本发明涉及一种杜仲剥壳两级筛分输送装置。
背景技术
杜仲翅果全身是宝,果壳富含15-25%的杜仲胶,杜仲胶是一种新兴的功能材料,用途广泛;果仁富含亚麻酸,亚麻酸是一种功能性脂肪酸。
杜仲翅果果壳密布胶丝,具有很大的韧性,一方面很难剥出果仁,另一方面剥出果仁后无法高效的筛分输送,使剥出的果仁和胶丝、果壳等彻底分离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、实用、在杜仲剥壳完成后能够实现差动和脉动式振动筛分输送的的杜仲剥壳两级筛分输送装置。
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种杜仲剥壳两级筛分输送装置,包括杜仲剥壳机、粗分振动筛、高频振动筛和高频磁力振动输送槽,其特征在于:杜仲剥壳机的出料端连接粗分振动筛的右端,粗分振动筛采用振动电机作为振动源;粗分振动筛下方设有高频振动筛,高频振动筛采用柔性吊带悬挂,筛体上设置传动板,传动板固定连接正弦波齿面高频振动源的输出轴,并通过输出轴带动传动板和筛体进行往复运动;高频振动筛下方设有高频磁力振动输送槽,高频磁力振动输送槽通过弹性钢板支撑,振动输送槽上磁力传动板固定连接高频磁力振动源的传动轴,通过传动轴带动磁力传动板和高频磁力振动输送槽进行往复运动并产生振动定向输送功能;所述杜仲剥壳机包括下机体、筛板、动刀、转子撑板、上机体、左定刀盒、入料口、右定刀盒和转子,下机体中嵌入筛板,筛板孔径3-6mm,转子嵌入2-12片动刀,动刀由金属型材下料机的钢锯片裁得,并牢牢的固定在转子上,转子装配轴承和皮带轮,并由电动机通过皮带带动,转子撑板用于加固和支撑动刀,入料口位于上机体的正上方,上机体左右各有一定刀盒,定刀盒内紧密叠入手动钢锯的钢锯条,动定刀保持1—5毫米间距。

杜仲剥壳机工作时,杜仲翅果物料进入机器入料口,翅果在动定刀挤压、撕切、摩擦强烈作用下得以良好剥壳,剥壳后的杜仲翅果为杜仲果仁、胶丝、果壳等组成的混合料,混合料落在粗分振动筛,粗分振动筛倾斜设置并采用振动电机作为振动源,经筛分的较大物料落入料槽待用,过筛物料落在高频振动筛上,高频振动筛采用柔性吊带悬挂,筛体上设置传动板,传动板固定连接正弦波齿面高频振动源的输出轴,通过输出轴带动传动板就能带动筛体进行往复运动,产生筛分功能。
正弦波齿面高频振动源由电机带动,电机连接主动轴并固定在机架上,输出轴固定连接传动板,调节弹簧压紧适当;当电动机带动主动正弦波齿面齿盘时,由于输出轴固定连接传动板,输出轴不会旋转,主动齿盘与被动齿盘的正弦波齿面会相对滑动、离开、再度咬合,进行这样的反复,由于输出轴固定连接传动板,传动板连接筛体,这种主动齿盘与被动齿盘的正弦波齿面会相对滑动、离开、再度咬合反复进行,被动齿盘通过输出轴带动传动板就能带动筛体进行往复运动,产生筛分功能。
正弦波齿面高频振动源能产生频率范围可调的振动力,且具有脉动和差动性,特别适合多种物料筛分特性需要。筛面物料落入料槽待用,过筛物通过高频磁力振动输送槽定向输出;高频磁力振动输送槽通过弹性钢板支撑并满足输送功能配套需要,振动输送槽上传动板固定连接高频磁力振动源的输出轴,通过输出轴带动传动板就能带动振动输送槽进行往复运动,产生振动定向输送功能。
高频磁力振动源的电机可固定连接减速机并固定连接机架,变速箱输出主动轴连接主动磁盘,被动磁盘通过传动轴固定连接磁力传动板;当电机通过变速箱带动主动磁盘旋转,由于被动磁盘连接输出轴并固定连接磁力传动板,被动磁盘不会旋转,但旋转的主动磁盘与被动磁盘的磁力会相对滑动、磁盘之间磁力互相排斥、再度吸引,进行这样的反复,由于输出轴固定连接传动板,传动板连接输送料槽,主动磁盘与被动磁盘的磁力会相对滑动、排斥、再度吸引进行这样反复,传动板就能通过输出轴带动料槽进行振动式的往复运动,产生输送功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果还在于:
1、组合筛分、振动输送系统连续流畅组合便于高效生产;
2、正弦波齿面差动振动源,磁盘差动的磁力吸引、排斥振动源都具有鲜明的差动和脉动特点,能显著提高筛分和输送的效率。
本发明结构简单、实用性强,特别适合需要差动、脉动和振动的筛分场合使用,尤其适合筛分剥壳后的杜仲混合料,筛分效率高,应用前景广阔。

正弦波齿面高频振动源7能产生频率范围可调的巨大振动力,且具有脉动和差动性,特别适合多种物料筛分特性需要。筛面物料落入料槽待用,过筛物通过高频磁力振动输送槽9定向输出;高频磁力振动输送槽9通过弹性钢板10支撑并满足输送功能配套需要,振动输送槽上磁力传动板11固定连接高频磁力振动源的传动48,通过传动48带动磁力传动板11就能带动振动输送槽进行往复运动,产生振动定向输送功能。
高频磁力振动源的电机41可固定连接减速机42并固定连接机架,变速箱输出主动轴连接主动磁盘44,被动磁盘46通过传动轴48固定连接磁力传动板11;当电机通过变速箱带动主动磁盘44旋转,由于被动磁盘46连接输出轴并固定连接磁力传动板11,被动磁盘46不会旋转,但旋转的主动磁盘44与被动磁盘46的磁力会相对滑动、磁盘之间磁力互相排斥、再度吸引,进行这样的反复,由于输出轴固定连接传动板,传动板连接输送料槽,主动磁盘与被动磁盘的磁力会相对滑动、排斥、再度吸引进行这样反复,传动板就能通过输出轴带动料槽进行振动式的往复运动,产生输送功能。
