方便及不污染环境等优点。

(1)从织物编织机构输出的织物进入增强织物静电的处理设备输入口,被第一导入辊1夹持并向前输送;
(2)在粉体浸渍槽8内放入含有一定浓度的碳酸钙溶液;
(3)织物经第二、三导入辊2、3以与高压放电极板7相平行状态进入高压放电极板7间,高压放电极板7在织物两侧10mm处进行放电,织物在-30KV~+30KV的电压下捕获高压放电极板7释放出的正电子或负电子,从而使织物带电;
(4)织物经第四导入辊4,并由第五导入辊4导入粉体浸渍槽8内,织物在粉体浸渍槽内充分浸润,使织物表面带有碳酸钙;
(5)织物由导出辊6输送至织物烘干机构进行烘干,增加静电效果。

4.根据权利要求1所述的增强织物静电的处理设备,其特征在于:粉体浸渍槽内的粉体材料为碳酸钙、电气石、二氧化硅、硫化钙、硒化钙、一水硫酸锂、氧化锌、硫酸铝粉末中的一中或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增强织物静电的处理设备,其特征在于:增强织物静电的处理设备还包括织物烘干机构,织物烘干机构设置在导出辊导出方向上。
6.一种增强织物静电的处理设备的工作方法,其步骤为:
(1)从织物编织机构输出的织物进入增强织物静电的处理设备输入口,被第一导入辊夹持并向前输送;
(2)在粉体浸渍槽内放入含有一定浓度的粉体材料溶液;
(3)织物经第二、三导入辊以与高压放电极板相平行状态进入高压放电极板间,高压放电极板在织物两侧1-20mm处进行放电,织物在-60KV~+60KV的电压下捕获高压放电极板释放出的正电子或负电子,从而使织物带电;
(4)织物经第四导入辊,并由第五导入辊导入粉体浸渍槽内,织物在粉体浸渍槽内充分浸润,使织物表面带有粉体材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的增强织物静电的处理设备的工作方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤(5)织物由导出辊输送至织物烘干机构进行烘干,增加静电效果。
