本发明涉及一种改进的加热喷嘴布置。
发明内容
为了消除或减少与现有技术相关的问题并提供一种改进的热喷嘴布置作了努力。本发明涉及一种用于加热部分形成的包装容器的加热喷嘴布置。所述布置包括布置成将热气流引导到待密封的包装容器的部分中的一个或更多个喷嘴组件,以及气体供给部,被布置为向喷嘴组件供给加热的空气的质量流。热喷嘴布置的特征在于,喷嘴组件包括至少第一和第二孔模式,并且加热喷嘴布置进一步包括选择器,用于引导加热空气的质量分别流向第一孔模式或第二孔模式。
本发明允许改变流动模式以精确迅速地执行,并且它并不需要使用复杂的控制布置。当研究详细描述时应容易理解另外的优点。
在一个或更多个实施方式中,可以优选的是第一操作生产状态包括第一孔模式和第二孔模式,而第二生产状态将需要另一种孔模式,使得第二操作状态仅包括第一孔模式,其中选择器用于在这两种工作状态之间进行转换。允许第二操作状态是第一操作状态的子集优化了涉及操作状态的孔模式的利用率。
根据一个或更多个实施方式,可以具有用于允许气流流到第一孔模式的第一开口布置,和用于允许气流流到第二孔模式的第二开口布置。利用开口布置而不是更复杂的控制器便于简单操作热喷嘴布置。
每个开口布置可通过选择器容易地阻挡,该选择器起到阀门的作用。基于下面公开的原因,阻挡可为完全的或部分的。
在一个或更多个实施方式中,第一操作位置可对应于第一开口布置并且第二开口布置是完全打开的,以及第二操作位置可对应于第二开口装置并且第一开口布置的一部分被选择器阻挡。通过部分阻挡第一开口布置,作为第二孔模式被阻挡的结果,确保流过第一孔模式的质量流没有显著增加,在这样的增加是不希望的情况下。
上述效果可以概括为,在一个或更多个实施方式中,可以有第一开口布置和第一孔模式之间的平衡,以及第二开口布置和第二孔模式之间的平衡,从而使得通过热喷嘴布置的压降保持不变,而与是否使用第一孔模式或第二孔模式无关。
获得此的一个方法包括喷嘴组件上游的排泄阀。
在一个或更多个实施方式中,加热喷嘴布置可包括两个或更多个喷嘴组件,使得能同时加热一个以上的包装容器。喷嘴组件可连接在相同的分配歧管上以使相互控制。
另外,当存在若干喷嘴组件时,第一喷嘴可被布置成向包装容器内部供给热气,而第二喷嘴被布置成向包装容器外部供给热气。
在这样的示例中,相同的选择器可用于分别部分地阻挡热气流入第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴。

具体实施方式
下面的段落将探讨现有技术的加热喷嘴布置的一般工作原理,因为它具有与本发明的加热喷嘴布置共同的若干特征。
图1示出了具有山形盖顶结构的包装容器的制造的步骤。包括喷嘴头102和热气供给线104的喷嘴布置100将要下降到包装容器106中。包装容器106在先前的步骤中由包装层压材料套筒形成,其一个端部被封闭,并灌装有例如饮料。顶端,现在将被折叠并密封,当形成时是“预先折痕的”或“预先有虚线的”以更好地呈现正确的形状。在图1所示的一个后续步骤中,喷嘴布置100将下降到包装容器中(导致相同的结果的任何相对移动也是可能的),并且热气被输送到喷嘴102,并从孔模式110中离开。以这样的方式布置孔模式,以使得合适的热量被输送到包装容器106的顶部翅片112的正确区域,或者是顶部翅片112。以这种方式,最外层聚合物层被转化为“胶粘”状态。
接下来,将喷嘴布置100拉出包装容器106并且一组工具将顶部翅片压成封闭状态,将一个胶粘区与另一胶粘区或具有不同性质的区域融合。包装容器的密封是确保足够的保质期和安全的食品产品的关键步骤,并且在本说明书中以一些句子描述的是包装容器行业内非常努力的主题。
就本发明中封闭而言,可能特别合适的是,第一和第二流场具有巨大差异的情况是所希望的,并且将参照图2和3描述一个这样的示例。为便于理解,相同的附图标记用于相似的部件,应当通过下面的示例解释本申请的上下文中的“巨大差异”。两个附图举例说明了用于山形盖顶包装106的共同的开口结构。在图2中,单独的开口114以螺旋软木塞的形式提供,而在图3中,开口布置114’通过包装的折叠和顶部翅片本身提供。后者的开口布置114’被称为AB利乐包装的产品系列中的“EasyOpening”。两种结构通常在相同的灌装机中产生,但当涉及顶部翅片112的密封时,它们具有不同的要求。对于图2的结构而言,优选整个顶部翅片具有均匀的密封强度,无任何薄弱点,即,将热施加在顶端翅片上基本上不受开口114的存在的阻碍。这可能意味着在密封前均匀加热顶部翅膀片。对于图3的开口布置而言,优选在开口114’的区域中具有较低的密封强度,以便能方便打开。这种较低的密封强度可通过一种以上的方式来完成,即,通过多种方式预处理该区域,但是一种方式还涉及向该区域施加比顶端翅片112的其他区域更少的预热,并且实现此的唯一的简单的方法就是改变热气的流动模式。
