Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米氧化铝‑氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆,涉及工业漆技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:纳米氧化铝5‑8份、氯醚橡胶50‑55份、萜烯树脂12‑16份、顺丁橡胶10‑15份、矿石粉8‑11份、巴西棕榈蜡6‑10份、聚氧化乙烯6‑10份、海藻酸钠5‑8份、聚乙二醇4005‑8份、复合铁钛粉4‑6份、聚丙烯酸钠4‑6份、柠檬酸三辛酯3‑5份、纳米胶粉3‑5份、泊洛沙姆2‑4份、煤焦油1‑2份、水100‑150份。本发明漆可直接喷涂于带锈金属表面,无需打磨和除油处理,通过使锈层钝化而达到防锈作用,并且固化时间短,所形成的漆膜附着力强,不会产生粉化、脱落等问题,使用寿命长。

技术领域:
本发明涉及工业漆技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米氧化铝-氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆。
背景技术:
带锈底漆是可以直接在一定锈蚀的金属表面上施工,获得防腐效果的防腐涂料。涂于有残锈的金属表面,能使残锈稳定、钝化或转化,使活泼的铁锈变成无害物质,以达到既除锈又保护的双重目的,在钢结构、隧道、桥梁、城建设施、高速公路和铁路设施、船舶、石油设施、冶金及化工设备等上广泛应用。但由于设备处在严重暴露环境下,经过一段时间环境腐蚀或碰撞后,覆盖在金属表面的涂料可能会产生粉化、脱落等问题,特别是一些死角部位,涂抹无法起到防护作用,这种情况下工人需要重新打磨除油除锈,增加了劳动量和成本投入。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种通过使锈层钝化而达到防锈作用且环保性高、漆膜性能优异的纳米氧化铝-氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种纳米氧化铝-氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米氧化铝5-8份、氯醚橡胶50-55份、萜烯树脂12-16份、顺丁橡胶10-15份、矿石粉8-11份、巴西棕榈蜡6-10份、聚氧化乙烯6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、聚乙二醇4005-8份、复合铁钛粉4-6份、聚丙烯酸钠4-6份、柠檬酸三辛酯3-5份、纳米胶粉3-5份、泊洛沙姆2-4份、煤焦油1-2份、水100-150份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)向氯醚橡胶中加入纳米氧化铝,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入萜烯树脂和顺丁橡胶,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向水中加入聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠和泊洛沙姆,制成均匀浆体后再加入巴西棕榈蜡、柠檬酸三辛酯和纳米胶粉,加热至回流状态保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入物料I、矿石粉、聚乙二醇400、复合铁钛粉和煤焦油,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土20-25份、粉煤灰10-15份、火山灰7-12份、乙酸丁酸纤维素6-10份、磷石膏粉5-8份、环氧大豆油4-7份、炉甘石粉3-5份、肥皂粉2-3份、羊毛脂2-3份、聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、马来酸0.5-1份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:先将粉煤灰和火山灰加入乙醇中,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入磷石膏粉、炉甘石粉和纳米钛白粉,充分混合后静置30min,然后加入活性白土、环氧大豆油、羊毛脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续微波处理10min,最后加入乙酸丁酸纤维素、肥皂粉和马来酸,混合均匀后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末。
矿石粉的加入不仅有利于降低生产成本,提高漆膜的硬度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、耐水性、隔热性和绝缘性,而且可减少涂膜厚度,缩短固化时间。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以氯醚橡胶为主要原料,通过纳米氧化铝的改性及多种助剂制得复合型带锈底漆,该漆可直接喷涂于带锈金属表面,无需打磨和除油处理,通过使锈层钝化而达到防锈作用,并且固化时间短,所形成的漆膜附着力强,不会产生粉化、脱落等问题,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向50份氯醚橡胶中加入5份纳米氧化铝,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入12份萜烯树脂和10份顺丁橡胶,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向150份水中加入8份聚氧化乙烯、6份海藻酸钠、4份聚丙烯酸钠和3份泊洛沙姆,制成均匀浆体后再加入6份巴西棕榈蜡、3份柠檬酸三辛酯和4份纳米胶粉,加热至回流状态保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入物料I、8份矿石粉、8份聚乙二醇400、4份复合铁钛粉和1份煤焦油,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
矿石粉的制备:先将15份粉煤灰和7份火山灰加入60份乙醇中,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入5份磷石膏粉、3份炉甘石粉和1份纳米钛白粉,充分混合后静置30min,然后加入20份活性白土、6份环氧大豆油、2份羊毛脂和2份聚丙烯酰胺,继续微波处理10min,最后加入8份乙酸丁酸纤维素、2份肥皂粉和1份马来酸,混合均匀后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例2
(1)向55份氯醚橡胶中加入5份纳米氧化铝,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入12份萜烯树脂和15份顺丁橡胶,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向150份水中加入6份聚氧化乙烯、6份海藻酸钠、4份聚丙烯酸钠和2份泊洛沙姆,制成均匀浆体后再加入8份巴西棕榈蜡、5份柠檬酸三辛酯和3份纳米胶粉,加热至回流状态保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入物料I、10份矿石粉、6份聚乙二醇400、4份复合铁钛粉和2份煤焦油,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
矿石粉的制备:先将10份粉煤灰和8份火山灰加入60份乙醇中,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入6份磷石膏粉、3份炉甘石粉和2份纳米钛白粉,充分混合后静置30min,然后加入20份活性白土、6份环氧大豆油、2份羊毛脂和1份聚丙烯酰胺,继续微波处理10min,最后加入6份乙酸丁酸纤维素、3份肥皂粉和0.5份马来酸,混合均匀后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末。

1.一种纳米氧化铝-氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米氧化铝5-8份、氯醚橡胶50-55份、萜烯树脂12-16份、顺丁橡胶10-15份、矿石粉8-11份、巴西棕榈蜡6-10份、聚氧化乙烯6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、聚乙二醇4005-8份、复合铁钛粉4-6份、聚丙烯酸钠4-6份、柠檬酸三辛酯3-5份、纳米胶粉3-5份、泊洛沙姆2-4份、煤焦油1-2份、水100-150份;
其制备方法如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米氧化铝-氯醚橡胶复合型带锈底漆,其特征在于,所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土20-25份、粉煤灰10-15份、火山灰7-12份、乙酸丁酸纤维素6-10份、磷石膏粉5-8份、环氧大豆油4-7份、炉甘石粉3-5份、肥皂粉2-3份、羊毛脂2-3份、聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、马来酸0.5-1份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:先将粉煤灰和火山灰加入乙醇中,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入磷石膏粉、炉甘石粉和纳米钛白粉,充分混合后静置30min,然后加入活性白土、环氧大豆油、羊毛脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续微波处理10min,最后加入乙酸丁酸纤维素、肥皂粉和马来酸,混合均匀后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末。
