技术领域
本发明涉及工程塑料领域,特别是涉及一种改性聚甲醛增强型塑料。
背景技术
工程塑料可作工程材料和代替金属制造机器零部件等的塑料。工程塑料具有优良的综合性能,刚性大,蠕变小,机械强度高,耐热性好,电绝缘性好,可在较苛刻的化学、物理环境中长期使用,可替代金属作为工程结构材料使用,但现有的工程塑料的性能达不到较高要求。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种改性聚甲醛增强型塑料,通过采用玻璃纤维和多种无机物添加进聚甲醛基体中形成改性增强型塑料,强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、电性能优异、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用,在改性聚甲醛增强型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种改性聚甲醛增强型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:
聚甲醛50份,
玻璃纤维5-8份,
玻璃微珠3-5份,
碳纤维3-5份,
氧化铝1-2份,
氧化镁1-2份,
碳酸钙1-2份,
钛酸钾1-2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述改性聚甲醛增强型塑料包括添加剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂包括增容剂、稳定剂、润滑剂的一种或者多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明改性聚甲醛增强型塑料具有强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、电性能优异、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用等优点,在改性聚甲醛增强型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
