本发明涉及自动机械化技术领域，特别是涉及一种自动化料机。
背景技术
纺织业在我国是一个劳动密集程度高和对外依存度较大的产业。纺织染整行业中，经常需要颜料或者整理剂的配比和制作，现有技术中，配料基本都是根据各个不同的需要，由操作人员手工进行称量、配比、混合和搅拌而制成，这样的传统方法使用了很多年，其带来的弊端是效率比较低，而且人力搅拌力度不够，容易造成搅拌不均匀，反应时间无法准确控制，染料染整效果不好，成品合格率低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足，本发明创新性地提出了一种自动化料机，设计合理，操作方便，能够提高拌料的效果和速度，提高劳动效率，提高产品质量。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种自动化料机，包括化料筒和筒体，所述化料筒整体为框架结构，所述化料筒的侧壁上滑动连接升降机构，所述升降机构之间通过设有的连接横杆固定连接，所述连接横杆通过螺栓与提拉架固定连接，所述提拉架通过转轴与搅拌板固定连接，所述搅拌板底端固定连接有搅拌桨；所述连接竖杆内设有电线，所述连接竖杆依次连接有电机、升降机构、提拉架和搅拌桨，所述化料筒外侧设有控制电脑，所述控制电脑、升降机构、提拉架和搅拌桨通过电线均与电机电性连接；所述筒体包括第一筒体和第二筒体，所述第一筒体和第二筒体之间设有滤网。
进一步的，所述搅拌桨的数量设置为两个，且平行分布。
进一步的，所述搅拌桨下方设有搅拌叶片。
与现有技术方案相比，本发明的有益效果在于： 本发明的自动化料机，设计合理，操作方便，能够提高拌料的效果和速度，提高劳动效率；第一筒体和第二筒体之间设有的滤网，可以在拌料的过程中，过滤掉杂质，使符合标准的配料过滤至第二筒体内，提高产品的质量；设有的升降机构和提拉架，可以实现在第一筒体内，深浅不一的搅拌，使原料搅拌更加均匀；通过设置的控制电脑，可以实现化料机的自动化控制。

如附图1所示，本发明提供了一种自动化料机，包括化料筒1和筒体，化料筒1整体为框架结构，化料筒1的侧壁上滑动连接升降机构5，升降机构5之间通过设有的连接横杆6固定连接，连接横杆6通过螺栓7与提拉架8固定连接，提拉架8通过转轴9与搅拌板10固定连接，搅拌板10底端固定连接有搅拌桨11，搅拌桨11的数量设置为两个，且平行分布，搅拌桨11下方设有搅拌叶片15；连接竖杆12内设有电线，连接竖杆12依次连接有电机13、升降机构5、提拉架8和搅拌桨11，化料筒1外侧设有控制电脑14，控制电脑14、升降机构5、提拉架8和搅拌桨11通过电线均与电机13电性连接；筒体包括第一筒体2和第二筒体3，第一筒体2和第二筒体3之间设有滤网4，可以在拌料的过程中，过滤掉杂质，使符合标准的配料过滤至第二筒体3内。
使用时，将原料装进第一筒体2内，再注入水，通过启动控制电脑14，将升降机构5降下，同时启动提拉架8，使得搅拌桨11降入到原料中，降到合适的位置后，通过控制电脑14，停止提拉架8的升降后，启动搅拌桨11，进行原料的均匀搅拌，搅拌好后的配料通过滤网4过滤掉杂质后，进入到第二筒体3，搅拌全过程通过控制电脑14操作，可以实现化料机的自动化控制。

1. 一种自动化料机，包括化料筒和筒体，所述化料筒整体为框架结构，其特征在于，所述化料筒的侧壁上滑动连接升降机构，所述升降机构之间通过设有的连接横杆固定连接，所述连接横杆通过螺栓与提拉架固定连接，所述提拉架通过转轴与搅拌板固定连接，所述搅拌板底端固定连接有搅拌桨；所述连接竖杆内设有电线，所述连接竖杆依次连接有电机、升降机构、提拉架和搅拌桨，所述化料筒外侧设有控制电脑，所述控制电脑、升降机构、提拉架和搅拌桨通过电线均与电机电性连接；所述筒体包括第一筒体和第二筒体，所述第一筒体和第二筒体之间设有滤网。
