本发明公开了一种自行小车输送机剪式升降装置,其特征在于:包括上剪刀叉、下剪刀叉、两个上下对称设置的双臂联动组件、两个小剪刀叉连接板、两个大剪刀叉连接板和若干个转轴,所述每个双臂联动组件包括齿轮箱、两个左右对称设置的转臂、两个调节螺钉和若干个螺钉,所述齿轮箱包括箱体和两个相互啮合的齿轮,所述转臂包括主臂和连接臂,所述上剪刀叉包括左斜杆I和右斜杆,所述左斜杆I包括左杆I、连接板I和右杆I,所述下剪刀叉包括左斜杆II和右斜杆II,所述右斜杆II包括左杆II、连接板II和右杆II,所述转臂的主臂通过螺钉与连接臂连接。该发明设计新颖,占用空间小,结构紧凑,用料少,成本低,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送机械,具体地说是自行小车输送机剪式升降装置。
背景技术
现有自行小车输送机剪式升降装置的剪刀叉中的连杆全部采用方钢制成,故这种结构的剪刀叉在收拢时的高度占用的空间较大,从而导致整个剪式升降装置的结构尺寸较大,不紧凑,而且制作时用料多,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种设计新颖、占用空间小、结构紧凑、用料少、成本低、使用寿命长的自行小车输送机剪式升降装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括上剪刀叉、下剪刀叉、两个上下对称设置的双臂联动组件、两个小剪刀叉连接板、两个大剪刀叉连接板和若干个转轴,所述每个双臂联动组件包括齿轮箱、两个左右对称设置的转臂、两个调节螺钉和若干个螺钉,所述齿轮箱包括箱体和两个相互啮合的齿轮,所述转臂包括主臂和连接臂,所述上剪刀叉包括左斜杆I和右斜杆,所述左斜杆I包括左杆I、连接板I和右杆I,所述下剪刀叉包括左斜杆II和右斜杆II,所述右斜杆II包括左杆II、连接板II和右杆II,所述转臂的主臂通过螺钉与连接臂连接,所述每个双臂联动组件的两个转臂分别通过螺钉对称装于齿轮箱的两个相互啮合的齿轮上,所述调节螺钉装于连接臂上,所述上剪刀叉的左斜杆I及右斜杆通过转轴连接,所述左斜杆I的左杆I及右杆I分别通过螺钉装于连接板I的左右两边,所述下剪刀叉的左斜杆II及右斜杆II通过转轴连接,所述右斜杆II的左杆II及右杆II分别通过螺钉装于连接板II的左右两边,所述上剪刀叉的右斜杆的左端及下剪刀叉的左斜杆II的右端各装有一个小剪刀叉连接板,所述上剪刀叉的左斜杆I的右端及下剪刀叉的右斜杆II的左端各装有一个大剪刀叉连接板,所述上剪刀叉的左斜杆I及右斜杆分别通过转轴与装于上方的双臂联动组件的两个转臂连接,所述下剪刀叉的左斜杆II及右斜杆II分别通过转轴与装于下方的双臂联动组件的两个转臂连接,所述装于上剪刀叉的右斜杆左端的小剪刀叉连接板与装于下剪刀叉的右斜杆II左端的大剪刀叉连接板之间及所述装于上剪刀叉的左斜杆I右端的大剪刀叉连接板与装于下剪刀叉的左斜杆II右端的小剪刀叉连接板之间均采用转轴连接,所述转臂、左杆I、右杆I、右斜杆、左斜杆II、左杆II及右杆II均为U形板,所述左杆I、右斜杆、左杆II及装于上方的双臂联动组件的两个转臂的槽口均朝下,所述右杆I、左斜杆II、右杆II及装于下方的双臂联动组件的两个转臂的槽口均朝上,所述左杆I的宽度与右杆I的宽度相等,所述转臂、左杆I及右斜杆的宽度依次减小,所述右斜杆可插入左杆I的U形槽中,所述左杆I可插入转臂的U形槽中,所述左杆II的宽度与右杆II的宽度相等,所述转臂、左杆II及左斜杆II的宽度依次减小,所述左斜杆II可插入左杆II的U形槽中,所述右杆II可插入转臂的U形槽中。
