Abstract

本发明公开了一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,所述义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料由氧化锆、氧化铝、陶瓷粉、纤维素粉、氧化钇、金银花提取液和聚乙烯醇水溶液组成。本发明的陶瓷材料制备的义齿具有较高的硬度,其成分中加入了提取的金银花提取液具有杀菌消炎的作用,因此,本发明的陶瓷材料解决了全瓷材料易碎可抗菌的问题,且选用的材料来源广,对人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于义齿的材料,具体涉及一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料。
背景技术
金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。呈棒状,上粗下细,略弯曲,长2~3cm,上部直径3mm,下部直径1.5mm,表面黄白色或绿白色,密被短柔毛。金银花提取物,提取自天然植物金银花,主要成份为绿原酸。可做为药品、保健品、化妆品的原料。现代医学研究证明,金银花对于链球菌、葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠及绿脓杆菌、肺炎双球菌、百日咳杆菌、脑膜炎球菌等,都有较强的抑菌力, 对治疗流行性感冒和炎症均有一定疗效。
口腔修复的发展与口腔材料和工艺的发展密不可分,义齿修复材料主要有陶瓷、树脂和金属材料。而传统的玻璃陶瓷基和氧化铝基的陶瓷材料本身强度不足且脆性较大,易破裂,限制了其在口腔的修复中的使用。
随着当前口腔修复技术的飞速发展,全瓷材料凭借着自身良好的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性、介电性、热稳定性以及优良的美学效果等一系列特质,成为目前使用最广泛的口腔修复材料。但是在硬度和抗菌消炎上需要有待提高,因此,急需开发新的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 5~18; 氧化铝: 0.5~1.5;
陶瓷粉: 15~30; 纤维素粉:30~50;
氧化钇: 5~14; 金银花提取液: 0.3~2;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.5~2。
进一步地,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 8~14; 氧化铝: 0.8~1.3;
陶瓷粉: 18~25; 纤维素粉: 36~45;
氧化钇: 6~9; 金银花提取液: 0.8~1.5;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.8~1.2。
作为优选方案,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 10; 氧化铝: 0.8;
陶瓷粉: 25; 纤维素粉: 40;
氧化钇: 7; 金银花提取液: 1.3;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 1。
进一步地,所述纤维素粉的目数为700~800目。
本发明具有以下优点:采用本发明的陶瓷材料制备的义齿具有较高的硬度,其成分中加入了提取的金银花提取液具有杀菌消炎的作用,因此,本发明的陶瓷材料解决了全瓷材料易碎可抗菌的问题,且选用的材料来源广,对人体健康。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 5; 氧化铝: 0.5;
陶瓷粉: 15; 纤维素粉: 30;
氧化钇: 5; 金银花提取液: 0.3;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.5;
其中,所述纤维素粉的目数为700目。
实施例2:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 18; 氧化铝: 1.5;
陶瓷粉: 30; 纤维素粉: 50;
氧化钇: 14; 金银花提取液: 2;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 2;
其中,所述纤维素粉的目数为800目。
实施例3:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 8; 氧化铝: 0.8;
陶瓷粉: 18; 纤维素粉: 36;
氧化钇: 6; 金银花提取液: 0.8;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.8;
其中,所述纤维素粉的目数为720目。
实施例4:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 14; 氧化铝: 1.3;
陶瓷粉: 25; 纤维素粉: 45;
氧化钇: 9; 金银花提取液: 1.5;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 1.2;
其中,所述纤维素粉的目数为750目。
实施例5:一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 10; 氧化铝: 0.8;
陶瓷粉: 25; 纤维素粉: 40;
氧化钇: 7; 金银花提取液: 1.3;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 1;
其中,所述纤维素粉的目数为800目。

1.一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,其特征在于,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆:5~18; 氧化铝: 0.5~1.5;
陶瓷粉: 15~30; 纤维素粉: 30~50;
氧化钇:5~14; 金银花提取液: 0.3~2;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.5~2。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,其特征在于,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
氧化锆: 8~14; 氧化铝: 0.8~1.3;
陶瓷粉: 18~25; 纤维素粉: 36~45;
氧化钇: 6~9; 金银花提取液:0.8~1.5;
聚乙烯醇水溶液: 0.8~1.2。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种义齿用氧化锆陶瓷材料,其特征在于,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
