Abstract

一种内层板内的加热装置的控制方法,借助开关实现内板的下降及发热棒的同步加热,使内板更紧密的贴合地板,保证密封效果。当门闭时,按动开关,导通发热棒、电磁铁电源,电磁铁吸附发热棒,将内板向下拉伸,当发热棒发热时,橡胶圈软化贴合地板,封闭间隙,当开门时,再次按动开关,切断发热棒、电磁铁电源,发热棒停止工作,电磁铁消磁,弹簧拉动内板向上复位,方便开门。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门板,具体的讲是一种内层板内的加热装置。
背景技术
目前人们所使用的门都为标准型,门板安装后,很多都会使门板与地板之间留有间隙,导致门板不能隔音和密封的效果,且导致各种昆虫及小动物和灰尘进入房间,给人们带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内层板内的加热装置,实现了经发热的作用使内板更紧密的贴合地板,保证密封效果。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种内层板内的加热装置,由门板、内板、蓄电池、发热棒、橡胶圈、电磁铁、开关、弹簧组成,其特征是:内板借助弹簧安装在门板下端,内板底端安装橡胶圈,橡胶圈内套装一根发热棒,门板下方地板内安装电磁铁,开关的正负极输出端分别与电磁铁和发热棒的两极连接,开关输入端与蓄电池连接。当门闭时,按动开关,导通发热棒、电磁铁电源,电磁铁吸附发热棒,将内板向下拉伸,当发热棒发热时,橡胶圈软化贴合地板,封闭间隙,当开门时,再次按动开关,切断发热棒、电磁铁电源,发热棒停止工作,电磁铁消磁,弹簧拉动内板向上复位,方便开门。
所述的电磁铁与发热棒的电结构为并联。
所述的电磁铁安装在门板关闭时与地板相对应的位置地板的下面。
所述的发热棒功率为60V10W。
所述的弹簧长20㎝。
所述的蓄电池安装在门板内。
所述的发热棒为铁质材料。
有益效果:借助开关实现内板的下降及发热棒的同步加热,使内板更紧密的贴合地板,保证密封效果。

具体实施方式
本发明一种内层板内的加热装置,构造包括:门板1、内板2、蓄电池3、发热棒4、橡胶圈5、电磁铁6、开关7、弹簧8。
图1中,内板2借助弹簧8安装在门板1下端,内板2底端安装橡胶圈5,橡胶圈5内套装一根发热棒4,门板1下方地板9内安装电磁铁6,开关7的正负极输出端分别与电磁铁6和发热棒4的两极连接,开关7的正负极输入端与蓄电池3连接。
图2中,零件的安装和位置与图1一致,但是电磁铁6吸合发热棒4,使内板2下行。

1.一种内层板内的加热装置的控制方法,借助开关实现内板的下降及发热棒的同步加热,使内板更紧密的贴合地板,保证密封效果,其特征是:内板底端安装橡胶圈,橡胶圈内套装一根发热棒,门板下方地板内安装电磁铁,
当门闭时,按动开关,导通发热棒、电磁铁电源,电磁铁吸附发热棒,将内板向下拉伸,当发热棒发热时,橡胶圈软化贴合地板,封闭间隙,当开门时,再次按动开关,切断发热棒、电磁铁电源,发热棒停止工作,电磁铁消磁,弹簧拉动内板向上复位,方便开门。
