本发明公开了一种实木家具用透明底漆,涉及家具漆技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂40‑50份、醇酸树脂20‑30份、氢化松香10‑15份、低密度聚乙烯6‑10份、氯化石蜡6‑10份、聚醚醚酮5‑8份、十二碳醇酯5‑8份、石棉粉4‑6份、糯米胶4‑6份、聚酰胺蜡4‑6份、防虫防潮剂3‑5份、乳化硅油3‑5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2‑3份、纳米氧化铝2‑3份、硅酸镁铝1‑2份、纳米氧化锌1‑2份、水150‑200份。本发明底漆澄清透明,涂刷于实木家具后能形成附着力强且硬度高的漆膜,该漆膜具有优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐冲击性和防虫防潮性,并且与面漆具有良好的相容性,不影响面漆的色彩效果,从而有效保护实木家具和增强美观性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及家具漆技术领域,具体涉及一种实木家具用透明底漆。
背景技术:
实木家具是主材为实木的家具,因其环保性强而深受消费者喜爱。但本身存在易虫蛀和吸潮发霉的缺陷,为了解决这一问题,最直接有效的方式是在实木家具表面喷刷一层油漆,并且采用底漆和面漆配合使用的形式,以增加对实木家具的保护效果。底漆一般采用透明漆,与实木直接接触,起到最关键的保护作用,还要与面漆具有良好的相容性,不影响彩色面漆的涂刷效果,并且面漆能在底漆漆膜上牢固附着。目前市售底漆的防虫防潮效果有限,部分底漆所用溶剂为有机溶剂,味道刺鼻,环保性差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防虫防潮效果显著且与面漆相容性好的实木家具用透明底漆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种实木家具用透明底漆,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂40-50份、醇酸树脂20-30份、氢化松香10-15份、低密度聚乙烯6-10份、氯化石蜡6-10份、聚醚醚酮5-8份、十二碳醇酯5-8份、石棉粉4-6份、糯米胶4-6份、聚酰胺蜡4-6份、防虫防潮剂3-5份、乳化硅油3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、纳米氧化铝2-3份、硅酸镁铝1-2份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、水150-200份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌充分混合,置于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入醇酸树脂、低密度聚乙烯和水,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向氢化松香中加入氯化石蜡和乳化硅油,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后加入十二碳醇酯、糯米胶和聚酰胺蜡,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、聚醚醚酮、石棉粉、防虫防潮剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和硅酸镁铝,然后将混合物送入球磨机,球磨至细度小于50μm。
所述防虫防潮剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:茶籽饼15-20份、沸石粉10-15份、茶籽粉8-11份、卡波树脂5-9份、轻烧粉5-9份、海藻酸钠4-7份、炉甘石粉4-7份、皂角粉3-5份、苏打粉2-3份、氯化钠2-3份、硼砂1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、松节油10-15份、蓖麻油15-20份,其制备方法为:先将茶籽饼、卡波树脂和轻烧粉加入蓖麻油中,充分混合后浸泡30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再混入沸石粉、炉甘石粉、纳米钛白粉和松节油,继续微波处理5min,待冷却至室温后加入茶籽粉、海藻酸钠、皂角粉、苏打粉、氯化钠和硼砂,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得实木家具用透明底漆,该底漆澄清透明,涂刷于实木家具后能形成附着力强且硬度高的漆膜,该漆膜具有优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐冲击性和防虫防潮性,并且与面漆具有良好的相容性,不影响面漆的色彩效果,从而有效保护实木家具和增强美观性。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将40份丙烯酸树脂、2份纳米氧化铝和2份纳米氧化锌充分混合,置于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入20份醇酸树脂、8份低密度聚乙烯和150份水,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向10份氢化松香中加入6份氯化石蜡和5份乳化硅油,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后加入6份十二碳醇酯、4份糯米胶和5份聚酰胺蜡,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、6份聚醚醚酮、4份石棉粉、4份防虫防潮剂、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和1份硅酸镁铝,然后将混合物送入球磨机,球磨至细度小于50μm。
防虫防潮剂的制备:先将20份茶籽饼、6份卡波树脂和6份轻烧粉加入20份蓖麻油中,充分混合后浸泡30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再混入10份沸石粉、6份炉甘石粉、2份纳米钛白粉和10份松节油,继续微波处理5min,待冷却至室温后加入10份茶籽粉、5份海藻酸钠、3份皂角粉、2份苏打粉、2份氯化钠和1份硼砂,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将50份丙烯酸树脂、3份纳米氧化铝和1份纳米氧化锌充分混合,置于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入30份醇酸树脂、6份低密度聚乙烯和150份水,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向10份氢化松香中加入8份氯化石蜡和3份乳化硅油,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后加入8份十二碳醇酯、4份糯米胶和4份聚酰胺蜡,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、6份聚醚醚酮、4份石棉粉、5份防虫防潮剂、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和2份硅酸镁铝,然后将混合物送入球磨机,球磨至细度小于50μm。
防虫防潮剂的制备:先将15份茶籽饼、8份卡波树脂和5份轻烧粉加入15份蓖麻油中,充分混合后浸泡30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再混入10份沸石粉、4份炉甘石粉、2份纳米钛白粉和15份松节油,继续微波处理5min,待冷却至室温后加入8份茶籽粉、4份海藻酸钠、3份皂角粉、2份苏打粉、2份氯化钠和1份硼砂,充分混合均匀。

Claims (2)

1.一种实木家具用透明底漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂40-50份、醇酸树脂20-30份、氢化松香10-15份、低密度聚乙烯6-10份、氯化石蜡6-10份、聚醚醚酮5-8份、十二碳醇酯5-8份、石棉粉4-6份、糯米胶4-6份、聚酰胺蜡4-6份、防虫防潮剂3-5份、乳化硅油3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、纳米氧化铝2-3份、硅酸镁铝1-2份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、水150-200份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将丙烯酸树脂、纳米氧化铝和纳米氧化锌充分混合,置于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入醇酸树脂、低密度聚乙烯和水,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向氢化松香中加入氯化石蜡和乳化硅油,加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后加入十二碳醇酯、糯米胶和聚酰胺蜡,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、聚醚醚酮、石棉粉、防虫防潮剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和硅酸镁铝,然后将混合物送入球磨机,球磨至细度小于50μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木家具用透明底漆,其特征在于,所述防虫防潮剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:茶籽饼15-20份、沸石粉10-15份、茶籽粉8-11份、卡波树脂5-9份、轻烧粉5-9份、海藻酸钠4-7份、炉甘石粉4-7份、皂角粉3-5份、苏打粉2-3份、氯化钠2-3份、硼砂1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、松节油10-15份、蓖麻油15-20份,其制备方法为:先将茶籽饼、卡波树脂和轻烧粉加入蓖麻油中,充分混合后浸泡30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再混入沸石粉、炉甘石粉、纳米钛白粉和松节油,继续微波处理5min,待冷却至室温后加入茶籽粉、海藻酸钠、皂角粉、苏打粉、氯化钠和硼砂,充分混合均匀。
