本发明涉及一种小球涂层机,本小球涂层机包括有涂层碗、进球管和集球罩;所述涂层碗由驱动电机带动,所述涂层碗可沿自身轴线转动;所述涂层碗的碗壁由硬质网材做成;所述进球管与涂层碗的碗底通过轴承连接,所述涂层碗可相对于进球管自由转动;所述集球罩套设在所述涂层碗的外周边,所述集球罩固定在本小球涂层机的机体上;在所述集球罩上安装有出球管;在所述集球罩的罩顶安装有冷风环,所述冷风环的出风口与集球罩的内壁相切;在所述涂层碗的正上方固定安装有喷涂管,所述喷涂管一端连接涂液腔,另一端上安装有花洒;该涂层机可均匀的为小球涂层,同时加快涂层干燥速度;有效提高小球涂层成功率。

本发明涉及一种自动涂层设备,特别的,是一种小球涂层设备。
背景技术
在项链、挂坠等首饰上常镶嵌有珍珠等小球,这些小球一般是由天然珍珠或合成树脂做成,为了使其具有宝石的质感和光泽,常在小球的外表面涂敷有涂层,这些涂层既能够提供为小球提供良好的光泽,又能够起到保护作用;目前小球的涂层方法是将小球置于排列板上,使其整体浸入涂液盘中,小球在涂液盘中自然沾附一层涂液,由于小球位于排列板上,在取下小球时,小球与排列板接触的底面将留下疤痕,影响小球的美观,因此这类方法的涂层成品率较低;除此之外,小球浸入涂液的深度和时间不易控制,也会使得小球的色泽不均。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种小球涂层机,该涂层机可均匀的为小球涂层,同时加快涂层干燥速度;有效提高小球涂层成功率。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本小球涂层机包括有涂层碗、进球管和集球罩;所述涂层碗由驱动电机带动,所述涂层碗可沿自身轴线转动;所述涂层碗的碗壁由硬质网材做成;所述进球管与涂层碗的碗底通过轴承连接,所述涂层碗可相对于进球管自由转动;所述集球罩套设在所述涂层碗的外周边,所述集球罩固定在本小球涂层机的机体上;在所述集球罩上安装有出球管;在所述集球罩的罩顶安装有冷风环,所述冷风环的出风口与集球罩的内壁相切;在所述涂层碗的正上方固定安装有喷涂管,所述喷涂管一端连接涂液腔,另一端上安装有花洒。
本发明的有益效果是:在涂层开始时,启动驱动电机带动涂层碗以一定速度匀速转动,待涂层的小球从进球管一个个的进入到涂层碗内,小球在涂层碗的带动下沿碗壁转动,与此同时,所述喷涂管持续的向涂层碗喷涂涂液,雾状的涂液均匀的洒在小球的表面及碗壁上,在小球沿涂层碗滚动的过程中,涂液均匀的喷涂在小球的表面;随着小球的表面粘附涂液,小球的质量逐渐增大,当小球质量增大到临界值时,小球的离心力大于碗壁对小球的摩擦力及自身的重力分力,此时小球将沿碗壁飞出涂层碗;小球在从涂层碗飞离的过程中被冷风环中的高速气流干燥、固化,小球上的涂层迅速凝固;小球落入集球罩后从出球管排出。
涂层碗碗壁上残留的涂液从碗壁的网孔上流下;因此,涂层碗内不会有涂液积存,不会出现因涂液积聚过多造成的小球无法滚动、涂层过厚等问题。
本发明的原理新颖,通过小球持续滚动来实现小球表面的均匀涂覆,再利用离心力将涂层完成的的小球抛出;在保证涂层均匀的同时,保证了小球的质量均匀,使得小球的规格更统一,有效提高了成品率。
作为优选,在所述进球管上开设有导流孔,所述导流孔位于涂层碗碗底的正下方;在花洒喷涂涂液的过程中,少量涂液会流入进球管,流入进球管的涂液将从导流孔排出,有效防止涂液大量污染进球管内的待涂层小球。
作为优选,在涂层碗的碗底安装有防止涂液流进进球管的阻流环边;所述阻流环边可阻止涂液沿碗壁流入进球管,从而保证了涂层的均匀性。
作为优选,在所述涂层碗的下方固定有集液盘,所述导流孔的末端正对集液盘;所述集液盘的底部通过回流管连通至涂液腔;以便于将涂液回收再利用,有效提高涂液的利用率。
作为优选,所述涂层碗的碗壁由电热丝编制而成,所述电热丝电性连接电路;以便于使粘附在碗壁上的涂液保持液态,涂液一部分吸附在小球的表面,一部分从碗壁上的网孔中流下,而不会堵塞网孔。

