Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统及方法,属于电力工程相关技术设备领域。其结构部分主要包括:主支架,主支架的顶部设有滑轨,滑轨与滑块形成滑动副;所述滑块与夹持机构固定连接,夹持机构将导向杆的上端夹持,导向杆的下端与导向轮连接;位于滑轨下方的主支架还与线缆辊固定连接,线缆辊的一侧具有摇臂;其中,电缆线被导向轮导向后缠绕于线缆辊上。本装置通过设计全新的结构,使单人操作即可完成收放线缆的相关工作。

一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统及方法
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及电力工程相关技术设备领域,具体的说,是涉及一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统及方法。
背景技术
[0002]为满足日益增长的电力需求,近年来供电企业新建改建一批变电站,各类现场作业任务随之增长。由于电缆辊使用率最高,其收放线的美观、效率与质量直接影响了整个现场校验水平。
[0003]但在实际使用电缆辊时,由于线缆不是固定的,收放线时时常会将电缆线拉乱需要重新整理电缆,为规避该问题通常需要一个人旋转电缆辊手柄,由另外一人布线才能达收放线的快捷、高效和高质量的效果。
[0004]基于上述原因,有必要设计一种新的装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
[0005]本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统。本装置通过设计全新的结构,使单人操作即可完成收放线缆的相关工作。
[0006]为了达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0007] —种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,包括:
[0008]主支架,主支架的顶部设有滑轨,滑轨与滑块形成滑动副;
[0009]所述滑块与夹持机构固定连接,夹持机构将导向杆的上端夹持,导向杆的下端与导向轮连接;
[0010]位于滑轨下方的主支架还与线缆辊固定连接,线缆辊的一侧具有摇臂;
[0011]其中,电缆线被导向轮导向后缠绕于线缆辊上。
[0012]优选的,所述主支架的底部与万向轮固定连接。
[0013]优选的,所述夹持机构包括开口结构的夹持套;夹持套上与调节把手通过螺纹副配合,调节把手调节开口的大小。
[0014]优选的,所述导向轮通过转轴与定位块转动连接;
[0015]转轴将防脱架与导向轮装配成一体;
[0016]所述定位块与导向杆固定连接。
[0017]优选的,所述滑块包括连接板,连接板的下部两侧分别与一胶块固定连接;
[0018]胶块的内侧具有凹槽,凹槽内安装有滚珠。

[0021]在提供上述结构方案的同时,本发明还提供了一种利用上述系统进行收线的方法,主要包括如下步骤:
[0022] A、将电缆线的一端穿过防脱架与导向轮之间的间隙,然后固定在线缆辊上;
[0023] B、将电缆线的一部分卡入导向轮当中;
[0024] C、令线缆辊转动并左右移动滑块,完成收线。
[0025]本发明的有益效果是:工作人员一手转动摇臂实现线缆辊的转动,另一手滑动把手实现导向轮的横向移动,转动动作与滑动动作同步进行即可实现单人收放电缆线。

具体实施方式
[0033]下面将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
[0034]实施例:一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其结构如图1-6所示,包括:
[0035]主支架3,主支架3的与工字结构的滑轨I固定连接,滑轨I与滑块9形成滑动副;
[0036]所述滑块9与夹持机构7固定连接,夹持机构7将导向杆8的上端夹持,导向杆8的下端与导向轮6连接。
[0037]具体来说,滑块9包括连接板15,连接板15的底部与两胶块17固定连接,两胶块17的内侧均具有多个盲孔,每个盲孔内均安装有一个滚珠16,使得胶块17与滚珠16形成类似于关节球那样的结构。滑块9的顶部,与滑动把手18固定连接。通过令滑动把手18左右移动,带动连接板15在滑轨I上滑动,滚珠16起到滚动摩擦的作用。
[0038]连接板15的外侧,与夹持机构7固定连接。夹持机构7包括后端与连接板15固定连接的夹持套10。夹持套10为开口结构,上下两侧通过螺栓11和与螺栓11适配的螺母实现开口的最大限位。中间与紧固把手12形成螺纹副配合,通过紧固把手12的转动,可以实现开口大小的调节。
[0039]位于滑轨I下方的主支架3,还与线缆辊2相连接。线缆辊2通过摇臂5的带动,可实现自身的转动。
[0040]导向杆8的下端,与定位块19固定连接,定位块19的左侧,为导向轮6。防脱架14将导向轮6和定位块19套在内部,一转轴13将防脱架14、导向轮6和定位块19连接为一体。定位块19与导向杆8固定连接。
[0041]收放线前,根据电缆线的规格,调整好导向杆8的下探长度,然后将其紧固。
[0042]收线时,将电缆线的端部穿过防脱架14与导向轮6之间的缝隙,然后固定于线缆辊2上,再一边左右移动滑动把手18,一边通过摇臂5带动线缆辊2转动,使得电缆线均匀的缠绕在线缆辊2上。
[0043]放线时,将电缆线的一端穿过防脱架14与导向轮6之间的缝隙,令线缆辊2反向转动同时带动滑动把手18左右移动即可。

1.一种新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,包括: 主支架,主支架的顶部设有滑轨,滑轨与滑块形成滑动副; 所述滑块与夹持机构固定连接,夹持机构将导向杆的上端夹持,导向杆的下端与导向轮连接; 位于滑轨下方的主支架还与线缆辊固定连接,线缆辊的一侧具有摇臂; 其中,电缆线被导向轮导向后缠绕于线缆辊上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述主支架的底部与万向轮固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括开口结构的夹持套;夹持套上与调节把手通过螺纹副配合,调节把手调节开口的大小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述导向轮通过转轴与定位块转动连接; 转轴将防脱架与导向轮装配成一体; 所述定位块与导向杆固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述滑块包括连接板,连接板的下部两侧分别与一胶块固定连接; 胶块的内侧具有凹槽,凹槽内安装有滚珠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述连接板的上部与滑动把手固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统,其特征在于,所述滑轨为工字滑轨。
8.—种利用权利要求4所述的新型电缆辊收放线支架系统进行收线的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下: A、将电缆线的一端穿过防脱架与导向轮之间的间隙,然后固定在线缆辊上; B、将电缆线的一部分卡入导向轮当中; C、令线缆辊转动并左右移动滑块,完成收线。