本发明由于上剪刀叉及下剪刀叉采用了由不同槽宽的U形钢组成的结构,右斜杆可插入左杆I的U形槽中,左杆I可插入转臂的U形槽中,左斜杆II可插入左杆II的U形槽中,右杆II可插入转臂的U形槽中,并对两个双臂联动组件的四个转臂、剪刀叉及下剪刀叉的各个杆件的槽口朝向分别作了巧妙的安排,这样,上剪刀叉及下剪刀叉在收拢后所占用的空间变得很小,从而使整个剪式升降装置的结构尺寸变得极为紧凑。本发明设计新颖,占用空间小,结构紧凑,用料少,成本低,使用寿命长。

参见图1,本发明包括上剪刀叉2、下剪刀叉6、两个上下对称设置的双臂联动组件1、两个小剪刀叉连接板4、两个大剪刀叉连接板5和若干个转轴3,所述每个双臂联动组件1包括齿轮箱11、两个左右对称设置的转臂13、两个调节螺钉14和若干个螺钉12,所述齿轮箱11包括箱体111和两个相互啮合的齿轮112,所述转臂13包括主臂131和连接臂132,所述上剪刀叉2包括左斜杆I21和右斜杆22,所述左斜杆I21包括左杆I211、连接板I212和右杆I213,所述下剪刀叉6包括左斜杆II61和右斜杆II62,所述右斜杆II62包括左杆II621、连接板II622和右杆II623,所述转臂13的主臂131通过螺钉12与连接臂132连接,所述每个双臂联动组件1的两个转臂13分别通过螺钉12对称装于齿轮箱11的两个相互啮合的齿轮112上,所述调节螺钉14装于连接臂132上,所述上剪刀叉2的左斜杆I21及右斜杆22通过转轴3连接,所述左斜杆I21的左杆I211及右杆I213分别通过螺钉12装于连接板I212的左右两边,所述下剪刀叉6的左斜杆II61及右斜杆II62通过转轴3连接,所述右斜杆II62的左杆II621及右杆II623分别通过螺钉12装于连接板II622的左右两边,所述上剪刀叉2的右斜杆22的左端及下剪刀叉6的左斜杆II61的右端各装有一个小剪刀叉连接板4,所述上剪刀叉2的左斜杆I21的右端及下剪刀叉6的右斜杆II62的左端各装有一个大剪刀叉连接板5,所述上剪刀叉2的左斜杆I21及右斜杆22分别通过转轴3与装于上方的双臂联动组件1的两个转臂13连接,所述下剪刀叉6的左斜杆II61及右斜杆II62分别通过转轴3与装于下方的双臂联动组件1的两个转臂13连接,所述装于上剪刀叉2的右斜杆22左端的小剪刀叉连接板4与装于下剪刀叉6的右斜杆II62左端的大剪刀叉连接板5之间及所述装于上剪刀叉2的左斜杆I21右端的大剪刀叉连接板5与装于下剪刀叉6的左斜杆II61右端的小剪刀叉连接板4之间均采用转轴3连接,所述转臂13、左杆I211、右杆I213、右斜杆22、左斜杆II61、左杆II621及右杆II623均为U形板,所述左杆I211、右斜杆22、左杆II621及装于上方的双臂联动组件1的两个转臂13的槽口均朝下,所述右杆I213、左斜杆II61、右杆II623及装于下方的双臂联动组件1的两个转臂13的槽口均朝上,所述左杆I211的宽度与右杆I213的宽度相等,所述转臂13、左杆I211及右斜杆22的宽度依次减小,所述右斜杆22可插入左杆I211的U形槽中,所述左杆I211可插入转臂13的U形槽中,所述左杆II621的宽度与右杆II623的宽度相等,所述转臂13、左杆II621及左斜杆II61的宽度依次减小,所述左斜杆II61可插入左杆II621的U形槽中,所述右杆II623可插入转臂13的U形槽中。

