一种血管支架,包括多个环状体和多个用于连接所述环状体的连接部件,环状体具有多个沿环均匀分布的横向筋梁,连接部件具有弧形连接杆,连接杆端部具有用于连接环状体的包扣,连接部件和环状体包覆有涂层,本发明血管支架采用连接部件和环状体分体结构保证了支架的支撑性又保证了其与血管的顺,并且还可以根据需要方便的调整长度;横向筋梁可以既减轻了支架的质量又保证了环状体的强度。

本发明涉一种血管支架,属于外科技术领域。
背景技术
血管支架治疗脑血管病的血管内介入疗法,以其创伤小、安全性高、有效性高等特点受到医生与患者的肯定,已成为脑血管病的重要治疗方法之一。目前的血管支架通常采用不锈钢、钴铬合金、超弹性镍钛合金或高分子材料等。血管支架在X射线机或其他医学影像设备下的显影性能,在手术过程中和手术后都对临床效果都起着至关重要的作用。在手术过程中,医生需要借助血管支架的显影性能来准确地定位和释放支架。在手术后的长期植入过程中,需要通过随访保证支架不会移位而引起新的血栓。

环状体为钛基合金材料,其元素组成为(质量百分比):Cu 3-4%, Al 0.6-0.7%,Sn0.6-0.7%,Co 0.5-0.6%,Ni 0.4-0.5%, Ta 0.07-0.08%,Mo 0.05-0.06%,Cd0.05-0.06%, W0.03-0.04%, Ce 0.03-0.04%,Fe 0.05-0.06%,In 0.02-0.03%,余量为Ti,

述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)本发明血管支架采用连接部件和环状体分体结构保证了支架的支撑性又保证了其与血管的顺,并且还可以根据需要方便的调整长度;2)横向筋梁可以既减轻了支架的质量又保证了环状体的强度,3)弧形连接杆设计保证了血管支架具有一定的柔性,端部的扣子使得分离更加方便;4)环状体使用钛合金保证了其强度需要,连接部件使用镍基合金其具有一定弹性和韧性保证形状的稳定性;5)涂层材料提高支架的相容性耐腐蚀性并且抑制疤痕组织生长。

如图1-3所示一种血管支架,包括多个环状体1和所述多个用于连接所述环状体的连接部件2,环状体具有多个沿环均匀分布的横向筋梁3,连接部件具有弧形连接杆4,连接杆端部具有用于连接环状体的包扣5。
连接部件和环状体使用精密铸造方法制造,也可使用镂刻方法制造,
环状体上还包括使环状体和连接杆端部扣件相连的配合部件(附图未示出),
