本发明公开了一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,涉及充电桩电缆领域,针对室外充电桩电缆缆芯在移动时,抗拉强度不足,电缆高温时引起火灾的问题,提出本方案,主要包括若干组线束,线束包括导体和包覆在导体外的导体绝缘层,在导体绝缘层和导体之间包裹有芳纶耐火纤维,该若干组线束的外部包裹有无卤弹性体外护套,护套层内的线束和线束之间设有芳纶纤维填充物,以实现轻柔、抗拉强度高和耐火的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,主要涉及充电桩电缆领域。
背景技术
电动汽车的发展关键在于充电技术的发展,而其中对于电动汽车的充电问题是维持电动汽车运行较关键的技术问题。目前电动汽车充电桩大部分位于无人看守的区域,大多数时间这些充电桩周围的状况很难得到及时有效的检测。一旦线缆电流功率超过额定值,导体的温度升高,导体外部的绝缘体受热很容易发生火灾,造成重大经济财产损失。同时由于工作环境的要求,对电缆的性能要求极高,充电桩电缆必须重量轻,便于移动,抗拉强度高,避免拉扯过程对电缆造成损伤。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:包括若干组线束,线束包括导体和包覆在导体外的导体绝缘层,在导体绝缘层和导体之间包裹有芳纶耐火纤维,该若干组线束的外部包裹有无卤弹性体外护套,护套层内的线束和线束之间设有芳纶纤维填充物。
本发明的技术原理和有益效果如下:在导体绝缘层和导体之间设置芳纶耐火纤维,当电流过载等造成导体温度过高时,芳纶耐火纤维将热量阻隔在芳纶耐火纤维内,芳纶耐火纤维外部的物质不会受到导体产生的高温影响而在隔离层外快速形成火灾。在电流过载中,在还未发生造成损失的时候,工作人员就能够发现问题所在,及时采取行动。一方面能够防止导体产生高温对周围造成的火灾隐患,另一方面在周围环境发生火灾的时候,能够阻止环境中的高温对导体造成影响,芳纶耐火纤维在电缆中隔绝了导体和环境的联系,使二者一方发生异常情况,不会对另一方造成威胁。采用芳纶纤维包裹在导体周围,纤维更加柔软,便于电缆移动。在线束和护套层之间设置芳纶纤维填充物,芳纶纤维具有轻柔、高强度和耐温性能强的特点,在线束和护套层之间设置芳纶纤维,不但可以进一步提高电缆的耐火性能,同时能够增加电缆的抗拉强度,使电缆更加轻柔,具有更好的柔性性能。护套层采用无卤弹性体外护套,当火灾发生时,蔓延速度慢,烟浓度低,可见度高,有害气体释放量小,便于人员撤离。燃烧气体的腐蚀性小,也避免了对导体的损害。
进一步,芳纶耐火纤维采用间位芳纶,使得电缆具有优异的耐热性(分解温度>400℃)、耐焰性(极限氧指数>29%)、在205℃的条件下可以连续使用,在大于205℃高温条件下仍能保持较高的强力,良好的绝缘性能,在导体温度过高的时候能够有效的防止绝缘物质因高温而引起火灾,阻燃性能更高。
进一步,芳纶填充物包括对位芳纶,对位芳纶能够为电缆提供高强度、高模量、耐高温、耐酸碱的性能,其强度大于25克/旦,是优质钢材的5~6倍、玻纤的3倍、高强尼龙工业丝的2倍,模量是优质钢材或玻璃纤维的2~3倍、高强尼龙工业丝的10倍,使得电缆具有优异的抗拉强度,保证在对电缆移动的时候,不会对电缆造成实质性的损伤,同时增加电缆的强度同时使电缆更加轻柔。
进一步,导体绝缘层为无卤交联弹性体绝缘层,有害气体释放量小,便于人员撤离,无烟,可见度高。

如图1所示,本发明实施例如下:
本方案包括八组线束,该八组线束包括导体、导体外部包裹的芳纶耐火纤维和在芳纶耐火纤维外包裹的导体绝缘层,导体绝缘层为无卤交联弹性体绝缘层。该芳纶耐火纤维为间位芳纶,由于间位芳纶高阻燃性能,耐热性(分解温度>400℃)、耐焰性(极限氧指数>29%),在导体产生高温的时候,不会快速的在周围环境中形成火灾。
八组线束由护套层包裹着,护套层采用无卤弹性体外护套,在护套层内线束和线束之间设有对位芳纶纤维作为填充物,对位芳纶具有高强度、轻柔、耐高温和耐酸碱的特点,其强度大于25克/旦,是优质钢材的5~6倍、玻纤的3倍、高强尼龙工业丝的2倍,模量是优质钢材或玻璃纤维的2~3倍、高强尼龙工业丝的10倍,能够对电缆的整体抗拉强度有很大的提高,同时使电缆更加轻柔。其耐高温和耐酸碱的特点能够适应室外更加恶劣的环境。在工作过程中能够保证更加方便的转移电缆,同时在转移的过程中不对电缆造成损伤。

1.一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,其特征在于,包括若干组线束,所述线束包括导体和包覆在导体外的导体绝缘层,在导体绝缘层和导体之间包裹有芳纶耐火纤维,该若干组线束的外部包裹有无卤弹性体外护套,护套层内的线束和线束之间设有芳纶纤维填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,其特征在于:所述芳纶耐火纤维采用间位芳纶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,其特征在于:所述芳纶填充物包括对位芳纶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型加强柔性耐火充电桩电缆,其特征在于:所述导体绝缘层为无卤交联弹性体绝缘层。