1.自行小车输送机剪式升降装置,其特征在于:包括上剪刀叉(2)、下剪刀叉(6)、两个上下对称设置的双臂联动组件(1)、两个小剪刀叉连接板(4)、两个大剪刀叉连接板(5)和若干个转轴(3),所述每个双臂联动组件(1)包括齿轮箱(11)、两个左右对称设置的转臂(13)、两个调节螺钉(14)和若干个螺钉(12),所述齿轮箱(11)包括箱体(111)和两个相互啮合的齿轮(112),所述转臂(13)包括主臂(131)和连接臂(132),所述上剪刀叉(2)包括左斜杆I(21)和右斜杆(22),所述左斜杆I(21)包括左杆I(211)、连接板I(212)和右杆I(213),所述下剪刀叉(6)包括左斜杆II(61)和右斜杆II(62),所述右斜杆II(62)包括左杆II(621)、连接板II(622)和右杆II(623),所述转臂(13)的主臂(131)通过螺钉(12)与连接臂(132)连接,所述每个双臂联动组件(1)的两个转臂(13)分别通过螺钉(12)对称装于齿轮箱(11)的两个相互啮合的齿轮(112)上,所述调节螺钉(14)装于连接臂(132)上,所述上剪刀叉(2)的左斜杆I(21)及右斜杆(22)通过转轴(3)连接,所述左斜杆I(21)的左杆I(211)及右杆I(213)分别通过螺钉(12)装于连接板I(212)的左右两边,所述下剪刀叉(6)的左斜杆II(61)及右斜杆II(62)通过转轴(3)连接,所述右斜杆II(62)的左杆II(621)及右杆II(623)分别通过螺钉(12)装于连接板II(622)的左右两边,所述上剪刀叉(2)的右斜杆(22)的左端及下剪刀叉(6)的左斜杆II(61)的右端各装有一个小剪刀叉连接板(4),所述上剪刀叉(2)的左斜杆I(21)的右端及下剪刀叉(6)的右斜杆II(62)的左端各装有一个大剪刀叉连接板(5),所述上剪刀叉(2)的左斜杆I(21)及右斜杆(22)分别通过转轴(3)与装于上方的双臂联动组件(1)的两个转臂(13)连接,所述下剪刀叉(6)的左斜杆II(61)及右斜杆II(62)分别通过转轴(3)与装于下方的双臂联动组件(1)的两个转臂(13)连接,所述装于上剪刀叉(2)的右斜杆(22)左端的小剪刀叉连接板(4)与装于下剪刀叉(6)的右斜杆II(62)左端的大剪刀叉连接板(5)之间及所述装于上剪刀叉(2)的左斜杆I(21)右端的大剪刀叉连接板(5)与装于下剪刀叉(6)的左斜杆II(61)右端的小剪刀叉连接板(4)之间均采用转轴(3)连接,所述转臂(13)、左杆I(211)、右杆I(213)、右斜杆(22)、左斜杆II(61)、左杆II(621)及右杆II(623)均为U形板,所述左杆I(211)、右斜杆(22)、左杆II(621)及装于上方的双臂联动组件(1)的两个转臂(13)的槽口均朝下,所述右杆I(213)、左斜杆II(61)、右杆II(623)及装于下方的双臂联动组件(1)的两个转臂(13)的槽口均朝上,所述左杆I(211)的宽度与右杆I(213)的宽度相等,所述转臂(13)、左杆I(211)及右斜杆(22)的宽度依次减小,所述右斜杆(22)可插入左杆I(211)的U形槽中,所述左杆I(211)可插入转臂(13)的U形槽中,所述左杆II(621)的宽度与右杆II(623)的宽度相等,所述转臂(13)、左杆II(621)及左斜杆II(61)的宽度依次减小,所述左斜杆II(61)可插入左杆II(621)的U形槽中,所述右杆II(623)可插入转臂(13)的U形槽中。
