牙齿可因食品、饮料和烟草使用的变成变色的。牙齿污迹可被分类为外在污迹,其发生在牙齿的外表面上;或内在污迹,其发生在釉质的表面下方。大多数含磨料牙膏除去外在污迹。过氧化氢可漂白外在污迹和内在污迹,并因此提供较快和优异的美白功效。过氧化物可漂白牙齿,除去污迹并杀灭生龋齿细菌。然而,过氧化物化合物具高反应性,并且因此难以配制。此外,过氧化氢可自发地分解以形成氧气(O2)和水,以便在存放时,洁齿剂容器可能胀气、爆裂或泄漏,并且剩余制剂将不会保留具有足够的过氧化物来有效地清洁并美白牙齿。一些洁齿剂最初包含极高含量的过氧化物,所述过氧化物随时间推移而分解,以使得在施加时所递送的过氧化物的确切量是可变的,并且大部分取决于洁齿剂已被存放了多久和洁齿剂已在什么样的条件下存放。
已知了提供利用交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(“PVP”)稳定的过氧化氢形式的一些制剂;然而,所公开的实施例含有5.5重量%过氧化氢/PVP络合物(参见美国专利申请2013/0287710)。
出于监管原因,在一些国家中,可被加入洁齿剂中的过氧化氢是受限的,例如不高于0.1%。
因此,对低含量、稳定的过氧化氢口腔组合物存在需要,所述口腔组合物提供大于磨料牙膏的美白功效。
简要概述
在一些实施方案中,本发明提供口腔护理组合物,所述口腔护理组合物在长期存放期间是稳定的并且保持对清洁并美白牙齿有效。在一些实施方案中,本发明提供一种如洁齿剂的口腔护理组合物,其包含美白络合物,所述美白络合物包含与过氧化氢络合的交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(“PVP-H2O2“),其中所述组合物中过氧化氢的量是所述组合物的0.01重量%至0.3重量%。

通过暴露于水性环境,如口腔中的水性环境,PVP-H2O2解离成单独物质(PVP聚合物和H2O2)。PVP-H2O2络合物通常包含约80重量%的聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和20重量%的H2O2。包含PVP-H2O2络合物的单相美白洁齿剂化合物描述于例如WO/2007/037961和其原(parent)美国专利公布号US 2007-0071695 A1,所述专利的含量以引用方式并入本文。
已令人惊讶地发现:洁齿剂或漱口水中的过氧化氢的低浓度(例如,0.01wt%至0.3wt%,在一个实施方案中0.05wt%至0.2wt%,在另一实施方案中0.075%至0.15%,在另一实施方案中约0.1%)可实现对牙齿美白效果,所述美白效果相当于或好于含有某些磨料的常规美白产品。
因此,本发明提供一种洁齿剂,其包含(i)与过氧化氢络合的交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,其中所述组合物包含0.01%至0.5%的过氧化氢,并且在一个实施方案中,(ii)式(氧化乙烯)x-(氧化丙烯)y的氧化乙烯氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物,其中x是80-150的整数(例如,100-130,例如,约118),并且y是整数30-80(例如,约60-70,例如,约66),所述嵌段共聚物具有大于5000的平均分子量,例如,8000-13000Da,例如,约9800。在一些实施方案中,氧化乙烯氧化丙烯共聚物大致上不含平均分子量小于5000Da的氧化乙烯氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物。适合的可商购氧化乙烯氧化丙烯共聚物的实例是L1220(可购自BASF,Wyandotte,Mich.,United States of America)。

在存在磨料的情况下,平均粒度通常是约0.1微米至约30微米,例如,约1微米至约20微米或约5微米至约15微米。

口腔护理组合物可任选地包括氟离子的至少一种口腔可接受源。使用本领域中任何已知的或将被研发出的。氟离子的适合源包括氟化物、单氟磷酸盐和氟硅酸盐。一种或多种释放氟离子的化合物任选地以提供总计约100ppm至约20,000ppm、约200ppm至约5,000ppm或约500ppm至约2,500ppm氟离子的量存在。

本发明的组合物的产品形式可为洁齿剂、漱口水、条带或凝胶。术语“洁齿剂”通常表示用于清洁口腔的表面的制剂。洁齿剂为不是故意吞下达到治疗剂的全身施用的目的,而是施加到口腔用于处理口腔并随后吐出的口腔组合物。典型地,洁齿剂与如牙刷的清洁工具结合使用,通常通过将洁齿剂施加到牙刷的刷毛并随后刷动口腔的可接近表面来使用。优选地,洁齿剂呈膏剂或凝胶(或其组合)的形式。
提供用于美白人或动物受试者的牙齿表面的方法,其包括使本发明的组合物(例如,如上文所述的组合物1等)与牙齿表面接触。在一个实施方案中,当在与牙齿表面的接触之前存放达至少1周、至少2周、至少1个月、至少3个月、至少6个月或至少1年时,组合物保持稳定。在一个实施方案中,组合物在室温下存放。如本文所使用,“动物受试者”包括高级非人哺乳动物,如犬、猫和马。使口腔护理组合物与哺乳动物受试者的口腔表面接触,从而以高度有效的方式美白牙齿,而不存在美白剂、蓝色至蓝紫色染料和其他成分之间的任何负面相互作用。
在各种实施方案中,优选的是,施加口腔护理组合物并使之与口腔表面接触。根据本发明制备的洁齿剂优选地定期施加至口腔表面,优选地每天施加,每天施加至少一次持续多天,但替代地每两天或三天施加一次。优选地,每天1至3次将口腔组合物施加于口腔表面持续至少2周最多8周、四个月至三年或更长可达生命期限。
本发明的组合物可通过本领域中常规的手段而包装在本领域中已知的容器或分配器中。在一些实施方案中,组合物被包装在管、金属、塑料中或进行层合,都具有螺纹顶部或翻盖式顶盖。
在一些实施方案中,包装有本发明的组合物的管的顶部直径在60℃下老化1周之后膨胀小于0.1cm。然而,在其他实施方案中,包装有本发明的组合物的管的顶部直径不膨胀至可测量的程度。
在一些实施方案中,本发明的组合物例如在LumiSizer 110分析离心机中在2050rpm下30分钟之后不展现不可接受水平的相分离。

Claims (7)
1.一种洁齿剂组合物,其包含美白络合物,所述美白络合物包含与过氧化氢络合的交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述组合物包含以重量计的以下成分:
其中所述成分以重量计的总量不得超过100%;并且
其中所述组合物含有以重量计小于3%的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述氧化乙烯氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物包含(氧化乙烯)x-(氧化丙烯)y,其中x是80-150的整数,并且y是整数30-80。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述氧化乙烯氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物具有大于5000Da的平均分子量,并且不含平均分子量小于5000Da的氧化乙烯氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其另外包含平均分子量400Da至800Da的聚乙二醇。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其还包含另外的线型和/或交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