在现有技术中,当从密封根据图2的结构切换为图3的结构时,供给预热空气的整个喷嘴不得不更换。该更换是繁琐的步骤。通常在热状态和时间压力下不得不将所安装的喷嘴布置手动移除并更换新的配置。在更换步骤中,卫生区域可能不得不被破坏,导致需要进行清洁操作。通过下文将显而易见的是,利用根据本发明的装置,这样的方法不再是必需的。代替费时和费工作量地进行手动转换,可从外部操作选择器并且可以或多或少匆忙地进行转换。可潜在地用于本发明目的的过于复杂的装置的示例公开在WO2005/15735A1中,但使用该申请中所公开的装置将需要重新构建该申请的附图中呈现的装置。
图4示出了加热喷嘴布置的上游部分,包括开口布置218A和218B,它们分别用于将加热的气体引导到第一孔模式210A和第二孔模式210B中。与图1相比较而言,包括开口布置的板替代图1的供给线,或者供给线将替代将加热气体引导到歧管中,其中包括开口布置的板将构成歧管和喷嘴头之间的分界符。未直接显示选择性阻挡开口布置的选择器,但是可通过选择器选择性地封闭一组开口的示例用点虚线分隔线220示出,并且实际的选择器的示例示于图6中。包括标有A的开口的开口布置218A对应于与第一孔模式210A相关的第一开口布置,并且包括标有B的开口的开口布置218B对应于与第二孔模式210B相关的第二开口布置。根据本发明的实施方式,具有所有的开口218A、B均是开放的一种操作状态,并且因此利用喷嘴头202的整个孔模式,孔模式210A以及孔模式210B。即使仅很示意性地描述,但是这可对应于根据图2的包装容器的结构。
在第二种操作状态中,选择器密封导致第二孔模式210B的开口218B以及导致第一孔模式210A的开口218A中的一些。在这个意义上,第二操作状态是第一操作状态的子集。在所示的示例中,开口布置218B导致整个孔模式的子集与歧管接通。在图4和5的实施方式中,通过对比这两幅图可见,子集210B(第二孔模式)包括孔模式的最下面三行中的大多数或者至少一半以上的孔210。假设该子集被引导朝向涉及图3的开口布置114’的顶部翅片的一部分,来自第二孔模式210B的气流的密封将减少输送到那部分翅片112的热量,并因此影响所得密封件的性能。
开口布置218A和218B可优选由同一板加工出来,并且它们都从共同的分配歧管发出。热气被输送到分配歧管中并且选择器的位置决定了热气体从那里是如何引导的。在所示的实施方式中,选择器220可包括通过阀杆224布置在可转动轴222上的阀体220,如图6所示。示出了本发明的实施方式的加热喷嘴布置的一部分。示出实施方式的目的是为了举例说明选择器220的一种可能的工作原理,并且描述不应被解释为限制由所附权利要求书的范围所限定的本发明。图6的视图是共同用于若干喷嘴布置的分配歧管的原理图。为了简化对选择器220的功能的理解,开口布置被描述为相对于之前的实施方式已经示出的那些。下面的提供分配歧管的一个壁和喷嘴布置的分界符的板具有布置在其下的若干喷嘴布置,即其中开口布置218A、B位于板中。连接在板上的虚线意指表示可以存在其他开口布置。为了简化理解,使用了相对于先前的实施方式使用的相同的附图标记。轴222可从受保护的卫生区域延伸出并且通过合适的装置旋转轴而容易地在打开位置和封闭位置之间进行操作。在所示的实施方式中,看起来好像其具有180度动作幅度,然而这仅是为了举例说明的目的,在一个更实际的实施方式中,升高至不足以造成对气流的任何不希望的约束(在其打开位置)将足够了。在本发明的实施方式中,选择器被布置成完全封闭其所接合的开口,例如在其封闭位置的218B。在其他实施方式中,可能优选的是,选择器仅阻挡流过与其接合的开口的气流,以便能进行特定的流动模式。所示的选择器220提供了坚固的结构,适合预期用途。此外,这种简单的选择器的使用使得该系统能够使用在灌装机的相当恶劣的环境中,并且使得加热喷嘴布置能被改装到现有的生产线(例如灌装机)中,而无需大规模的重建。此外,当这种需要增加时,选择器220及其机械容易清洁。话虽如此,但应当理解的是,具有许多其他的选择器替代品,例如在内燃机中使用的类型的更复杂的阀门,配置在进一步的上游位置的质量流量控制器,等等,特别是如果不需要可强性的解决方案的话。
由于本发明的一个成功因素涉及它的“可强性(retrofittability)”,即利用本发明的方案来更换现有的喷嘴布置在技术改变和花费的时间方面是多么简单。仅仅封闭第二开口布置可能会扭曲流动模式,并且因此,当第二开口布置被阻挡以阻止向第二孔模式供给时,第一孔模式的另一部分也被阻挡以部分地阻挡向第一孔模式的供给,当阻挡第二开口布置时,该第一孔模式没有被阻挡。在数学术语方面,这可被表示为相对补充被阻挡的第一开口布置中的第二开口布置的一部分。以这种方式,保持了流动平衡,例如使得第二孔模式的阻挡不会导致流过第一孔模式的流体显著增加。在本发明的示例中,其阻挡位置中的选择器是由点划线表示。
