Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic packaging machinery, in particular to an automatic buckling mechanism of a packaging box.
Background
At present, in the existing packaging box, particularly as shown in fig. 4, the opening of at least one side of the packaging box is provided with a left cover plate, a right cover plate and a buckling cover, a first inserting tongue is arranged on an opening edge opposite to the buckling cover, two second inserting tongues which are bilaterally symmetrical are arranged on the buckling cover, the two second inserting tongues and the first inserting tongues are respectively arranged in a staggered manner, when the packaging box is manually connected, the left side cover and the right side cover are firstly turned over, then the opening cover is turned over and buckled, when the packaging box is buckled, the two second inserting tongues are firstly inserted into the openings on two sides of the first inserting tongue, then the first inserting tongue is inserted between the two second inserting tongues, and after the box connection is completed, the first inserting tongue is actually positioned between the buckling cover and the left side cover plate and the right side cover plate; because the fastening structure is complex, particularly, the manual box connection is low in efficiency, and the box body is easy to be damaged even by folds of the inserting tongues, the invention provides a new automatic structure solution for realizing automatic fastening of the inserting tongues.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and provides the automatic buckling mechanism of the packaging box, which has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, high buckling efficiency and good buckling effect, and can be applied to packaging machines by combining a traditional packaging structure.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
an automatic buckling mechanism of a packing box comprises a conveying member for conveying the packing box, and is characterized in that one side of the conveying member is fixed with a guide side plate vertical to a horizontal plane;
the front half section of the guide side plate extending towards the conveying direction is provided with a turning notch, the turning notch is connected with a first arc plate which is outwards curved, and the inner arc surface of the first arc plate is in transitional connection with the inner end surface of the guide side plate;
the outer end surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate, which extends towards the conveying direction, of the turning notch is provided with an inclined surface, and the thickness of the rear half section of the guide side plate gradually decreases from top to bottom due to the inclined surface;
an inclined side plate is fixed on the outer side of the inclined surface, an inclined gap is formed between the inclined side plate and the inclined surface, and one end of the inclined side plate, which is close to the turning notch, is connected with a second arc plate which is bent outwards;
a trowelling structure is arranged on the outer side of the inclined side plate and comprises a trowelling plate which reciprocates horizontally along the top surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate;
the rear half section of the guide side plate is fixed with a guide pressing plate on one side of a conveying part extending towards the conveying direction, and the initial section of the guide pressing plate is a third arc plate which is bent outwards.
When the automatic buckling mechanism of the packing box is used, a conveying piece conveys the packing box forwards, firstly, a packaged object is pushed into the packing box through a traditional swing structure, then, cover plates on the left side and the right side of the left symmetry are turned over and connected, at the moment, the packing box arrives at a guide side plate, a buckling cover of the packing box moves along the bottom surface of the guide side plate, a first inserting tongue moves along the top surface of the guide side plate, when the first inserting tongue passes through a turning over notch, the height of the first arc plate is higher than the top surface of the guide side plate, so that the first arc plate contacts with an inner arc surface of the first arc plate, is turned over for 90 degrees immediately and then is clung to the inner end surface of the guide side plate to continue to advance, and the structure completes automatic turning over and positioning of the first inserting tongue; then when the lock joint lid removes to the second arc, because the second arc outwards bends, make the lock joint lid enter into the slope clearance after continuing the removal in-process by second arc direction turn over, because the inclined plane makes the thickness of the second half section of direction curb plate progressively decline from top to bottom, so the bottom of the second half section of direction curb plate just offsets with the original crease of lock joint lid, can not increase the crease of packing carton, and the slope clearance is because the clearance that possesses certain inclination that slope curb plate and inclined plane constitute in addition, lock joint lid has not fully turned over 90, in addition, two second lock tongues on the lock joint lid upwards extend the top of slope clearance, at this moment the slip plane is along the reciprocal horizontal movement of the top surface of the second lock tongue in the second half section of direction curb plate, realize that the second lock tongue turns over 90, two second lock tongues after the slip plane are not on the opening of first lock tongue both sides, but have been aligned in the position, when the lock joint lid leaves the slope clearance and gets into the clearance and lead to have got into the clearance, lock joint lid and have been in fact the lock joint mechanism, the lock joint lid has been made the first lock tongue of two lock tongue completely turned over 90, the first lock tongue is in the side plate, the lock joint mechanism is high-down, thereby, the lock joint mechanism has been completed, the lock joint mechanism is simple, the lock joint mechanism has been completed, and has been completed.
