本发明公开了一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,包括罐体和底座,罐体和底座通过卡扣固定连接,罐体底部中心向上凹陷,底座由同心弧形槽和破膜器组成,弧形槽的圆心与罐体的圆心相重,底座壁上设有破膜器,破膜器垂直于弧形槽,顶部指向弧形槽间的空隙。本发明破膜器位于罐壁的对称位置,容易施力,且可减少意外按压导致破膜器刺破封膜的情况,使用方便省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品容器领域,特别是涉及一种自加热或制冷饮料罐。
背景技术
市面上所售罐装食品或饮料均是在常温下食用的,如果需要天气变冷或变热,则需要另行加热或制冷,因此人们设计出了一种能够满足即时加热、即时饮用,且携带方便的饮料罐或水杯。饮用前通过按压饮料罐的底壁刺破设置在饮料罐内的储水盒,储水盒内的水与饮料罐内的固体物质反应,对饮料进行制冷或加热,使饮料的温度达到一定值。但这些饮料罐在运输和使用时仍存在一些缺陷,因此仍未得到较广泛的应用。
授权公开号 CN 201864221 U(申请号201020565415.0)的中国专利文献提供了一种可自动加热的饮料罐,所述的饮料罐由出水口、罐体和底座构成,其中,罐体为中空结构,罐体的底面中部开有向罐体内部伸入的一端闭合的盲管,内部容纳遇水能够发热的物质并且具有透水性的容纳袋,底座的底面向内凹陷并可向下按压,在凹陷的中心处设有向内部延伸的中空的导水管,导水管的开口处正对所述盲管的开口处,底座的底面外侧凹陷处设有一封闭的水囊,水囊开口于导水管内部,水囊的开口处设有易破裂的出水嘴。授权公告号CN 204776723 U(申请号201520467048.3)的中国专利文献提供了一种可自动制冷或自动加热的饮料罐,包括罐体,罐体内设有相互隔离的饮料腔和加热腔,饮料腔位于罐体上部,加热腔位于罐体下部,加热腔设有反应物存放区和封闭的储水盒,反应物存放区内装有遇水反应可以制冷或制热的固体物质,储水盒内装有水,加热腔内设有防止储水盒上下移动的台阶,储水盒上端设有密封膜,储水盒下端设有向外凸起的柔性材质弧形底壁,底壁内表面连接用于刺破密封膜的破膜器,破膜器顶端与密封膜之间不接触,罐体底盖与储。授权公告号CN 203865294 U(申请号201420295871.6)的中国专利文献提供了一种自加热饮料瓶,包括瓶盖(1),瓶身(2)及瓶底(4), 瓶底(4)向瓶身(2)内部凹入形成加热器腔体,加热器腔体内设置有加热器(3),加热器(3)包括第一腔室(31)、第二腔室(33)、用于隔离两腔室的易碎隔层(32)、操作杆支座(35)、用于启动所述加热器 (3) 的操作杆(34)、用于固定和保护所述加热器 (3) 的底盖(37),以及用于推动操作杆 (34) 的按钮(37);所述第一腔室(31)内置有加热试剂一,所述第二腔室(33)内置有加热试剂二,所述加热器(3)的第一腔室(31)上方设置有两个排气阀,以降低两加热试剂反应后产生热能对两腔室的压强,保护。
上述实用新型在启动反应方面还有不足之处,本发明针对这种不足,对加热或制冷的启动装置进行了加工改进,从而达到防按压有效启动的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就在于克服底部勿压时启动加热或制冷作用,导致能源浪费的情况。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,包括罐体和底座,罐体和底座通过卡扣固定连接,罐体底部中心向上凹陷,底座由同心弧形槽和破膜器组成,弧形槽的圆心与罐体的圆心相重,底座壁上设有破膜器,破膜器垂直于弧形槽,顶部指向弧形槽间的空隙。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:罐体底部的凹陷深2-4cm。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:罐体底部的凹陷深3cm。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:弧形槽有2个、4个或6个。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:弧形槽内盛放用塑料封装的液体反应物或固体反应物。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:弧形槽的半径为1.7-1.8cm。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:弧形槽的半径为1.75cm。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:破膜器顶部为圆锥形或锯齿形。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:破膜器位于弧形槽高度的四分之一至二分之一处。
所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,优选方案是:底座壁为弹性材料,呈向外凸的弧状,破膜器所在位置的底座壁上有按压变形的同心环状皱折。
饮用前,挤压底座壁上的同心皱折,然后晃动瓶体,对食品进行加热或制冷,等待3-5分钟,即可饮用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明破膜器位于罐壁的对称位置,容易施力,且可减少意外按压导致破膜器刺破封膜的情况,使用方便省力。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明加以说明,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1:一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,结构如图1所示,包括罐体和底座,罐体和底座通过卡扣固定连接,罐体底部中心向上凹陷,深2cm,底座由同心弧形槽和破膜器组成,弧形槽有2个,半径均为1.7cm,弧形槽的圆心与罐体的圆心相重,弧形槽内盛放用塑料封装的液体反应物,弧形槽与底座壁间的空间盛放固体反应物(本例使用的固体反应物和液体反应物参照授权公告号CN 2826324 Y的专利),底座壁上设有破膜器,破膜器位于弧形槽高度的四分之一处,垂直于弧形槽,顶部为圆锥形,指向弧形槽间的空隙,底座壁为弹性材料,呈向外凸的弧状,破膜器所在位置的底座壁上有按压变形的同心皱折。饮用前,挤压底座壁上的同心环状皱折,破膜器刺破弧形槽内装有液体反应物的塑料,轻摇瓶体,使两种反应物反应,对食品进行加热或制冷,等待3-5分钟后即可食用。
实施例2:一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,结构如图2所示,与实施例1不同的是,罐体底部的凹陷深4cm,弧形槽有4个,弧形槽的半径为1.8cm,弧形槽内盛放用塑料封装的固体反应物,弧形槽与底座壁间的空间盛放液体反应物,破膜器位于弧形槽高度的二分之一处,顶部为锯齿形。
实施例3:一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,结构如图1所示,与实施例1不同的是,罐体底部的凹陷深3cm,弧形槽有6个,弧形槽的半径为1.75cm,破膜器位于弧形槽高度的八分之三处。

1.一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,其特征是:包括罐体和底座,罐体和底座通过卡扣固定连接,罐体底部中心向上凹陷,罐体底部的凹陷深2-4cm,底座由同心弧形槽和破膜器组成,弧形槽的圆心与罐体的圆心相重,弧形槽的半径为1.7-1.8cm,底座壁上设有破膜器,破膜器垂直于弧形槽,顶部指向弧形槽间的空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,其特征是:罐体底部的凹陷深3cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自加热或制冷饮料罐,其特征是:弧形槽有2个、4个或6个。
