本发明公开了一种高温釉上彩用彩料,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:颜料25‑30份、矿石粉8‑11份、石棉粉6‑10份、卡波树脂5‑8份、氯化聚乙烯5‑8份、氢化蓖麻油4‑6份、聚乙烯醇3‑5份、硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯3‑5份、月桂醇硫酸钠2‑3份、纳米胶粉2‑3份、丁基橡胶1‑2份、三氧化二锑1‑2份、松节油15‑20份、水100‑120份。本发明所制彩料颜色纯净、粘度适中,能有效附着于瓷器釉面上,所形成的彩绘图案光鲜漂亮、表面光滑,耐高温性好,经高温烧结后具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐候性,并且彩绘图案呈现效果始终如一,从而大大提高陶瓷制品的观赏性。

一种高温釉上彩用彩料
技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体涉及一种高温釉上彩用彩料。
背景技术:
高温釉上彩是指在用着色彩料彩绘经高温一次烧成的彩瓷。在传世品中,早在西晋后期,青釉瓷器上出现的黑褐色点彩及北方磁州窑的黑褐色彩釉都将彩料绘在生釉上经高温一次烧成的。这类高温釉上彩的色调比较单调,大多是用一种黑色或黑褐色装饰。由于在高温下烧成,高温釉上彩的彩料多数向釉内扩散,比低温釉上彩牢固。高温釉上彩用彩料不仅要求附着力强,能有效附着于瓷器釉面上,而且要求具有优异的耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐候性,图案呈现效果好。目前,高温釉上彩用彩料不能完全满足上述要求,致使陶瓷在使用一段时间后图案容易出现剥落、刮痕和颜色变淡的现象,严重影响外观质量。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有优异附着力、耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐候性的高温釉上彩用彩料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种高温釉上彩用彩料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
颜料25-30份、矿石粉8-11份、石棉粉6-10份、卡波树脂5-8份、氯化聚乙烯5-8份、氢化蓖麻油4-6份、聚乙烯醇3-5份、硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯3-5份、月桂醇硫酸钠2-3份、纳米胶粉2-3份、丁基橡胶1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、松节油15-20份、水100-120份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)向颜料中加入松节油,研磨10min后再加入纳米胶粉和丁基橡胶,充分混合后加热至110-120℃保温研磨15min,即得物料I;
(2)向水中加入卡波树脂和氯化聚乙烯,搅拌形成均匀浆体,再加入聚乙烯醇和三氧化二锑,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、矿石粉、石棉粉、氢化蓖麻油、硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯和月桂醇硫酸钠,搅拌制成浆体后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:钠长石粉25-30份、马来酸酐8-12份、沸石粉6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6-10份、氢化松香5-8份、蛭石粉4-6份、乳化硅油4-6份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5-1份、水100-120份,其制备方法为:先将钠长石粉、马来酸酐和二月桂酸二丁基锡加入水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和氢化松香,继续微波处理5min,再加入沸石粉、蛭石粉、乳化硅油和纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀后加热至沸腾状态回流处理15min,最后经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
沸石粉通过改性,并辅以沸石粉、蛭石粉、纳米钛白粉和几种高分子物质制得矿石粉,不仅能够提高彩料在瓷器釉面上的附着力,还能提高彩料的耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐候性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制彩料颜色纯净、粘度适中,能有效附着于瓷器釉面上,所形成的彩绘图案光鲜漂亮、表面光滑,耐高温性好,经高温烧结后具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和耐候性,并且彩绘图案呈现效果始终如一,从而大大提高陶瓷制品的观赏性。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向25份颜料中加入15份松节油,研磨10min后再加入2份纳米胶粉和2份丁基橡胶,充分混合后加热至110-120℃保温研磨15min,即得物料I;
(2)向100份水中加入6份卡波树脂和8份氯化聚乙烯,搅拌形成均匀浆体,再加入3份聚乙烯醇和1份三氧化二锑,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份矿石粉、8份石棉粉、4份氢化蓖麻油、3份硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯和3份月桂醇硫酸钠,搅拌制成浆体后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
矿石粉的制备:先将30份钠长石粉、10份马来酸酐和1份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入120份水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和6份氢化松香,继续微波处理5min,再加入8份沸石粉、4份蛭石粉、5份乳化硅油和1份纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀后加热至沸腾状态回流处理15min,最后经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例2
(1)向25份颜料中加入15份松节油,研磨10min后再加入3份纳米胶粉和1份丁基橡胶,充分混合后加热至110-120℃保温研磨15min,即得物料I;
(2)向120份水中加入8份卡波树脂和6份氯化聚乙烯,搅拌形成均匀浆体,再加入5份聚乙烯醇和1份三氧化二锑,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份矿石粉、6份石棉粉、5份氢化蓖麻油、3份硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯和2份月桂醇硫酸钠,搅拌制成浆体后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
矿石粉的制备:先将25份钠长石粉、8份马来酸酐和0.5份二月桂酸二丁基锡加入100份水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入8份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和5份氢化松香,继续微波处理5min,再加入6份沸石粉、6份蛭石粉、4份乳化硅油和1份纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀后加热至沸腾状态回流处理15min,最后经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。

颜料25-30份、矿石粉8-11份、石棉粉6-10份、卡波树脂5-8份、氯化聚乙烯5-8份、氢化蓖麻油4-6份、聚乙烯醇3-5份、硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯3-5份、月桂醇硫酸钠2-3份、纳米胶粉2-3份、丁基橡胶1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、松节油15-20份、水100-120份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)向颜料中加入松节油,研磨10min后再加入纳米胶粉和丁基橡胶,充分混合后加热至110-120℃保温研磨15min,即得物料I;
(2)向水中加入卡波树脂和氯化聚乙烯,搅拌形成均匀浆体,再加入聚乙烯醇和三氧化二锑,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、矿石粉、石棉粉、氢化蓖麻油、硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯和月桂醇硫酸钠,搅拌制成浆体后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温釉上彩用彩料,其特征在于,所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:钠长石粉25-30份、马来酸酐8-12份、沸石粉6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6-10份、氢化松香5-8份、蛭石粉4-6份、乳化硅油4-6份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5-1份、水100-120份,其制备方法为:先将钠长石粉、马来酸酐和二月桂酸二丁基锡加入水中,充分混合后静置30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和氢化松香,继续微波处理5min,再加入沸石粉、蛭石粉、乳化硅油和纳米钛白粉,充分混合均匀后加热至沸腾状态回流处理15min,最后经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