The invention can also be solved by adopting the following technical measures:

The trowelling structure further comprises a fixing frame, two trowelling rotating shafts, a driving device and two trowelling transmission blocks, wherein the two trowelling rotating shafts which are bilaterally symmetrical are rotationally connected to the fixing frame, belt pulleys are installed at the lower part of each trowelling rotating shaft, the two belt pulleys of the two trowelling rotating shafts are connected through a belt, the tail end of one trowelling rotating shaft is connected with the driving device in a driving mode, the top of each trowelling rotating shaft is connected with the trowelling transmission block in a connecting mode, the other ends of the two trowelling transmission blocks are connected through a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is respectively connected with two independent trowelling plates through two connecting frames; the trowelling structure is simple and reasonable, the two trowelling rotating shafts are driven by the driving device to simultaneously rotate, the two trowelling rotating shafts simultaneously drive the corresponding two trowelling transmission blocks to rotate, as the connecting plate is connected to the other end which is connected with the relative trowelling rotating shaft and the trowelling transmission block, namely, the connecting plate deviates from the central axis (eccentric setting) of the trowelling rotating shaft, when the trowelling transmission block rotates along with the trowelling rotating shaft, the trowelling plate (arranged on the connecting plate) can realize reciprocating swing, the reciprocating range comprises the top surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate and the top surface outer side of the rear half section of the guide side plate, and when the two second inserting tongues enter the top surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate, the trowelling plate can trowelle the two second inserting tongues (so that the two second inserting tongues are completely turned over by 90 degrees or more than 90 degrees) for subsequent buckling preparation.
The fixing frame is provided with a limiting plate through a limiting bracket, the limiting plate is arranged above the top surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate, so that a limiting distance is formed between the limiting plate and the top surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate, and the trowel is extended into the limiting distance when in reciprocating horizontal movement; the effect of limiting plate is to avoid two second to insert the tongue and to be reset after being screeded, plays the effect that prevents to restore the bounce-back, and spacing interval and screeding board's cooperation for the structure is compacter, and spacing interval is when adjustable, and the height of screeding board is also adjustable, is fit for the screeding of the second of equidimension to insert the tongue, improves the result of use and the application of product.
A fixed plate is fixed below the guide side plate vertically, and the guide side plate, the inclined side plate, the fixing frame and the guide pressing plate are respectively fixed on the fixed plate; the fixing plate plays a role in fixing and forms a gap suitable for the buckling cover to pass through with the guiding side plate.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the automatic buckling mechanism of the packaging box has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, high buckling efficiency and good buckling effect, and can be applied to packaging machinery by combining a traditional packaging structure.

The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an automatic buckling mechanism of a packing box comprises a conveying member 7 for conveying the packing box 1, and is characterized in that one side of the conveying member 7 is fixed with a guiding side plate 2 vertical to a horizontal plane;
a turning notch 201 is formed in the front half section of the guide side plate 2 extending towards the conveying direction, a first arc-shaped plate 3 which is outwards bent is connected to the turning notch 201, and an inner arc-shaped surface 301 of the first arc-shaped plate 3 is in transitional connection with the inner end surface 202 of the guide side plate 2;
the outer end surface of the rear half section of the guide side plate 2, which extends from the turning notch 201 to the conveying direction, is provided with an inclined surface 203, and the thickness L1 of the rear half section of the guide side plate 2 is gradually decreased from top to bottom by the inclined surface 203;
an inclined side plate 4 is fixed on the outer side of the inclined surface 203, an inclined gap L2 is formed between the inclined side plate 4 and the inclined surface 203, and one end of the inclined side plate 4, which is close to the turning notch 201, is connected with a second arc-shaped plate 5 which is bent outwards;
a screeding structure 6 is arranged on the outer side of the inclined side plate 4, and the screeding structure 6 comprises a screeding plate 601 which moves horizontally in a reciprocating manner along the top surface 204 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2;
a guide platen 8 is fixed to the rear half of the guide side plate 2 on the side of the conveying member 7 extending in the conveying direction, and the initial section of the guide platen 8 is a third arc plate 801 which is curved outwards.