在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本小球涂层机包括有涂层碗1、进球管2和集球罩3;所述涂层碗1由驱动电机带动,所述涂层碗1可沿自身轴线转动;所述涂层碗1的碗壁由硬质网材做成,所述涂层碗1的碗壁由电热丝编制而成,所述电热丝电性连接电路;所述进球管2与涂层碗1的碗底通过轴承连接,所述涂层碗1可相对于进球管2自由转动;在涂层碗1的碗底安装有防止涂液流进进球管2的阻流环边11;在所述进球管2上开设有导流孔21,所述导流孔21位于涂层碗1碗底的正下方;所述集球罩3套设在所述涂层碗1的外周边,所述集球罩3固定在本小球涂层机的机体上;在所述集球罩3上安装有出球管31;在所述集球罩3的罩顶安装有冷风环4,所述冷风环4的出风口与集球罩3的内壁相切;在所述涂层碗1的正上方固定安装有喷涂管5,所述喷涂管5一端连接涂液腔6,另一端上安装有花洒51;在所述涂层碗1的下方固定有集液盘7,所述导流孔21的末端正对集液盘7;所述集液盘7的底部通过回流管8连通至涂液腔6。
在涂层开始时,启动驱动电机带动涂层碗1以一定速度匀速转动,同时向电热丝供电;待涂层的小球从进球管2一个个的进入到涂层碗1内,在重力作用下,小球集中于碗底;随着小球数量增多,先进入涂层碗1的小球被挤向涂层碗1的边缘;小球在涂层碗1的碗壁带动下转动;在小球随涂层碗1转动的同时,所述喷涂管5持续的向涂层碗1喷涂涂液,雾状的涂液均匀的洒在小球的表面及碗壁上,随着小球的表面粘附涂液,小球的质量逐渐增大,小球的离心力随之增大;当小球质量增大到临界值时,小球的离心力大于碗壁对小球的摩擦力及自身的重力分力,此时小球将沿碗壁飞出涂层碗1;小球在从涂层碗1飞离的过程中,小球表面的涂液被冷风环4中的高速低温气流干燥、固化,从而大大缩短小球晾晒时间;小球落入集球罩3后从出球管31排出。
涂层碗1碗壁上残留的涂液从碗壁的网孔上流下;在本实施例中,碗壁上的电热丝始终使碗壁保持在一定温度,涂液始终处于液态,有效防止涂液凝固堵塞碗壁;因此,涂层碗1内不会有大量涂液积存,不会出现因涂液积聚过多造成的小球无法滚动、涂层过厚等问题;除此之外,所述阻流环边11能够阻止涂液沿碗壁流入进球管2,从而防止涂液污染进球管2内的小球。
在实际喷涂过程中,少量涂液会流入进球管2,流入进球管2的涂液将从导流孔21排出,有效防止涂液大量污染进球管2内的待涂层小球;从导流孔21中流出的涂液和从涂层碗1碗壁上流下的涂液汇集到集液盘7中,集液盘7中的涂液通过回流管8回收再利用。
本发明的原理新颖,通过小球持续滚动来实现小球表面的均匀涂附,每个小球到达一定的质量及通过离心作用抛出;因此,本发明在保证涂层均匀的同时,保证了小球的质量均匀,使得小球的规格更统一,有效提高了成品率;相较于传统的晾晒技术,本发明对悬空的小球进行快速冷却、干燥、固化,大大缩短晾晒时长,有效提高生产率。

1.一种小球涂层机,本小球涂层机包括有涂层碗(1)、进球管(2)和集球罩(3);其特征在于:所述涂层碗(1)由驱动电机带动,所述涂层碗(1)可沿自身轴线转动;所述涂层碗(1)的碗壁由硬质网材做成;所述进球管(2)与涂层碗(1)的碗底通过轴承连接,所述涂层碗(1)可相对于进球管(2)自由转动;所述集球罩(3)套设在所述涂层碗(1)的外周边,所述集球罩(3)固定在本小球涂层机的机体上;在所述集球罩(3)上安装有出球管(31);在所述集球罩(3)的罩顶安装有冷风环(4),所述冷风环(4)的出风口与集球罩(3)的内壁相切;在所述涂层碗(1)的正上方固定安装有喷涂管(5),所述喷涂管(5)一端连接涂液腔(6),另一端上安装有花洒(51)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小球涂层机,其特征在于:在涂层碗(1)的碗底安装有防止涂液流进进球管(2)的阻流环边(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的小球涂层机,其特征在于:在所述进球管(2)上开设有导流孔(21),所述导流孔位于涂层碗(1)碗底的正下方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的小球涂层机,其特征在于:在所述涂层碗(1)的下方固定有集液盘(7),所述导流孔(21)的末端正对集液盘(7);所述集液盘(7)的底部通过回流管(8)连通至涂液腔(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小球涂层机,其特征在于:所述涂层碗(1)的碗壁由电热丝编制而成,所述电热丝电性连接电路。
