Abstract
本发明公开了一种防高温油漆,按重量份数由以下组份组成:柏油10~15份、滑石粉12~18份、沸石粉5~8份、有机硅油6~10份、丁苯橡胶13~16份、乙基纤维素3~6份、水50~70份。本发明与现有技术相比,油漆具有非常好的防高温性能,使得油漆能够适应于在高温的环境下使用,油漆在高温环境下的使用效果得到了明显的提升,减少了油漆因为高温出现脱落和软化变形的情况的发生,油漆的使用寿命也得到了有效地延长。

本发明涉及一种油漆,具体涉及一种防高温油漆。
背景技术
现有的油漆的防高温性能不是很理想,尤其是一些铸造车间内等长期处于高温环境下的地方,现有的油漆的使用效果非常不好,经常出现尤其脱落或者软化变形等情况,油漆的使用寿命都非常之短。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有良好防高温性能的油漆。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防高温油漆,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
柏油10~15份、滑石粉12~18份、沸石粉5~8份、有机硅油6~10份、丁苯橡胶13~16份、乙基纤维素3~6份、水50~70份。
进一步地,重量份数由以下组份组成:
柏油12~14份、滑石粉14~16份、沸石粉6~7份、有机硅油8~9份、丁苯橡胶14~15份、乙基纤维素4~5份、水55~65份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,油漆具有非常好的防高温性能,使得油漆能够适应于在高温的环境下使用,油漆在高温环境下的使用效果得到了明显的提升,减少了油漆因为高温出现脱落和软化变形的情况的发生,油漆的使用寿命也得到了有效地延长。

柏油15份、滑石粉18份、沸石粉8份、有机硅油10份、丁苯橡胶16份、乙基纤维素6份、水70份。

一种防高温油漆,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
柏油13份、滑石粉15份、沸石粉7份、有机硅油8份、丁苯橡胶15份、乙基纤维素5份、水60份。
