背景技术
1977年世界上第一例经皮冠状动脉介入手术(PCI)在瑞士完成,这例手术是用球囊对患者的左前降支狭窄处进行扩张,并取得了成功。但是球囊扩张后血管的再狭窄率很高,超过50%。主要原因是,在血管被扩张并撤掉外力后,血管会弹性回缩。在上世纪80年代,发明了广泛运用于冠状动脉的血管支架,主要有不锈钢、钴铬合金或者镍钛合金制成的金属血管支架,这些支架植入体内后,可以对血管提供一个持久的机械支撑,避免了血管的弹性回缩,降低了病变血管的再狭窄率。但是因为支架的永久植入,支架作为异物会导致内膜过度增生,血管的再狭窄比率也挺高。

8.如权利要求1所述的一种血管内介入支架,涂层包括:碳化硼100份,碳化铌60份,六硼化钙20份,氧化铝3份,氧化镍5份,二硅化钼2份。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种血管内介入支架,涂层包括:碳化硼100份,碳化铌70份,六硼化钙30份,氧化铝4份,氧化镍6份,二硅化钼3份。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种血管内介入支架,涂层包括:碳化硼100份,碳化铌65份,六硼化钙25份,氧化铝3.5份,氧化镍5.5份,二硅化钼2.5份。