When the automatic buckling mechanism of the packing box is used, the conveying piece 7 conveys the packing box 1 forwards, firstly pushes a packaged object into the packing box 1 through a traditional swing structure, then turns over the left and right cover plates 101 which are bilaterally symmetrical, the packing box 1 arrives at the guide side plate 2, the buckling cover 102 of the packing box moves along the bottom surface 205 of the guide side plate 2, the first inserting tongue 103 moves along the top surface of the front half section of the guide side plate 2, when the first inserting tongue 103 passes through the turning over notch 201, the first arc plate 3 contacts the inner arc surface 301 of the first arc plate 3 due to the fact that the height of the first arc plate 3 is higher than the top surface of the front half section of the guide side plate 2, then turns over 90 degrees and continuously advances along the inner end surface 202 of the guide side plate 2, and the structure completes automatic turning over positioning of the first inserting tongue 103; then when the locking cover 102 moves to the second arc-shaped plate 5, the second arc-shaped plate 5 bends outwards to enable the locking cover 102 to enter the inclined gap L2 after being turned over by the second arc-shaped plate 5 in the continuous moving process, the thickness L1 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2 gradually decreases from top to bottom due to the inclined surface 203, so that the bottom of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2 only abuts against the original crease of the locking cover 102, the crease of the packing box 1 is not increased, the inclined gap L2 is a gap with a certain inclined angle formed by the inclined side plate 4 and the inclined surface 203, the locking cover 102 is not completely turned over by 90 degrees at this moment, in addition, the two second inserting tongues 104 on the locking cover 102 extend upwards to be above the inclined gap L2, at this moment, the plastering plate 601 moves horizontally in an arc-shaped reciprocating manner along the top surface 204 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2 (the arc-shaped reciprocating track better plasters the plastering plate 601), the two second inserting tongues 104 are trowelled on the top surface 204 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2, the second inserting tongues 104 are turned over by 90 degrees, the trowelled two second inserting tongues 104 are not inserted into the openings 105 on the two sides of the first inserting tongues 103, but are aligned in position, when the buckling cover 102 leaves the inclined gap L2 and enters the guiding pressing plate 8, the guiding pressing plate 8 turns over the buckling cover 102 by 90 degrees completely, the two second inserting tongues 104 are completely inserted into the openings 105 on the two sides of the first inserting tongues 103, then the first inserting tongues 103 are inserted into the inner sides between the two second inserting tongues 104, the first inserting tongues 103 are actually positioned between the buckling cover 102 and the cover plates 101 on the left and right sides, thus the automatic buckling mechanism of the three inserting tongues (the first inserting tongues 103 and the two second inserting tongues 104) in the packing box 1 is completed, the structure is simple and reasonable, the buckling efficiency is high, the buckling effect is good.
As a more specific embodiment of this example:

The trowelling structure 6 further comprises a fixing frame 602, two trowelling rotating shafts 603, a driving device (not shown in the figure) and two trowelling transmission blocks 604, wherein the fixing frame 602 is rotationally connected with the two trowelling rotating shafts 603 which are bilaterally symmetrical, the lower part of each trowelling rotating shaft 603 is provided with a belt wheel 605, the two belt wheels 605 of the two trowelling rotating shafts 603 are connected through a belt 606, the tail end of one trowelling rotating shaft 603 is in driving connection with the driving device, the top of each trowelling rotating shaft 603 is connected with the trowelling transmission block 604 in a connecting way, and the other ends of the two trowelling transmission blocks 604 are connected through a connecting plate 606, and the connecting plate 606 is respectively connected with two independent trowelling plates 601 through two connecting frames 607; the trowelling structure is simple and reasonable, the two trowelling rotating shafts 603 are driven to rotate simultaneously through the driving device, the two trowelling rotating shafts 603 simultaneously drive the corresponding two trowelling transmission blocks 604 to rotate, as the connecting plate 608 is connected to the other end which is connected with the opposite trowelling rotating shafts 603 and the trowelling transmission blocks 604, namely, the connecting plate 608 deviates from the central axis (eccentric arrangement) of the trowelling rotating shafts 603, when the trowelling transmission blocks 604 rotate along with the trowelling rotating shafts 603, the trowelling plate 601 (arranged on the connecting plate 606) can realize reciprocating swing, the reciprocating range comprises the top surface 204 of the second half section of the guiding side plate 2 and the outer side of the top surface 204 of the second half section of the guiding side plate 2, and when the two second inserting tongues 104 enter the top surface 204 of the second half section of the guiding side plate 2, the trowelling plate 601 can trowelle the two second inserting tongues 104 (the two second inserting tongues 104 are completely turned over 90 DEG or more than 90 DEG) for subsequent buckling preparation.
The fixed frame 602 is provided with a limiting plate 610 through a limiting bracket 609, the limiting plate 610 is arranged above the top surface 204 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2, so that a limiting distance L3 is formed between the limiting plate 610 and the top surface 204 of the rear half section of the guiding side plate 2, and the trowel 601 extends into the limiting distance L3 during reciprocating horizontal movement; the function of limiting plate 610 is to avoid two second inserts 104 to be reset after being trowelled, play the effect of preventing reset bounce, and spacing interval L3 and the cooperation of trowelling board 601 for the structure is compacter, and spacing interval L3 is when adjustable, and the height of trowelling board 601 also is adjustable, is fit for the trowelling of the second inserts 104 of equidimension not, improves the result of use and the application scope of product.
A fixed plate 9 is fixed below the guide side plate 2 vertically, and the guide side plate 2, the inclined side plate 4, the fixed frame 602 and the guide pressing plate 8 are respectively fixed on the fixed plate 9; the fixing plate 9 serves as a fixing and forms a gap L4 with the guide side plate 2 for the snap-fit cover 102 to pass through.
The fixing plate 9, the guide side plate 2, the inclined side plate 4, the fixing frame 602 and the guide pressing plate 8 are respectively connected and fixed with the fixing plate 9 through various connecting pieces.
