技术领域
本发明属于玄武岩复合材料制造技术领域,涉及碱性玄武岩耐火材料的制造,尤其涉及一种含有酚醛树脂的玄武岩纤维耐火材料。
背景技术
玄武岩纤维,是玄武岩石料在1450℃~1500℃熔融后,通过铂铑合金拉丝漏板高速拉制而成的连续纤维,强度与高强度S玻璃纤维相当。纯天然玄武岩纤维的颜色一般为褐色,有些似金色。玄武岩纤维是一种新型无机环保绿色高性能纤维材料,它是由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化铁和二氧化钛等氧化物组成的玄武岩石料在高温熔融后,通过漏板快速拉制而成的。玄武岩连续纤维不仅强度高,而且还具有电绝缘、耐腐蚀、耐高温等多种优异性能。此外,玄武岩纤维的生产工艺决定了产生的废弃物少,对环境污染小,且产品废弃后可直接在环境中降解,无任何危害,因而是一种名副其实的绿色、环保材料。我国已把玄武岩纤维列为重点发展的四大纤维(碳纤维、芳纶、超高分子量聚乙烯、玄武岩纤维)之一,实现了工业化生产。玄武岩连续纤维已在纤维增强复合材料、摩擦材料、造船材料、隔热材料、汽车行业、高温过滤织物以及防护领域等多个方面得到了广泛的应用。
耐火度不低于1599℃的一类无机非金属材料。耐火度是指耐火材料锥形体试样在没有荷重情况下,抵抗高温作用而不软化熔倒的摄氏温度。但仅以耐火度来定义已不能全面描述耐火材料了,1599℃并不是绝对的。现定义为凡物理化学性质允许其在高温环境下使用的材料称为耐火材料。
耐火材料应用于钢铁、有色金属、玻璃、水泥、陶瓷、石化、机械、锅炉、轻工、电力、军工等国民经济的各个领域,是保证上述产业生产运行和技术发展必不可少的基本材料,在高温工业生产发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。
在本领域中,对于在碱性境下的耐火材料还很少,现有的碱性下的耐火材料基本上使用寿命都不长,同时现有材料中,材料的强度偏软,达不到理想的强度。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种含有酚醛树脂的玄武岩纤维耐火材料。
