背景技术
中国的竹编文化,历史悠远,早在新石器时代人类开始定居生活后,便从事简单的农业和畜牧业生产,所获的米粟和猎取的食物稍有剩余,为了不时之需,就把食物及饮水存放起来。这时候便就地取材,使用各种石斧、石刀等工具砍来植物的枝条编成篮、筐等器皿。在实践中,发现竹子干脆利落,开裂性强,富有弹性和韧性,而且能编易织,坚固耐用。于是,竹子便成了当时器皿编制的主要材料。
中国人很早就喜欢放孔明灯,作为许愿使用,寄托美好的愿景。但是,目前的很多孔明灯使用竹编制成,当灯火旺盛时经常会造成孔明灯燃烧,而且落下后甚至会引起火灾,非常不安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种竹编孔明灯专用防阻燃漆,能很好保护孔明灯的持续点亮,热导率非常低,450℃高温下不开裂、不融化,600℃以上高温明火烤炙下才会燃烧,燃烧无烟无刺激性气味。

所述的复合土由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土8-15份、改性纳米硅藻土粉6-10份、腰果油酚改性芳香胺2-3份、纳米聚苯胺2-3份、荔枝壳1-2份、鳝鱼骨1-2份、钛白粉2.5-4份、纳米石墨烯0.3-0.6份、异氰酸酯多聚体2-5份;其制备方法为:先将高岭土、改性纳米硅藻土粉、鳝鱼骨放入700-800℃炉窑内煅烧1-2小时,然后进行冷却,先是按每分钟降温20℃的冷却速度冷却到500℃,再按每分钟降温40℃的冷却速度冷却到60℃,然后将高岭土、改性纳米硅藻土粉、鳝鱼骨、荔枝壳一起磨成粉末,接着向粉末中加入腰果油酚改性芳香胺、纳米聚苯胺、钛白粉、纳米石墨烯、异氰酸酯多聚体充分混合即可。

(2)将油菜花粉、鱼腥草、碳酸钡粉、复合土混合磨成20-30目的细粉,然后加入到步骤(1)所得物料中,经过1200转/分钟的搅拌机搅拌3-10分钟后即可。

所述的复合土由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土12份、改性纳米硅藻土粉8份、腰果油酚改性芳香胺2份、纳米聚苯胺2份、荔枝壳1份、鳝鱼骨1份、钛白粉3份、纳米石墨烯0.4份、异氰酸酯多聚体4份;其制备方法为:先将高岭土、改性纳米硅藻土粉、鳝鱼骨放入700-800℃炉窑内煅烧1-2小时,然后进行冷却,先是按每分钟降温20℃的冷却速度冷却到500℃,再按每分钟降温40℃的冷却速度冷却到60℃,然后将高岭土、改性纳米硅藻土粉、鳝鱼骨、荔枝壳一起磨成粉末,接着向粉末中加入腰果油酚改性芳香胺、纳米聚苯胺、钛白粉、纳米石墨烯、异氰酸酯多聚体充分混合即可。