在相同的或其他实施方式中,进行另一个调节等,也确保了喷嘴布置是可强性的。被用于迫使空气通过喷嘴布置的相同的翅片可同时使用,以确保空气流向机器的另一部分,例如到底部密封单元。考虑到其中用于被完全打开的喷嘴布置的流动被平衡的情况。如果第二孔模式未被封闭,那么喷嘴布置的压力损失会增加,从而导致通过底部密封单元的流量增加。此特征是不希望的,而且最优选的是流量平衡得以保持。在一个实施方式中,这是通过在喷嘴组件的上游安装排泄阀(未示出)来完成的。排泄阀确保无论使用哪种孔模式均保持恒定的参数,例如压力损失。可精确地控制排泄阀,但是一旦操作模式被设置,它可能仅需要开/关功能。在一个示例中,排泄阀是由耦合在用于控制通过孔模式的流量的控制装置上的电磁电路控制的。当需要时排泄阀可以这种方式自动致动。
其中可应用本发明的加热喷嘴布置的一些灌装机具有单独的翅片,用于单独的功能,并且在这样的灌装机中,可通过改变翅片的速度解决问题。

Claims (14)

1.用于加热部分形成的包装容器的加热喷嘴布置,其包括一个或更多个喷嘴组件,所述喷嘴组件被布置成将加热的气流引导到待密封的包装容器的部分;
空气供给部,被布置成向喷嘴组件提供加热的空气的质量流;
其特征在于,所述喷嘴组件包括至少一个第一和第二孔模式,并且所述加热喷嘴布置进一步包括用于分别将加热的空气的所述质量流引导到第一孔模式或第二孔模式的选择器,其中第一操作状态包括第一孔模式和第二孔模式,并且第二操作状态仅包括第一孔模式,并且其中所述选择器用于这两种工作状态之间的转换。
2.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中存在用于允许气流进入第一孔模式的第一开口布置,和用于允许气流进入第二孔模式的第二开口布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中所述选择器被布置成完全或部分地阻挡进入所述第一开口布置和所述第二开口布置,以用于引导加热的空气的质量流。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中具有两个操作位置,第一操作位置,其中所述第一开口布置和所述第二开口布置是完全打开的,而第二操作位置,其中所述第二开口布置以及所述第一开口布置的一部分被所述选择器阻挡。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中
第一开口布置和第一孔模式之间平衡,并且
第二开口布置和第二孔模式之间平衡,
使得加热喷嘴布置上的压降保持不变而与是否利用所述第一孔模式或第二孔模式无关。
6.根据权利要求5所述的加热喷嘴布置,其进一步包括排泄阀,用于调节压降。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中所述布置包括两个或更多个喷嘴组件。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中喷嘴组件包括被布置成向包装容器的内部供给热空气的第一喷嘴和被布置成向包装容器的外部供给热空气的第二喷嘴。
9.根据权利要求8所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中所述选择器被布置成分别部分地阻挡热气流进入第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴。
10.根据权利要求2所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中所述第一开口装置和所述第二开口布置从共同的分配歧管延伸。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中用于控制选择器的控制单元被配置成也控制通过所述加热喷嘴布置的空气流量。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中所述喷嘴组件包括第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置,其中第一孔模式或第二孔模式中的孔的一部分是截头圆锥形的,在流动方向上扩展。
14.包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热喷嘴布置的试剂盒(kitofparts)。
